THE GOLDSTONE REPORT REPRESENTS DANGER OF INTERNATIONAL FASCIST RULE

Richard Landes has just made an analysis of the Goldstone Report phenomenon and in his introduction he states “I address those readers of the news who still want to be part of a “reality-based” community, for whom evidence must be addressed, analyzed, and assessed”.

At the moment there are everywhere all kinds of conspiracy nuts and spirit (ghosts) hacks doing the rounds. There are those who are suggesting that iran is a peaceful nation really. That if Iran gets the bomb so what, it will do nothing with it!

Yes Landes has it right. The key issue of today is the understanding of the real, law based world in which we live.

I come to this key issue from the standpoint of being a dialectical materialist and opposed to all forms of idealist and religious methods of thinking.

Landes probably comes from a different standpoint. I think he represents the best in bourgeois thinking and bourgeois science, there is certainly such a thing.

In that context we on 4international offer a hand in unity to people like Richard Landes.

The Goldstone Report

The Goldstone Report should be read alongside the Hamas and Fatah Constitutions, the statements by the Iranian Mullahs as well as by Ahmadinejad.

But also alongside the speech made by Obama when a few months ago he travelled to Cairo to address “the Muslim world”. In his speech Obama made a direct comparision and drew equality between the Palestine Refugees of 1948 and the Holocaust of the Jews by the Nazis.

Thus it should also be read alongside the numerous statements made by George Bush Jnr in which he defined the answer as being the creation of an Arab “Palestinian”, that is in all truth Jihadist, state on the flank of Israel.

And it should also be read alongside the position of Reagan towards the Holocaust.

In reading the Goldstone Report people should also be aware of the role of Britain and the US Governments towards the Holocaust of the Jews, where they forced the Jews to remain in bloodbath Europe, note here the British White Paper of 1939 which basically set up the Nazi Holocaust and also the position of Roosevelt (clearly an antisemite) towards the Jews.

At another level Goldstone is a continuation of the Big Lie technique used over 2000 years against the Jews.

Major parts of this lie in recent years, that is in our living memory are

* Hiding the role of leading Arabs in the Holocaust

* Especially hiding the relations of Haj Amin el Husseini with Hitler, Himmler and Eichman

* And hiding that Arafat, Abbas and Hamas are direct continuation of the policies of Hajj Amin el Husseini

* Hiding the central hate-filled content of the Koran, not at all a religious document but the basis for modern Fascism

* Finally Goldstone must be understood against the background of other major lies, lies against the Jews

The Muhammed El Durra hoax affair

Perhaps of all of these the Goldstone Report is the worst of all. This relates to the modern drive for world dictatorship, to the rule of the US and EU extremists in Government who seek to control the world.

The essence of the Goldman Report on the Israeli fight against Hamas is this:

How can any country defend itself against attack from without? Does any country have the right to defend itself from attack from without?

Poised against Israel are the countries of the Arab League, the countries of the Islamic world, who have a controlling power over the United Nations.

Poised also against Israel is the power of the US Government and the whole of the EU Bureaucracy who wish to break down all national resistance to their overall world dictatorship.

If Israel as an example of a nation state is not able to defend itself against attack on its very existence (see above where we refer to Iranian, Hamas and Fatah aims) then Israel can no longer exist as a sovereign nation state.

And although they do not see it no nation, such as Russia, China or India, can exist either as a sovereign nation state.

The issues behind the Goldstone Report are these

1. Israel was bombarded with Hamas and other rockets for 8 years

2. Hamas fought from inside civilians and fought without wearing military clothing

Yet despite those two items Israel was asked by Goldstone to fight “humanely” against hamas.

To fight “humanely” against such an enemy, against enemy in war, is to ask the impossible and to not fight at all.

So the Goldstone Report is a continuation of the Dir Yassin Lie, Qana and El Durra. It is to create a lying scenario in order to stop Israelñ from defending itself.

The issue touches the future of every country and its right to sovereigny.

It is in a different form but is the same issue…The Irish reject the EU…The rules are rewritten and the Irish are made to vote until they accept the EU.

We on 4international say that there must be unity in action against these moves towards world dictatorship, and especially in defence of the rights of Israel to defend its sovereign right to use ANY means to defend itself.

Such unity in action does not mean that we will drop our revolutionary socialist programme. Far from it, in action we will show that only Trotskyism can lead the Israeli and other peoples, and working class, to victory.

Even as I write this the hopeless opportunist Ted Belman of Israpundit is continuing to cultivate his friendship with Sarah Palin and with reactionary republican circles, thus showing that Belman is now and always will be a crass American Imperialist stooge.

Belman hates socialism, hates Trotskyism.

Even so we on 4international propose unity in action against the Goldstone Report with even Belman. Will Belman offer the same to 4international. I doubt it personally and if he does not he will again be showing his true Imperialist and Reactionary colours.

TO UNDERSTAND AMERICA OF TODAY IT IS IMPORTANT TO LEARN ABOUT THOMAS PAINE

I believe it is vital now for readers to make a serious study of the American Revolution and especially of the life and political positions of Thomas Paine who wrote Common Sense and The Rights of Man.

As part of that I have found this survey of a book on an Amazon site which at least allows us to dip our toes into the water, rather tentatively.

The book in question is “Thomas Paine and the Promise of America” by author Harvey J. Kaye

The astonishing revolution that brought forth the American republic seems an unending source of curiosity; in the past year there has been one book after another about the American Revolution itself or about the Founding Fathers who eventually brought a Constitution to cap the Revolution’s success. Perhaps we will never tire of examining the start of our nation. Perhaps, as Tom Paine himself wrote, even now “It is yet too soon to write the history of the Revolution.” Paine himself has been written out of the Revolution many times by those who could not stand his political or religious principles, but as Harvey J. Kaye shows in _Thomas Paine and the Promise of America_ (Hill and Wang), Paine’s authentically radical voice was not only an essential spark to unite the colonists against Britain, but also provided a legacy of inspiration to reformers in the succeeding two centuries.

Kaye’s book encompasses two parts, one a brisk biography of Paine, and then a biography of Paine’s posthumous life within American history and ideas. It was only in 1774 that Paine, upon the recommendation of Benjamin Franklin, crossed the Atlantic to Philadelphia. He was 38 years old, and quickly became a journal editor. He wrote _Common Sense_ anonymously, exhorting his countrymen not only to independence, but to republicanism. He formulated his arguments so that everyone could understand them, and everyone did; _Common Sense_ united and inspired the colonists to a new American cause. He became involved in politics again in France with the storming of the Bastille. He wrote _The Rights of Man_ which exhorted both Frenchmen and Americans to ensure revolutions so complete that slavery would be ended, women would be equals, peace would be enforced by a global union of republics, and church and state would be completely separated. _The Age of Reason_ was his assault on scripture and organized religion as mythologies imposed on humanity by clerics “to terrify and enslave mankind, and monopolize power and profit.” He scorned the Bible for its cruelty and its lack of morality, leading antagonists for centuries to berate Paine as an atheist. He was, however, like many of the most famous of the founders, a deist, but he was one who put into book form his distrust of the general religion of his society.

The religious controversy has continued and has been kept alive both by the freethinkers who have claimed Paine as their own and by Christians who not content with hating the facts of Paine’s life made up scurrilous lying biographies about him and false legends such as the one about his deathbed recantation of his disbelief. Teddy Roosevelt called him a “filthy little atheist”, but he was none of those three. His lack of conventional religious belief has colored how his countrymen have perceived him ever since. Mark Twain and Herman Melville admired him; Lincoln avidly read _The Age of Reason_ and may well have written a deist treatise of his own, but his friends ensured no one else ever saw it. Franklin Roosevelt was the first president since Jefferson to quote Paine by name, in a wartime radio address that included Paine’s famous “These are the times that try men’s souls” passage. Even President Reagan in his turn was able to quote Paine, but the radicals on the left are the ones who always admired Paine’s convictions. A key story here is about the communist Howard Fast, who in 1943 published the historical novel _Citizen Tom Paine_. Paine was thus drawn into the witch hunts, and when Fast was summoned before Congress and refused to name names, he was put into jail in 1950. His book was removed from the public school libraries of New York City, and J. Edgar Hoover sent agents to major libraries instructing them to remove and destroy Fast’s works. It was the sort of oppression Paine would have recognized and abhorred. Kaye’s book successfully charts the development of Paine’s ideas during his life, and the utility and appropriations of his ideas even into our own times.

