BBC UP TO ITS USUAL DIRTY TRICKS This morning I heard the BBC World Service reporting on the coming second round of the Serbian election for President and Government. The British Media in general, and the BBC in particular, always lapse into “sneering” mode when it comes to discussing anything about Serb Nationalism. The interviewer did his usual trick, he interviewed only those who agreed with him, he cut the opposition completely out, he poured his contempt onto Serb nationalism. From the BBC report it emerges that the EU and US are still trying to bribe the Serbs with entry into Europe as a reward for electing the same traitors into power once again.
It is also clear however that the opposition to this is taking a very interesting and important form. The oppositionists, whose leader is Tomislav Nikolic, are saying that if they win the election then they will withdraw from the EU and will strike up an accord with Russia, and although they did not specify, that has implications which are wider. This is a summary of the situation drawn from the website http://www.iht.com/articles/2007/01/22/news/serbs.php
EU officials had called on Serbs to vote for a moderate government that would push ahead with democratic and economic reforms as well as fully cooperate with the United Nations war crimes tribunal in the Netherlands.Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier of Germany, whose country holds the EU’s rotating presidency, and other EU officials said last week that stability and security in the Balkans was a priority.“These elections present an important opportunity for Serbia, to look ahead and fully embrace its European future,” Olli Rehn, the EU enlargement commissioner, said last week. He added that the EU “hopes to see” a pro-EU, reform government in Belgrade.EU officials expect the UN mediator, Martti Ahtisaari, to recommend limited independence for Kosovo.Diplomats said, however, they expected lengthy debates with Russia over Kosovo’s future at the UN Security Council, which will make the final decision on the province’s future. Moscow strongly backs Belgrade’s claims that Kosovo should stay part of Serbia, while Washington favors independence.
The EU itself is divided over Kosovo between countries that oppose any secession — including Spain, Greece, Cyprus, Romania and Slovakia — and those that have backed it, among them Britain and the Netherlands.Belgrade has insisted that Kosovo must remain part of Serbia, albeit with wide autonomy.
But ethnic Albanian politicians in the provincial capital, Pristina, are pushing for outright independence.A move to declare Kosovo independent would have widespread international implications and would be regarded as a precedent in other independence- minded provinces or regions elsewhere in the world.

THE GEORGE SOROS BACKED COUP
This election brings us all back to the coup 2001 which the US and EU, using millions in dollars of George Soros, pulled off to depose Milosevic and to have him taken to the Hague Court in chains. It was in reality NATO and its Kangaroo Court which was pulling all the levers in that election. The Hague Court then was unable to prove any of its charges against Milosevic who fought a very plucky fight in the Court. No matter, the Hague apparatus murdered him in his cell through poisoning.
Those in power in Serbia for the past years cannot escape from that reality. They are part of the whole apparatus which is responsible for the murder of Milosevic. This will never be erased from the memory of Serb Nationalism. Things like this have a tendency to be remembered in hundreds of years. They are factors which become part of a people and its rightful nationalism.
OUR STAND IS WITH THE OPPOSITION
So in this election we are totally with the opposition to these traitors, we think their proposal to pull out of the EU is a magic proposal, and it points the way forward for revolutionary socialism in Europe, break up the EU as soon as possible. So we are with the opposition and are against the traitors who played a key part in the murder of their elected President, Slobodan Milosevic. This is a matter of principle and a really revolutionary socialist leadership must be based on principles. There are big links with the struggle of Israel to survive. Also huge similarities! Our defence of Israel against Islam and against EU and US antisemitism is unconditional It is similar with those in Serbia who fight the elections in order to defeat the traitors whose conscious act of betrayal led to the final poisoning of Milosevic in his NATO prison cell.
STRIKING A BLOW AGAINST KAMM
The proposal from the Serb oppositionists to take Serbia out of the EU, to stand alone if necessary, to make brotherly links with Russia, China, India who all face dangers from Islam and Imperialism, and to whom the whole story of what happened to Yugoslavia is of great importance. But the very act of spurning the EU is of truly revolutionary significance. This will be a blow struck against all the reactionaries, such as Kamm, Cohen and Harry’s Place, who in the final analysis have a deep hatred of progressive national liberation struggles.
What this means is really a United Front of all those who are opposed to the growing trends in the capitalist world. The capitalist Imperialists are uniting with Islam in such a way that Islam is part of the New World Order. There is need for revolutionary leadership inside this United Front. Yugoslavia, Russia and China, even India has been badly tainted by Stalinism, and the crimes of Stalinism. For one thing it will be necessary to fight on a programme which supports Israel as the home of the Jews, the respite from antisemitism which Trotsky advocated.
In this context all of the research carried out by Jared Israel and Francisco Gil White which shows that Arab Nazi Fascism, linked in the most intimate way, is right at the centre of “Palestinianism”, which is really Arab antisemitic Fascism. The whole story of Hajj Amin el Husseini, the right hand man of Eichmann in the Nazi Holocaust needs to be brought into Serbia, hoping that by doing this we can counter the damage done by Stalinism, under Stalin and Tito, as Serbia was drawn into the antisemitic structure of the “Non aligned nations” movement, which became in fact a branch of UN antisemitism
UNITED FRONT OF TROTSKY IS VERY IMPORTANT
The United Front solution moves across from working class to incorporate national liberation movements. The Serbs are fighting for national liberation as are the Jews (The Jewish national struggle is at least 3000 years old and is the oldest in the world) These progressive national struggles will endure allowing a new leadership to be built. They will have many twists and turns. I see the opposition to the Serb traitor class in government as being very progressive. Even the decision announced yesterday that Paddy Ashdown has lost in his bid to lead in Afghanistan is immensely positive. The Afghans are caught in the vice grip of Imperialism and of Islam and have immense challenges to endure as a nation, but their decision to kick Ashdown in the rear is a mighty decision indeed.
Ashdown represents the worst aspects of British Imperialism, in Bosnia Ashdown linked up with Islam and was the tormentor of the Serbs. It is just possible some in the Afghan nation understand that and could foresee that Ashdown would be seeking a deal with the Taliban against the Afghans. Like the imperialist blogger Oliver Kamm the greatest friend of the Islamofascist Izetbegovic was Ashdown.
The Afghans, perhaps they reason, do not need that in their country. In Bosnia it was the aim from the beginning of Ashdown to link up on the side of Croatian Fascism and of Islamofascism, in the form especially of Izetbegovic, against the Serb National Movement. Perhaps in rejecting Ashdown the Afghans still have a spark of national pride left in their country.
A revolutionary leadership must look creatively at the situation and must be able to see the positive side in many of these developments. But we return once again to the absolute need of the Serbs and Jews of Israel to link up together on a principled basis because they face the same enemies in Imperialism and in Islam.