FINAL POINT

I have a strong feeling that Paine is most important in the present situation where Obama following on from Bush is making an alliance with reactionary Islam, also the Vatican is thrown into the mix, and that this will be the guts of the so called “New World order”, a word that conjures up conspiracy nuts by the zillion. By the way these conspiracy nuts always lead back to blaming everything on the Jews, in our epoch this means on Israel. These conspiracy nuts thus bring in all kinds of subjects like Nostradamus and essentially their job is to keep people from understanding reality. What it all calls to my mind is the mad monk Rasputin who became the “spiritual” advisor of the Empress in the months leading up to October 1917.

On a different level I also think that Paine was probable taken up by Stalinists and fake socialists. But the truth will not be there.

Anyway if readers can do any reading on Paine I feel it is worth while.

IRAN ADMITTING TO SECRET PLANT INSIDE A MOUNTAIN!

This is the report by Jihadwatch on the crucial issue of the finding of that secret Iranian Nuclear Bomb plant

Although the CIA and National Security Agency (NSA) has been tracking construction of the plant for several years, Mr Obama decided it was time to put maximum pressure on Tehran by revealing its existence.” It is likely that Obama is overestimating the impact this will have upon the mullahs. They respect strength. The threat of sanctions is not strength.

“Iran admits to secret second nuclear plant built inside mountain,” by Michael Evans and Nico Hines for the Times Online, September 25 (thanks to Alexandre):

Iran has informed the International Atomic Energy Agency that it has been building a previously undeclared nuclear facility to enrich uranium, raising fears that Tehran is closer to acquiring an atomic bomb than has been predicted up until now.

The presence of a secret second site – built inside a mountain near the holy Shia city of Qum – has been known about by American and other Western intelligence agencies for some time, although nothing has been revealed until now.

Iran’s formal letter to the IAEA in Vienna, sent on Monday, pre-empted an announcement to be made today by President Obama, Gordon Brown and President Sarkozy of France before the opening of the G20 economic summit in Pittsburgh, in which Tehran will be accused of building the secret facility about 100 miles southwest of the Iranian capital.

Although the CIA and National Security Agency (NSA) has been tracking construction of the plant for several years, Mr Obama decided it was time to put maximum pressure on Tehran by revealing its existence.

Reports from Washington indicate that Iran had learnt of the West’s uncovering of its second plant and moved to declare it formally to the IAEA.

Iran wrote a brief, cryptic letter to the IAEA saying it now had a “pilot plant” under construction, whose existence it had not revealed. Iran’s first and officially declared facility is at Natanz in southern Iran.

Marc Vidricaire, IAEA spokesman, said: “I can confirm that on September 21 Iran informed the IAEA in a letter that a new pilot fuel-enrichment plant is under construction in the country. The letter stated that the enrichment level would be up to 5 per cent.”

Uranium enriched to around 5 per cent can be used as nuclear fuel, but has to be enriched to around 90 per cent to be effective in a nuclear weapon. The United States, Britain and other Western countries believe that Iran has been attempting, at its plant at Natanz, to achieve a higher enrichment of uranium, although the plant has been subject to IAEA inspections….

Right? I Think that Iran will cooperate with the IAEA, because the head of the IAEA is a fucking Muslem!

Its like sending a Nazi to inspect a concentration camp!

JIHADWATCH SEEMS TO BECOMING A FORUM FOR CHRISTIANS!

Jihadwatch has carried an article on the great dangers to Russia from Islam.

But the answer which these diiots make to this theat is to find a solution by all becoming Christian.

And what then Jihadwatch? Are you all going to turn your site over to pray so that the world will be safe from Islam. That is pray to Jesus or whoever.

The absurdity is mind boggling but shows the essential political bankruptcy of these kinds of sites.

Jihadwatch must learn that the central issue in the world today is Iran and Israel and that if the Jews will go on living then they have to destroy by force the Iranian Nazi bomb, all the Christian praying that there ever was will not change the intentions of the Mullahs.

FIRST OF ALL THE ANALYSIS BY JIHADWATCH

Chechnya: “It’s not separatism anymore, it’s a jihadist insurgency”

Even Human Rights Watch noticed. But this report is suffused with denial that anything in the substance of Islamic beliefs could have a role here. Islamic jihad is almost always portrayed as a reaction to something; the assumption is that there has to be something to blame, and if it hadn’t happened, maybe the jihad would not have happened. It’s just a matter of not engaging in any of those objectionable practices — above all, not self-defense.

Indeed, it is an article of faith within the mainstream media that “radical” Islam is invariably caused by anything other than Islamic texts and teachings. “Four Die in Shoot-Out as Russia Faces Jihadist Threat (Update1),” by Lucian Kim for Bloomberg, September 25:

Sept. 25 (Bloomberg) — Three insurgents and one policeman were killed in a gun battle in the southern Russian region of Dagestan, the latest in a wave of attacks rocking the predominantly Muslim North Caucasus region.

The shoot-out took place after police stopped a car for a document check in Dagestan’s capital Makhachkala last night, state television reported today. The number of violent deaths almost tripled this summer as the fight between the authorities and Islamic militants in the North Caucasus also cost the lives of civilian bystanders and human rights activists.

The explosion of violence is the result of poverty, corruption and government neglect, according to both officials and their critics. Those factors combined with a militant brand of Islam that has replaced communism as an ideology means Prime Minister Vladimir Putin faces the worst instability in the region since he sent troops to subdue a rebellion in Chechnya a decade ago.

“One of the most dramatic results of that war is a joint insurgency operating under central command,” said Tanya Lokshina, deputy director of Human Rights Watch’s Russia office. “It’s not separatism anymore, it’s a jihadist insurgency.”

Violent Deaths

By the middle of September, 424 people had been killed in attacks in Chechnya, Ingushetia and Dagestan this summer, almost three times the number of violent deaths in the same period last year, according to state-run news agency RIA Novosti. Those killings include an August suicide truck bombing at an Ingush police station that killed 25 and the July murder of Chechen human rights activist Natalya Estemirova. [...]

Even as young people in most of Russia embraced western lifestyles and culture after the fall of communism, their peers in the North Caucasus gravitated toward the “active, militant” Islam of the Middle East and Persian Gulf region, Malashenko said. Protest against social ills, poverty and bad governance inevitably took on a religious character.

That raises an interesting question: why didn’t the other “young people in most of Russia” embrace a comparable ideology? They also dealt with economic and social upheaval in the aftermath of the Soviet Union’s collapse. For that matter, protests against social problems have taken on a religious character for millennia: What matters is how the religion in question suggests one handle them.

“The radicalization was a gradual process. Now it’s matured and become critical,” said Adam Gazdiyev, the spokesman for Ingushetia’s representative office in Moscow. “It’s a law of physics: there was an ethical-moral vacuum, and the radicals began to fill it.”…

Chechnya: “It’s not separatism anymore, it’s a jihadist insurgency”

Sept. 25 (Bloomberg) — Three insurgents and one policeman were killed in a gun battle in the southern Russian region of Dagestan, the latest in a wave of attacks rocking the predominantly Muslim North Caucasus region.

The shoot-out took place after police stopped a car for a document check in Dagestan’s capital Makhachkala last night, state television reported today. The number of violent deaths almost tripled this summer as the fight between the authorities and Islamic militants in the North Caucasus also cost the lives of civilian bystanders and human rights activists.

The explosion of violence is the result of poverty, corruption and government neglect, according to both officials and their critics. Those factors combined with a militant brand of Islam that has replaced communism as an ideology means Prime Minister Vladimir Putin faces the worst instability in the region since he sent troops to subdue a rebellion in Chechnya a decade ago.

“One of the most dramatic results of that war is a joint insurgency operating under central command,” said Tanya Lokshina, deputy director of Human Rights Watch’s Russia office. “It’s not separatism anymore, it’s a jihadist insurgency.”

Violent Deaths

By the middle of September, 424 people had been killed in attacks in Chechnya, Ingushetia and Dagestan this summer, almost three times the number of violent deaths in the same period last year, according to state-run news agency RIA Novosti. Those killings include an August suicide truck bombing at an Ingush police station that killed 25 and the July murder of Chechen human rights activist Natalya Estemirova. [...]

Even as young people in most of Russia embraced western lifestyles and culture after the fall of communism, their peers in the North Caucasus gravitated toward the “active, militant” Islam of the Middle East and Persian Gulf region, Malashenko said. Protest against social ills, poverty and bad governance inevitably took on a religious character.

“The radicalization was a gradual process. Now it’s matured and become critical,” said Adam Gazdiyev, the spokesman for Ingushetia’s representative office in Moscow. “It’s a law of physics: there was an ethical-moral vacuum, and the radicals began to fill it.”…

EXAMPLE 2

I visited Russia at the start of the summer (Moscow, so I suppose I didn’t get to see the ‘real’ Russia), and was surprised at just how many Churches there were. Sadly there didn’t seem to be many people, especially young people, in them, but if Christianity is growing throughout Russia then that’s a good thing.
I hate how the media always looks for spurious factors like ‘poverty’ to justify jihadism, when there are millions – BILLIONS – of people in the world who survive on less than they need, and don’t turn to terrorism. It’s simply a case of promoting morals at a young age, and in my humble opinion Christianity is a great mix of the spiritual and physical, because it teaches the inextricable link between love of God and love of our neighbour.

RUSSIAN STALINISTS BETRAY YET AGAIN!

Russia said on Friday that Iran’s construction of a second uranium enrichment plant violated UN Security Council decisions and should be investigated immediately by the U.N. nuclear watchdog.

A statement by Russian President Dmitry Medvedev called on Iran to cooperate with the proposed probe and said Moscow remained committed to dialogue with Tehran on nuclear issues. The statement made no mention of sanctions. (Reuters)

Note in the above these reactionaries say they remain open to dialogue with Iran. Now this is precisely the same position that Obama takes.

Yet the discovery of the plant near QOM which the iranians were keeping hidden shows that Iran is determined to get the nuclear bomb.

So what then is there to talk about?

The more they talk surely then the more time that Iran has got to create its nuclear bomb.

It is only some weeks that America was threatening to blow out of the skies any Israeli planes that were moving against Iran.

Sop it seems to us here that the US Government of Obama and the Putin Government are going hand in hand to try to stop Israel doing anything.

This is extreme antisemitism by both Obama and the Russians.

The Iranian Government have been totally explicit that they intend to destroy the Israeli state, calling it a cancer, a dirty black virus etc.

Yet Obama and the Russian Stalinists hand in hand are trying to stop Israel defending itself.

In this situation Netanyahu must break free from these antisemites on the world stage.

Israel must now act independently against the Iranian Nazis of Ahmadinejad and must also make a direct appeal to the Israeli and Iranian peoples to join together in a unity against antisemitism.

The position of these Putin Stalinists is also tragic for the Russian peoples as well as for the Jewish because Russia faces a direct threat from Islam in its own country.

THE MOVEMENT OF THE MASSES, INCLUDING THE ISRAELI PEOPLE

A Jewish man who was interviewed on a Jewish street in Israel by the BBC asserted his opinion as to why the US was sticking its nose into affairs between Arabs and Jews.

This is not only a good comment but represents an historical change in the Jewish people of Israel.

For many decades Jews and Israel have looked to America as the “land of the free”.

What we have seen on Israpundit, a Jewish blog, is that the traditional leaders of the Jewish people are bankrupt and can offer only defeat.

This is a conclusion I reach after watching the various political positions of a whole selection of bloggers there who are pretty representative of the whole Jewish movement.

Let us take some of these “personalities”.

The editor Ted Belman. He swings from one position to another but essentially remains tied to the US political class, mainly republican, as shown in his recent support for Sarah Palin as a possible “saviour”, a crazy idea you might think.

Long time writer Bill Narvey. Remains tied to all US Governments democrat or republican, is very anti revolutionary and is conservative with a small c. His record towards the Serbs degutted the Jewish movement.

Yamit82. The origins of this man are hazy. He claimed to have tea with Ben Gurion. This man is out of the nigoted side of Judaism and is so inward looking that he cannot stop himself from attacking every other tendency and person on the planet. As he would have walked into Hitlers death camps he would have exclaimed “Good! At last we are alone”. This man does not have ONE single policy to put forward, he holds the ordinary peiople of Israel in total contempt, openly saying that only a minority counts. That is a minority with the knowledge and backed by a supernatural of course!

A Bill Levinson and a Ayn Reagan. Simply advocates for the Republicans in America. Their connection with Jews in Israel is purely secondary to that. Reagan is an open supporter of Nixon and the butchery of US in Vietnam and Cambodia. Essentially both in the footsteps of Joe McCarthy

The essential problem with all of these people, and I stress that they mirror rather accurately what goes on in the Jewish movement as a whole, for example Yamit82 is a Feiglin without his character, is that they turn their back consciously on finding out the truth about history.

To these people the English Revolution of Cromwell means nothing, the French Revolution nothing to them, and when it comes to the dialectic of socialist thought they deliberately close their minds because in American elitist tradition they are total anti communists, in fact are communist haters and baiters. Consequently you will never find one of these people trying to understand the phenomenon of Stalinism. All have nothing but hatred for Trotsky and set out consciously to hide and distort his principles and principled struggle.

And as we move in to a situation of extreme peril for the Jewish people, and extreme peril for people everywhere, in a situation where Nazi Islam represented by Iran has to be stopped, the very question of leadership and of the building of the revolutionary party is number one question of the day.

The proof that she was in danger will be in the form of her dead body.

Yes indeed this is correct. Islam is indeed a lie and the main purveyors of this lie are the Governments of the western caspitalist world, especially of the US and of the EU.

They are assisted in this by the Left, so called, which is in support of Islam.

the reference above to Iran, Israel, and the danger to Israel from an Iranian Nuclear bomb is especially apt.

We have shown in recent articles here that the essence of the Iranian regime is utter falsehood. I believe the technical name for thios form of Islam lying is “takkiya”.

This is of erxtreme importance because we on 4international believe that Iran with the nuclear bomb is of exttreme danger to Israel and its population of Jews.

Of course many Arabs would also be killed by any sort of Iranian nuclear action on Israel, because Israel geographically is a tiny country.

That however would not deter Iranian Islam in the slightest because the war which they waged against Iraq when Saddam was in power a couple of decades ago shows that Islam places no value on human life, including the life of its own people, since they have the concept of martyrdom, a concept to be used in any situation.

You can’t desert Islam much more publicly than by seeking refuge through the Infidel courts.

Even if Rifqa’s parents decided that doing her in might draw too much unwanted attention on them at this point, members of the fundamentalist mosque the family attended in Ohio would likely “see to things”.

The other likely scenario is that she would be sent back to Sri Lanka–away from the possible protection of a sympathetic American legal system–and either murdered or forced into an arranged marriage and “reversion”.

Agent Guandolo has produced a nice tight, lean mean argument: no more fat or irrelevant tissue left for any Occam’s Razor to shave off: all muscle and brain. The PC MC establishment and the Muslim apologists they enable, however, don’t like just the facts, ma’am: they like, and need, obfuscation — lots of fat and complicating tissues to distract from the grimly clear diagnosis of the disease, and thence the appropriate treatment. The latter does this out of mendacious evil, the former out of what I call quantum ignorance, born of the muddled sincerity of its acolytes.

THE CASE OF RIFKA BARY RAISES ALL OF THE ISUES ABOUT ISLAM

This case of a little ex Muslim girl in America is of extreme importance. Her name is Rifka Bary.

Response to FDLE Investigative Report on Rifqa Bary Matter

Upon my review of the report filed by the FDLE regarding the Rifqa Bary Matter in Florida, I offer my professional opinion.

1. The Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) Investigative Summary OR-73-1741 encapsulates the investigation into allegations made by Fathima Rifqa Bary (hereafter referred to as “Rifqa Bary”) that she is or may be in physical danger from her father, Mohamed Bary, or others. Point 4 on page 2 of the report states Rifqa Bary believes her life to be in danger from an “honor killing” by her family or others, which she states is in accordance with Islamic Law. The report finds: “Ms. Bary’s concern that she may be killed because of her conversion from Islam to Christianity remains a subjective and speculative concern…” and concludes there is no conspiracy to commit violence against her. The investigators in this matter offer this opinion void of any knowable facts. In fact, a due diligence review would reveal the existence of authoritative Islamic Law texts officially translated into English. This review would further reveal Islamic Law – which is real law – has requirements and rules as to how to deal with those who leave Islam [eg The Classic Manual of Islamic Sacred Law, "Umdat al-Salik" also known as "Reliance of the Traveller" - publicly available]. If it can be shown (1) there is a requirement in Islamic Law for killing Ms. Bary as a publicly declared apostate from Islam, (2) that her parents adhere to Islamic Law, and (3) that she did, in fact, leave Islam and convert to Christianity, then the FDLE has a professional responsibility to include these facts in this report, and investigate this matter fully. There is nothing subjective about this – these are all ascertainable facts. I would hope the Florida State’s Attorney’s Office has done their due diligence on this matter and is aware of this

2. Mr. Bary’s comments to the Investigators claiming there is “absolutely not” any concept of Honor Killings under Islamic Law can also be comparatively and factually reviewed against Islamic Law. There are, in fact, rules and requirements as to how apostates should be handled within the context of Islamic Law, and these facts must be reviewed by FDLE if a professional and factual report is to be completed.

3. It was noted that the Executive Director of the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) -Columbus (Ohio) and the Staff Attorney for CAIR were present during the interview of Mr. Bary by FDLE Investigators. Absent from the FDLE report was any mention that CAIR is a known Muslim Brotherhood entity and an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation (HLF) trial – the largest terrorism financing trial in U.S. history – revealing HLF as a Hamas/Muslim Brotherhood front in the United States. All defendants in this case were found guilty in November 2008 and are serving long prison terms. These facts about CAIR were testified to at trial, and accepted as legally true. They are irrefutable – the documents demonstrating these facts were stipulated to by the defense. The Muslim Brotherhood’s (MB) creed is “Allah is our goal; the Messenger is our guide: the Koran is our constitution; Jihad is our means; and martyrdom in the way of Allah is our inspiration,” and their stated objective in America is a “Civilization-Jihad” to destroy the United States from within, and the MB exists to implement Islamic Law here in the United States. All of these facts are relevant for two critical reasons. First, these material facts should be made known to the State Attorney’s Office and any Judges involved in this case as a matter of course. Secondly, when representatives from an organization that is objectively known to be hostile towards to the United States and unindicted co-conspirator in the largest terrorism financing trial in U.S. history, are allowed to be present during a law enforcement interview of someone, it raises questions as to why they were allowed to be present at the interview at all. These facts further demand an objective look to determine if the Muslim Brotherhood itself has a position on Islamic Law and Apostasy. One of the MB’s two stated objectives is to implement Islamic Law in North America (and across the globe), and it is known they call for adherence to Islamic Law wherever Muslim communities exist. The Classic Manual of Islamic Sacred Law: Reliance of the Traveller is approved as valid Islamic Law by the International Institute of Islamic Thought (IIIT), a known Muslim Brotherhood entity, as proven in the HLF trial. In Reliance of the Traveller, Investigators will find specific legal doctrine on how apostates are to be treated under Islamic Law. Furthermore, the Muslim Brotherhood has a history of officially addressing the issue of Apostasy. In 1984, Ismail R. Al-Faruki , the Founder of IIIT, stated: “That is why Islamic Law has treated people who have converted out of Islam as political traitors…[Islam] must deal with the traitors when convicted after due process of law either with banishment, life imprisonment, or capital punishment…but once their conversion is proclaimed, they must be dealt with as traitors to the state.” Apostasy is also specifically addressed in Peace and the Limits of War, published by IIIT and written by Louay Safi, the former Executive Director of IIIT, Malaysia, the Association of Muslim Social Scientists (a proven Muslim Brotherhood entity), and the Executive Director of the Islamic Society of North America’s (ISNA) Leadership Development Council. ISNA was proven to be a Muslim Brotherhood entity and is also an unindicted co-conspirator in the largest terrorism financing trial in U.S. history – HLF. The book is also approved by the Secretary General of ISNA. In it, Mr. Safi notes that individual apostates cannot be killed for a “quiet desertion of personal Islamic duties,” but can be put to death as “just punishment” when the apostate deserts Islam publicly (p. 31).

4. This is a statement of facts regarding this matter:

* There are requirements in Islamic Law regarding someone who deserts Islam
* The Muslim Brotherhood’s objective is the implementation of Islamic Law in the United States
* Rifqa Bary has left Islam and become a Christian
* Rifqa Bary has made statements to FDLE officials and others that her parents have threatened to kill her because she has left Islam
* The Bary’s appear to be adherent to Islamic Law
* The Bary’s appear at an interview with two Muslim Brotherhood representatives doing business as CAIR, a group known to be hostile towards the United States which is also an unindicted co-conspirator in the largest terrorism financing trial in U.S. history
* The Muslim Brotherhood supports the killing of Muslims who publicly leave Islam

5. It is my professional opinion that sufficient Probable Cause exists to believe that Ms Bary’s concerns for her personal safety are based in a realistic and factual understanding of her situation, and, therefore, a further criminal investigation is warranted

UN Anti-Semitism and Israel

The Moral Inversion of Richard Goldstone

So now we can see how Richard Goldstone thinks he has preserved his judicial reputation while perpetrating a blood libel against Israel. He has produced a report which, as anticipated, finds that Israel committed all the ‘war crimes’ during Operation Cast Lead of which his Mission members had decided it was guilty before even starting their deliberations, along with the NGOs whose unremitting hostility and malice towards Israel and history of peddling Palestinian propaganda as fact did not deter the Mission from uncritically accepting their evidence as the truth, thus finding Hamas guilty of no crimes at all — except one. That was, by an amazing coincidence, the one set of crimes it committed which the world was forced to acknowledge actually happened – the firing of rockets from Gaza into Israel with the sole intention of killing Israeli civilians. By referring to this en passant, devoting minimal attention to it in the course of his 570- page report the vast majority of which is devoted to allegations against Israel, he engineered the ‘even-handed’ headline he needed to maintain his credibility:

There is evidence that both Israeli and Palestinian forces committed war crimes in the recent Gaza conflict, the official UN report says.

It is, however, only Israel which is required to conduct investigations into such claims — and thus only Israel which Goldstone recommends should be prosecuted at the International Criminal Court if those investigations aren’t carried out to the satisfaction of the UN. So much for even-handedness.

With this cynical veneer, Goldstone does worse even than establish a moral equivalence between the instigators of genocidal violence and those who were attempting to defend themselves against it. He presents Israel, the victims of such aggression, as war criminals and the Palestinians, the actual instigators of terror, as its victims. This is not moral equivalence but moral inversion.

He acknowledges no such crimes by Hamas within Gaza itself — not least against other Palestinians — such as turning the entire population of Gaza into hostages by siting its rockets and terrorist infrastructure amongst that population and additionally using them as human shields. Even worse, he presents the Palestinian aggressors as victims of Israel, requiring Israel to make reparation to those from whose houses and streets it was being attacked. No reparations to Israel are required from any Palestinians, even though Goldstone accepts that Hamas committed war crimes and crimes against humanity by firing thousands of missiles at its civilians.

To cover himself completely against the fact that the degraded aim of the mission he headed was to delegitimise Israel, his report claims at the start that his mandate from the President of the UN Council on Human Rights was:

… to investigate all violations of international human rights law and international humanitarian law that might have been committed at any time in the context of the military operations that were conducted in Gaza during the period from 27 December 2008 and 18 January 2009, whether before, during or after.

Now this is curious, since UN Resolution S-9/1 which established the mandate for the Goldstone commission said the Human Rights Council

“Decides to dispatch an urgent, independent international fact-finding mission, to be appointed by the President of the Council, to investigate all violations of international human rights law and international humanitarian law by the occupying Power, Israel, against the Palestinian people throughout the Occupied Palestinian Territory, particularly in the occupied Gaza Strip, due to the current aggression, and calls upon Israel not to obstruct the process of investigation and to fully cooperate with the mission.”

So the UNHRC mandate explicitly limited Goldstone to investigating solely Israel, which it deemed guilty of human rights violations during Cast Lead — a mandate whose terms as set out in the UNHRC resolution cannot be changed; while Goldstone’s report cites a mandate which is quite different from that resolution, which is ascribed not to the Council but to the President, and which encompasses all such violations during Cast Lead. Goldstone himself said he had changed the terms of the mandate in ‘informal discussions’. It looks therefore as if he and the UNHRC President unilaterally tore up both the Council’s mandate and UN regulations to provide Goldstone with the fig-leaf to disguise the moral bankruptcy of the entire process.

Of the countless distortions, errors and absurdities in this travesty of a report, the following jumped out at me from an initial reading.

1) The first error is in the title itself: HUMAN RIGHTS IN PALESTINE AND OTHER OCCUPIED ARAB TERRITORIES: Report of the United Nations Fact Finding Mission on the Gaza Conflict

But Gaza is not occupied by Israel, as is quite clear from even a cursory look at the Hague Convention which lays down the criteria for occupation. For Goldstone to say that Gaza is still occupied demonstrates either an ignorance of international law quite remarkable for a professor of international law, or that he is signed up to the ideology which deliberately uses such mis-statements to delegitimise Israel.

2) Par 27: Goldstone describes Gaza as blockaded by Israel. He makes no mention of Gaza’s border with Egypt which Egypt keeps closed. Is Goldstone as ignorant of topography as he appears to be of international law? Unlikely, since he also states (par that the Mission sought and obtained the assistance of the Government of Egypt to enable it to enter the Gaza Strip through the Rafah crossing.

3) Par 30: ‘The data provided by non-governmental sources with regard to the percentage of civilians among those killed are generally consistent and raise very serious concerns with regard to the way Israel conducted the military operations in Gaza.’

But Goldstone does not mention that Israel provided a detailed breakdown of the Palestinians killed in Gaza and stated that the vast majority of these were Hamas or other terror operatives. Even the UN eventually acknowledged that some 75 per cent of the dead in Gaza were Hamas terrorists.

4) Pars 33-34 Goldstone says he does not accept that the Gaza police targeted by Israeli military strikes were ‘part of the terrorist infrastructure’; and that therefore the attacks on police buildings
constituted deliberate attacks on civilian objects in violation of the rule of customary international humanitarian law whereby attacks must be strictly limited to military objectives.

But as Jonathan Halevi has reported for the Jerusalem Centre for Public Affairs:

— Lumped under the rubric of the ‘Palestinian police’ are all the security bodies that fulfilled combat and terror roles against Israel, the intelligence and preventive intelligence bodies, as well as those active in policing and maintaining order. Those serving in all of the Palestinian security apparatuses in 2007 and 2008 took part in terror activity and fighting against the IDF.

— In the December 27, 2008, attack on an officer training course at Gaza police headquarters, 89 dead were counted. Of these, 60 (67 percent) belonged to Hamas and almost all were members of its military wing, the al-Qassam Brigades. The total number of terror activists and fighters among those killed at police headquarters was 81 (91 percent).

Indeed, Goldstone himself goes on to say he accepts that there may be individual members of the Gaza police that were at the same time members of Palestinian armed groups and thus combatants yet he nevertheless still finds that these were somehow ‘civilian objects’!

5) In attempting to discover whether Palestinian civilians were adequately protected by Hamas, Goldstone says delicately

“(par 35)…that the mission was faced with a certain reluctance by the persons it interviewed in Gaza to discuss the activities of the armed groups.”

A ‘certain reluctance,’ eh? Like a ‘certain reluctance’ to be thrown off the top of a tall building? Maybe the utter dislocation of this report from reality is also due to the fact that

as part of Israel’s refusal to cooperate, it banned the panel members from entering the country.

The panel made two visits to Gaza, entering from Egypt, but conducted the bulk of their research from Geneva.

Mmnn, yes, Geneva, home to the UNHRC, is as everyone knows where every conscientious and objective researcher goes to manufacture libellous claims to delegitimise Israel find those authoritative first-hand accounts of what actually went on in Gaza.

6) Then there is Goldstone’s treatment of the mortar shelling of al-Fakhura junction in Jabalya next to an UNRWA school. This was the site of the infamous accusation by the UN that Israel had shelled the school itself, killing more than 40 civilians sheltering there. The UN eventually admitted that this was entirely false and the school had not been shelled at all. Israel had instead returned mortar fire at the street next to the school from where firing was still continuing, killing a small number of Hamas terrorists and an even smaller number of civilians who were standing near to the Hamas mortar position.

But Goldstone concludes:

Par 688… The Mission notes that the attack may have been in response to a mortar attack from an armed Palestinian group but considers the credibility of Israel’s position damaged by the series of inconsistencies and factual inaccuracies.

So the fact that Israel was the victim of an incendiary libel by the UN, which said falsely that its school had been hit and inflated the number of casualties — a lie that went round the world inciting hysteria and violence against Israel and Jews — is totally ignored; instead Israel is pilloried for its (undoubtedly) chaotic response as it gradually pieced together what had actually happened.

7) Goldstone says:

Par 209. Since 1967, about 750,000 Palestinians have been detained at some point by the Government of Israel, according to Palestinian human rights organizations.

This claim was taken straight from Sahar Francis, director of the Addameer Prisoner Support and Human Rights Association. As Elder of Ziyon observes, however, the figure is ludicrous:

This doesn’t quite add up to tens of thousands of arrests a year.

And yet, like the rest of the claims made by these NGOs, Goldstone just shoved it straight into his report. (For more reputable and authoritative facts about Cast Lead, see here.)

In short, Goldstone adduces no evidence of Israeli war crimes at all. He merely recycles the claims made by hostile NGOs peddling unverifiable Palestinian propaganda as fact – including more than 30 references to Human Rights Watch, the anti-Israel organisation of which Goldstone himself was until recently a member of the board.

As such, the Palestinians who used other Palestinians as hostages, booby-trapped their civilian areas and used women and children as human shields are given a virtually free pass by Goldstone. Israel, which conducted an operation that was targeted with astonishing precision against terrorists operating inside civilian areas, taking every possible precaution to safeguard civilian life by repeatedly dropping leaflets and making cell-phone calls beforehand to warn residents to evacuate, is accused by Goldstone of war crimes and crimes against humanity.

Through such moral inversion and the reproduction of distortions, lies, smears, errors and omissions Goldstone has thus anathematised a country’s defence against terrorism and genocidal aggression. But then, he doesn’t accept that in Cast Lead Israel was defending itself. Astoundingly, he characterises the aim of Cast Lead thus:

1674 The operation fits into a continuum of policies aimed at pursuing Israel’s political objectives with regard to Gaza and the Occupied Palestinian Territory as a whole. Many such policies are based on or result in violations of international human rights and humanitarian law. Military objectives as stated by the government of Israel do not explain the facts ascertained by the Mission, nor are they congruous with the patterns identified by the Mission during the investigation.

The implication is that Cast Lead had a ‘political objective’ of subduing Gaza. But it was provoked solely by the 6000-rocket attack from Gaza. It was not ‘political’. It was undertaken to defend the lives of its citizens. Having stated that the impact of Cast Lead

cannot be understood and assessed in isolation from developments prior and subsequent to it

Goldstone proceeds to omit the key ‘development’ that explained Israel’s military action — the rocket bombardment from Gaza of its citizens. He thus presents Israel as the aggressor and Hamas as the victims. What malice.

This disreputable piece of work will in turn embolden and empower Hamas and Palestinian terrorism, provide the jihadis of the UN and their accomplices with the means further to persecute Israel and endorse its genocidal attackers, and incite the Arab and Muslim world still further to aggression and to war.

With this report, Goldstone demonstrably forfeits his claim to legal, moral or intellectual credibility. He should be disowned by the legal profess

Europe is riven through and through with Jew hatred and its modern equivalent Israel hatred.

This is all tied up in the hatred of the British rulers for Judaism and their long standing wish to be in control of Jerusalem, which in turn comes from the habits that the English acquired when they were the force on earth which by the great grace of god ruled the waves, on an empire where the “sun never set”!!!

So as the Dutch, also old time empiricists, decide they will attack free speech against Islam and prepare to jail Geert Wilders, so the English move up a gear AGAINST ISRAEL and decide to spend their meagre resources AND HAVE THE SAS TRAIN THE LIBYAN ISLAM TERRORISTS AND JEW HATERS.

It all actually fits very nicely

Britain’s relationship with Libya has been under the spotlight since Abdelbaset al Megrahi was freed from a Scottish jail on compassionate grounds last month after being diagnosed as suffering from terminal prostate cancer and given three months to live.

Gordon Brown has faced claims that his Government helped engineer Megrahi’s release to promote Britain’s commercial interests, particularly energy, in Libya.

Downing Street has denied the allegations, but Jack Straw, the Justice Minister, has admitted that trade was a factor in deciding to include Megrahi in an earlier prisoner transfer agreement with Libya. Megrahi was the only person convicted for the murder of 270 people killed in the bombing in 1988 of Pan Am flight 103.

The disclosure that members of the SAS are training their Libyan counterparts will further raise suspicions about exactly what has been agreed behind the scenes between Tripoli and Britain.

It will also infuriate families of the Lockerbie victims and further sour relations with America. Earlier this week, President Barack Obama told the Prime Minister of his “disappointment” over Megrahi’s release.

Defence sources said the training arrangement must have been given high-level political approval.

Members of Britain’s elite regiment are angry at having to help train soldiers from a country that for years armed terrorists they fought against.

An SAS source said: “A small SAS training team have been doing it for the last six months as part of this cosy deal with the Libyans.

“From our perspective we cannot see it as part of anything else other than the Megrahi deal.” Another SAS soldier said: “The IRA was our greatest adversary now we are training their backers. There was a weary rolling of the eyes when we were told about this.”

The Ministry of Defence refuses to comment on special forces activities, but sources have admitted that SAS reserves have bolstered the team that has been training “Libyan infantry in basic skills”.

A senior defence source admitted: “This is a huge political embarrassment.’’

The first moves towards setting up the training agreement are believed to have begun after Tony Blair visited

Libya as Prime Minister in 2004. However, the deal was only finalised and “signed off” by Mr Brown earlier this year.

Robin Horsfall, a former SAS soldier who took part in the Iranian Embassy siege in 1980 and fought the IRA in Northern Ireland, said:

“There is a long list of British soldiers who have died because of Gaddafi funding terrorists.

“The SAS is being ordered to do something it knows is morally wrong.’’

The team – a troop of between four and 14 men – is training the Libyans in counter-terrorism techniques, including covert surveillance.

However, the “full spectrum of techniques” learned from fighting Islamic terrorism in Iraq and Afghanistan is not expected to be passed on.

Once an international pariah, Col Gaddafi agreed in 2003 to give up Libya’s weapons of mass destruction and has since enjoyed steadily improving relations with the West.

What do Washington and Jerusalem

propose to do now in the

face of Iran’s aggressive

nuclear and diplomatic offensives?

Will the foot-dragging continue until

Barack Obama has been in the White House for nine months and Binyamin Netanyahu in the Israeli prime minister’s office six months. Both have spent precious time batting the numbers of settlement apartments to and fro instead of taking resolute steps to thwart Iran’s spectacular advances on the road to a nuclear weapon. DEBKAfile’s military and intelligence sources note that Tehran has made good use of this time for the longest strides towards its objective than at any time since its program was surreptitiously launched.

The progress confirmed by our sources consists of four major steps:

1. Iran has succeeded in secretly combining uranium processing, airborne high-explosive tests and work on designing a missile cone to fit a nuclear warhead, according to Western intelligence updates.

2. The conflicting reports on the amount of uranium enriched and number of fast centrifuge machines in operation obscure the following hard facts: The Iranians have doubled the number of ever faster centrifuges that are working at their enrichment plants.

They are moreover completing tests on a more advanced homemade centrifuge, the IR4, which will halve the time taken for converting low-grade enrichment uranium into weapons-grade material.

3. By February 2010 – and some say sooner – Tehran will have stocked enough high-grade enriched uranium for two nuclear bombs.

4. Iran has also gone into home production of nuclear fuel rods for plutonium.

Barack Obama’ repeatedly held up his plan to engage Tehran in dialogue – first until the June 12 presidential election (hoping a more rational president would replace Mahmoud Ahmedinejad); then, until the popular unrest following the disputed poll died down (for fear of being accused of interfering); and finally on the assumption that the turmoil would divide and weaken the Islamic regime and make it easier to engage constructively.

The six world powers, US, Russia, China, France, the UK and Germany accordingly gave Iran until Sept. 15 to start talks.

It turned out that these delays, instead of weakening Iran’s rulers, hardened their position.

Reacting to the new intelligence presented to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Iran’s delegate Ali Asghar Soltanieh said Friday, Sept. 4: “The government of the United States has not handed over the original documents to the agency since it does not in fact have any authenticated documents and all it has are forged document”

An anonymous US official in Vienna said Soltanieh’s accusations were baseless and the IAEA itself “had accepted the material as credible.”

But by then, the Iranian delegate had come up with a new self-serving initiative: a proposal for the agency’s board of governors to ban member states from attacking the nuclear facilities of other nations.

Then on Saturday, Sept 5, Soltanieh, made it clear that Tehran was virtually scrapping the Western powers incentives offer which has been gathering dust since last year as the basis for talks and was about to put forward its own “comprehensive package on issues, including nuclear and economic cooperation as well as concerns about the proliferation of atomic weapons.”

The Iranian package will be handed in this week.

What do Washington and Jerusalem propose to do now in the face of Iran’s aggressive nuclear and diplomatic offensives? Will the foot-dragging continue until Iran conducts its first nuclear test?

Four years ago, prime minister Ariel Sharon said Israel must meet US demands on containing West Bank settlement “because we would need the Americans on the Iran issue.”

His successor, Ehud Olmert and foreign minister Tzipi Livni held off Israeli action by reiterating it was up to the “international community” to stop Iran’s advance toward a nuclear bomb.

Has anything changed in Washington and Jerusalem?

The remarkable wisdom of Anne Frank

A Classic Attempt to Attribute Anti-Semitism to Happenstance

In his book Why the Jews? author Dennis Prager cites a glaring example of an attempt to sell the public on the idea that there is nothing Jewish about anti-Semitism:

On April 11, 1944, in an observation that demonstrates an uncanny wisdom that far surpassed her age, Anne Frank wrote in her diary:

Anne Frank knew why/Who has made us Jews different from all other people? Who has allowed us to suffer so terribly until now? It is God Who has made us as we are, but it will be God, too, Who will raise us up again.

Who knows — it might even be our religion from which the world and all peoples learn good, and for that reason and that reason alone do we now suffer. We can never become just Netherlanders, or just English, or representatives of any other country for that matter. We will always remain Jews.

Anne Frank made a point of stressing that Jews have something of special value to give to the world, and that is precisely what the world has resented, and that is why people have persecuted Jews. Anne Frank identifies anti-Semitism as a hatred of Jewishness, a loathing altogether different from the bigotry or racism that other peoples experience.

Yet, Dennis Prager points out, when Anne Frank’s story was reconstructed by Lillian Hellman into a Broadway play, her words were completely changed. “Why are Jews hated?” asks Anne. “Well, one day it’s one group, and the next day another. . . .”

On Broadway, audiences were made to believe that Anne Frank felt that Jews have been hated just as any other people has been hated. Producers capitalized on the integrity of an Anne Frank to promote the view that there is nothing Jewish about anti-Semitism.

The dishonesty of today’s antisemites

People are only called antisemitic when they are

Israel haters plaintively wail that just because they oppose the Jewish State does not mean they are anti-Semitic.
Of course it does.
There are 212 countries.
One is Jewish.
They only want to eliminate one country.
The Jewish country.
Quite the coincidence, eh bubby?
There are 56 Islamic countries.
If I support dismantling just 56 of the 212 countries – the Muslim ones – might that be construed as Islamophobic?
Wouldn’t our liberal friends cry “Racism” and stagger across the room like Fred Sanford, clutching his heart and calling to his dear departed Elizabeth?
Anti-Semites are not just malicious…they are dishonest and gutless.
I actually prefer the Farrakahn variety of Jew hater to the Obama model – at least Farrakahn doesn’t cravenly pretend to tolerate Hebrews.

Special to Jihad Watch: Professor Miroljub Jevtiæ assesses the situation in Kosovo and beyond. Professor Jevtiæ is a professor at the College of Political Science at the Belgrade University. He is visiting the United States this month with Bishop Artemije of Raska and Prizren (which includes Kosovo and Metohija) in a mission to awaken the West -– and especially the United States -– against the ill-advised direction of current policy and the disastrous impact it would have on Kosovo’s beleaguered Christian Serbs.

Professor Jevtiæ is the author of numerous articles on the theme of Islam, and has appeared as an expert on Islam on TV and in print media across the Balkans. He is an author of nine books dealing with the influence of Islam on the world politics, including Religion and Politics: Introduction to politics of religion (2002); Islam in the works of Ivo Andric (2000); All of Our Misconceptions (1999); The Crime Awaits punishment (1998); Muslims Between the Faith and a Nation (1996); Islam and Geopolitical Logic (1995); Albanians and Islam (1995); From the Islamic Declaration to the Religious War in Bosnia (1993); and Modern Jihad as War (1989). Other writings include “Bosnia In Paris” (December 3, 2005); “The West Must Learn Islam” (September 1, 2005); and “The Funadamentals of al-Qaeda in Kosovo: Islamization as factor of Albanization in the region of former Yugoslavia” (June 12, 2005).

Negotiations regarding the future status of Kosovo are about to begin. It is increasingly clear that the overwhelming majority of the world media, not to mention the government of the United States and its allies, favor giving independence to the Serbian province of Kosovo and Metohija, which since the 1999 war has been administered by the United Nations under NATO military control. Or, to put it more accurately, the western world is in favor of detaching Kosovo from (Christian) Serbia by fiat and making it into an independent (Muslim) state.
The main argument of those supporting this scenario, — notably in the United States, where advocates of the Muslim Albanian cause have — is that by doing so they would repair their image in the Islamic world and show that they do not have anti-Islamic inclinations. This, they think, would co-opt the influence of Islamic “extremists.” For example, as recommended in the official report of the 9-11 Commission: “Just as we did in the Cold War, we need to defend our ideals abroad vigorously. America does stand up for its values. The United States defended, and still defends, Muslims against tyrants and criminals in Somalia, Bosnia, Kosovo, Afghanistan, and Iraq. If the United States does not act aggressively to define itself in the Islamic world, the extremists will gladly do the job for us.” In addition, they think that the moderate Muslims in Kosovo (as the West incorrectly considers Kosovo’s Albanians to be) will create a prosperous, multiethnic democracy, which will, while still remaining sufficiently Muslim, serve as an example of how one can remain a Muslim and be secular at the same time.
This policy is founded on grave misconceptions. The first misconception is that by offering aid to the Kosovo Muslims, the hatred of the Islam world for the United States of America would be mitigated. The result would, in fact, be the opposite. In fact, the independence of Kosovo will increase the hatred for the US. One reason for displeasure of the Islamic world will be found, first of all, in the fact that the Muslims would still not be in control of what they claim as their third most holy place, the al-Aqsa mosque which is built on the site of the Temple of Solomon. And the entire Islamic world believes that Israel can control the whole of Jerusalem, including al-Aqsa, only because it has the support of the United States. Without the American help, they believe that Israel would be destroyed — its own courage, wisdom and devotion to its cause notwithstanding.
However, there is no religious Muslim, whether “moderate” or “extreme,” who does not consider that Jerusalem must be part of a Palestinian state. And the existence of Israel denies the possibility of this. Therefore, from their point of view, the infidels can give the Muslims Kosovo; we can give them Bosnia, Kashmir, Chechnya, New York itself, as well as Paris, they will not be reconciled as long as they do not have sovereignty over Jerusalem. Should they relinquish this idea, be it in their dreams only, they would burn in hell. But Jerusalem cannot belong to the Muslims because the West, and particularly the United States, will not permit it. So if America can give Kosovo to the Albanian Muslims, they can certainly give Jerusalem to the Palestinian Muslims. But they stubbornly refuse to do so! And “Muslim rage” — before which the entire world quakes over a few cartoons – will burn even hotter.
In the psychology of all religious Muslims, anyone who is against taking Jerusalem away from Israel is an enemy, whether they are willing to say it openly or not. Moreover, a religious Muslim believes that it is not normal for the Christians not to reason in the same way and not to try to show to the whole world that their faith is superior to that of other faiths. The fact that in traditionally Christian countries the number of Christian believers, as well as the number of Christian places of worship, is on the decline, whereas the number of Muslims and mosques is on the increase, is seen as the triumph of the true faith over the false faith—the triumph of Islam over Christianity. This is why the fact that since the arrival of NATO to Kosovo over 150 Christian churches have been destroyed and some 400 mosques have been built, or are under construction, is for the Muslims a proof that if there is a faith which is supported by true God — it is Islam! Because, why would the Christian God, why would Jesus, permit the destruction of churches, where He, Jesus, is glorified? Why would He, at the same time, permit the construction of mosques, where His existence as God is denied? Why would He permit it, moreover, in the presence of men who bear arms and who claim to be Christians?

So, instead of seeing the presence of the West in Kosovo and Metohija as a proof of religious tolerance, the Albanian Muslims, and Muslims in general, see it as a proof of the fact that Islam is the true faith, the faith which is the only way to the salvation after death. The granting of independence to Kosovo would simply validate the conviction of Muslim extremists that theirs is the only correct policy, and that they should continue on the path they have followed so far. The number of followers of this doctrine would only continue to grow as it has done so far. This would lead to the increase in the number of those who are against “moderate” Islamic regimes and who will begin, as recent Palestinian and Egyptian elections have shown, to undermine moderate and (even minimally) pro-western governments. Such countries will be headed by people who think like Osama Bin Laden, or others of similar ilk. They will build into their foreign policy platforms their aspirations to transform their confrontations with the West into a global victory.
Their first target will be Israel. Because now, after resolving their problems in Kosovo and Bosnia, they will be able to concentrate with all their might on the main objective—the sovereignty over Jerusalem. First, they will use all diplomatic channels to pressure the West to deny Israel’s right to exist. If they do not succeed in this, they will prepare for the destruction of Israel by military force. If the West tries to thwart them, their aspirations to achieve parity in military technology will grow until they have reached supremacy. Afterwards, in the name of jihad, Israel and the entire western civilization will be destroyed.
Moreover, no advocate of this ideology has an iota of doubt regarding the humaneness of this position. This is because they do not kill out of hatred; they kill out of love. The non-Muslims live in sin because they do things prohibited by God: they drink alcohol, they eat pork, they recognize the rights of homosexuals, they tolerate the scantiness of female attire. All these are sins punishable by death according to Shari’a law if the transgressors continue to sin in spite of God’s warning as expressed in the Koran. The killing of these sinners simply ensures for them a more clement treatment on Judgment Day, because, if they are not killed for these sins, who knows what other sins they might yet commit?
This was the reasoning of Muhammad Atta and his comrades in terror when they killed on September 11. This will be the reasoning of an ever increasing number of Muslims who are not yet ready to see the West as a serious force which should not be taken lightly. This is how the Muslims will reason when Kosovo becomes purely Muslim and when the last traces of Christianity are erased from it, erased moreover with the help of countries which claim to be Christian. Granting the independence to Kosovo will be taken as proof of Europe’s own wish to cease to exist, as it not only allows the expansion of Islam but is actively promoting it by aiding those who are destroying churches, raping nuns, spitting on crosses and daubing with excrement holy images of Christ. And Christians represented by KFOR personnel, far from trying to stop these acts of desecration, stand idly by averting their eyes. Such a Kosovo will be a base for jihad aggression against Europe keeping Christian forces tied in the Balkans while the center of the Islamic world will devote itself to the unimpeded destruction of Israel.
The only way to change the situation, to avert this next escalation in the clash of civilizations is to mobilize the entire Christian world against the independence of Kosovo and Metohija and to support its continuance within Christian Serbia. The Muslims would not like this, but they understand that this is what should be done. Because in their minds they know that it is logical for the Christians to act together. And so they will understand that the Christian world is strong and should not be provoked. Regimes now in power in Egypt, Tunisia, and Algeria would not lose the support of the West. It will be understood that the relations of these regimes with the West are the only possible path for the Muslims, because the Christian West is strong.
This is the way of averting the clash of civilizations, which will be inevitable if we continue on the path we are following now. This does not mean that there will be friendship between the West and Islam, but there will not be open war either. There will only be the necessary collaboration. Besides the Koran orders the believers to respect those who are strong, because according to Islam strength always comes from God. God knows who should be given strength and who should be tested. And Muslims can only be friends with Muslims. The Koran is clear on this: Sura IX verse 23 begins: “O, ye who believe, choose not your fathers nor your brethren for friends if they take pleasure in disbelief rather than faith…”

INTERESTING COMMENT ON THE “NEW HISTORIANS”

This is another important article on Harrys Place. It concerns an Israel hater called Ben White whose politics mirror almost all of the fake Islamist supporting “left”. It is noteworthy in that a comment by “Mikey” introduces the vital work by Efraim Karsh and the issue of the “New Historians” as we have always said really “Old Liars”

First the review

Ben White is a freelance writer about the Middle East. His work appears often on ‘Comment Is Free’. He has tried to argue that Ahmadinejad did not deny the Holocaust and has written

“I do not consider myself an anti-Semite, yet I can also understand why some are.”

His new book “Israeli Apartheid: A Beginner’s Guide” was launched in the British Parliament on Wednesday night (a meeting in the parliament needs a Member to sponsor it – Brian Idden MP in this case).

The forward to the book is written by John Dugard, the South African lawyer who made the apartheid analogy, as a result of which Israel refused to allow him to conduct a UN-mandated fact-finding mission on its Gaza offensive in 2006. Desmond Tutu – whom Alan Dershowitz called a ‘racist and a bigot’ – says

“This book deals rationally and cogently with a topic that almost always generates heat…”

The blurb also has a favourable quote from Pappe. Stephen Sizer says

“If you really care about peace in the Middle East, read this book”.

I have not read the book, but judging by White’s presentation it belongs in the fiction category.

He began by saying

“Israel would prefer to disappear the Palestinians”.

We have one doctored quote after another. “A land without a people…” which of course was never said by any Jew, let alone any Zionist leader. David Ben-Gurion never said “We must expel Arabs and take their places.” He in fact said “We do not wish and do not need to expel Arabs and take their places.”

There was no ‘transfer consensus’ by which the Zionist leaders in 1948 agreed to transfer Arabs out. in fact the Mayor of Haifa, Shabtai Levy, on 22 April begged the Arabs to stay.

It is simply not true that “half the dispossessed Palestinians had already been kicked out by the time of the Declaration of the State of Israel”.

‘Plan Dalet’ was not a plan to expel Arabs. As Benny Morris has written, “There was no Zionist “plan” or blanket policy of evicting the Arab population, or of “ethnic cleansing”. Plan Dalet (Plan D), of March 10th, 1948 (it is open and available for all to read in the IDF Archive and in various publications), was the master plan of the Haganah – the Jewish military force that became the Israel Defence Forces (IDF) – to counter the expected pan-Arab assault on the emergent Jewish state. That’s what it explicitly states and that’s what it was. ” (Irish Times, 21 February 2008)

And so on.

I remonstarted at the lies and Idden threatened me with eviction (the third time at Israel hatefests in nine days). My friend was jeered at when she sauid her (Jewish-sounding) name before she asked her question. Iddon said he would take statements after the questions then refused to let me talk saying they were out of time.

On the way out I was told that “the Nazis should have finished the job”.

The book is to be discussed at a meeting (also in London) organised by the Charity “War on Want” on 9 July. Just as adverts must be ‘legal, decent, honest and truthful’ so the material that Charities produce must be ‘legal, decent honest and truthful’. That is what Guidance Note CC9 from of the Charity Commission appears to require. It doesn’t actually use the words ‘legal, decent honest and truthful’. What it says is that the material charities produce must be “factually accurate and have a legitimate evidence base”.

“War on Want” sells a £4 Christmas card depicting Joseph and a pregnant Mary being accosted by two IDF soldiers by the wall, with a checkpoint in the background decked with an Israeli flag and with a rifle pointing out of it. “War on Want” and other charities sponsored the anti-Israel ‘Enough!” march in London in May 2007 and during ‘Cast Lead’ it put out Press Releases which were clearly biased. Now it is organising a launch of this book.

Don’t bother waiting for either Ben White or War on Want to condemn the conduct of last week’s Iranian election. You could be waiting a long time.

Hence, this statement by Haniyeh is simply more of the same. “Haniyeh tells Carter: We’re ready for state in 1967 borders,” by Khaled Abu Toameh for the Jerusalem Post, June 16:

Hamas Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh told former US President Jimmy Carter Tuesday that his government supported any plan that aims at fulfilling the aspirations of the Palestinians, preserve their rights and lead to the establishment of a soverign Palestinian state on all the territories that were occupied by Israel in 1967.

Haniyeh, according to his aides, also expressed Hamas’s desire to end the case of kdnapped IDF soldier Gilad Schalit, welcoming Carter’s mediation efforts in this regard. Haniyeh was quoted as saying that Hamas supported acheiving [sic] a dignified solution to the Schalit case on a “human and political basis.”

Platitudes like this always depend on the expectation that people will project their own, optimistic sentiments on them and ignore the agenda behind them.

Haniyeh urged Carter to exert pressure on Israel to lift the blockade imposed on the Gaza Strip and reopen the border crossings into the area

COMMENT FROM A JIHADWATCH READER

In fact, Haniyeh offered nothing at all. He simply expressed his desire for territory for nothing in return. As for Shalit, he could be released tomorrow if Hamas actually wanted to. Also, I have my doubts that Shalit is even alive, since we have neither seen video or voice recording from him. To be crass, Israel should not risk its security for a skeleton.

Report: Bolivia becoming a hotbed of Islamic “extremism”

“It’s about anti-Americanism,” the report’s author says. Indeed, Bolivia’s connections with Iran mirror those of Venezuela under Hugo Chavez: Both countries’ leaders fancy themselves populist heroes bent on sticking a finger in the eye of Uncle Sam. And both have been reported to have shipped uranium to Iran. What neither seem to have taken into account, however, is that Iran has its own agenda for its activity in Latin America, and at the end of the day, infidels are infidels.

By the same token, the shared anti-Americanism has evidently given an even more diverse assortment of jihadist movements cover for their activities in Bolivia, as detailed below. “Bolivia Becoming a Hotbed of Islamic Extremism, Report Concludes,” by Nora Zimmett for Fox News, June 16 (thanks to Twostellas):

A poor, agrarian, landlocked country in South America with a nearly 100 percent Christian population is hardly the place one would expect to become a hotbed of Islamic extremism in the Western Hemisphere.

But a recent report by the Open Source Center (OSC) of the Office of the Director of National Intelligence says it’s so.

There are only 1,000 Muslims in Bolivia, a country of 9.7 million people, but the connection between some of the community’s religious leaders and Iran — as well as with fundamentalist factions in the Palestinian territories — has U.S. officials and terror experts keeping a watchful eye on them.

The report revealed a number of Muslim organizations in Bolivia whose leaders have publicly denounced U.S. foreign policy and have direct associations with extremists in the Middle East.

“There’s a theory that they may believe — Latin America, particularly with its Leftist leanings in recent years, may be more receptive to the anti-American-type rhetoric that we’ve been accustomed to hearing from Iran,” said a U.S. intelligence official, who spoke on the condition of anonymity.

One Muslim leader named in the OSC report is Mahmud Amer Abusharar, founder of the Centro Islamico Boliviano (CIB) in Santa Cruz. Abusharar emigrated from the Palestinian territories in 1974 and claims to have built Bolivia’s first mosque in 1994 so that he would not lose touch with his religion.

But public statements by Abusharar and other members of his mosque reveal clear anti-US sentiments. In a 2007 interview with a local Bolivian university, Abusharar told a student that he didn’t know Muslims in jail who weren’t there “especially due to the United States’ influence in Bolivian politics.” The CIB’s Web site also posts an article by its administrative director, Isa Amer Quevedo, that rebukes the U.S. for launching an attack on the Taliban after 9/11, stating: “Today we see the U.S. declaring armed Jihad against terrorism. They aim their bombs at UBL and Afghanistan, whom they financed and trained.”

The CIB is also the Bolivian headquarters for the World Assembly of Muslim Youth (WAMY), a Saudi-based major fundraiser for the Muslim community. According to U.S. State Department documents, one of its regional offices in Northern Virginia was raided by the FBI in connection with terrorist activities in 2004.

Another Muslim leader in Bolivia, Husayn Salgueiro, is a staunch supporter of the Palestinian government and a known critic of Israel. While there are no public records of Salgueiro speaking out against the U.S., a local news interview earlier this year shows him urging Palestinians to continue their armed struggle against the Israeli people.

Other leaders of Islamic groups in Bolivia, according to the OCS report, have shown evidence of sympathies with Islamic radicals. Fayez Rajab Khedeer Kannan, leader of the Asociacion Cultural Boliviana Musulmana (ACBM), has openly praised Libyan leader Muammar al-Qaddafi and asked the wealthy Islamic organization, The Libyan International Center for Studies and Research of the Green Book, to heighten its missionary efforts in Bolivia. Roberto “Yusuf” Chambi Calle, president of the Fundacion Cultural Islamica Boliviana (FCIB) is friendly with a possible associate of Moshen Rabbani, a known Iranian terrorist and the former director of a Buenos Aires mosque.

Some Latin America analysts say religious organizations like these could provide cover for more radical groups.

“Clearly, jihadists, or potential jihadists, would look very intensely at ways of diversifying their sources of revenue, potential candidates for missions — intelligence missions, infiltration — people whose profile, whose point of origin leads people to be less suspicious,” said Ray Walser, a senior policy analyst specializing in Latin America at the Heritage Foundation. “I think there is a potential in these types of organizations — that may exist in Bolivia or elsewhere — of becoming the kind of points of diversification of radical groups in the Middle East.” [...]

“It’s about anti-Americanism,” Mr. Walser told FOXNews.com. “It’s about, the enemy of my enemy is my friend.”

Some Latin America watchers are wary of the influx of Iranian money into Bolivia and warn that economic investment could provide a convenient mask for extremist groups’ illicit activities….

You can follow this up in your own time. To me these seem total and complete traitors to the Jewish cause, and I say this as a non Jew.

I would say that these rabbis are the No 1 enemy that has to be fought. The Jews and Israel simply cannot win unless there is a serious struggle right out in the open in front of all the people of Israel about these Rabbi traitors. One of these is a rabbi called Dreyfus

PALESTINIAN ARABS TURN DOWN NETANYAHU´S OFFER OF A STATE

Netanyahu offered a state to the Jihadist Palestinian Arabs and all they had to do is recognize Israel. They now say that to recognise Israel is unacceptable.

Mubarak has also said thios, speaking on behalf of all Arabs.

Could anything be clearer!

Israel must now do 2 things:

1. Take over Judea, Samaria, Gaza completely

2. Make these Arabs either accept Israel as a Jewish state and necessary defence against Jihadist antisemitism

Or be expelled from Israel

And at the same time make an appeal to the youth of Teheran to help Israel to fight Sharia, Jihadism and antisemitism

Israel is now at war on many fronts and it must ensure that those nominally Jews who are traitors be expelled from Israel.

For example Haaretz should be taken over by Jewish patriots and people like Haas should be expelled perhaps to Saudi Arabia.

Let Haas place her neck on the line there.
