I place emphasis on some of the worst of The Islamic Declaration
by Felix Quigley
These are some comments which I wish to make personally on the previous article, The Islamic Declaration by Bosnian Islamist Elija Izetbegovic, and the fact that this was kept hidden from ordinary people by the likes of Kamm and Hoare, but many others especially in the British and Irish Media as well.
It may be useful to have these two articles open and flick from one to the other.
Look again at page 4 and think of the following in terms of a Muslim entering say The United States. What would this mean for a Muslim integrating into their new country.
It is unthinkable for a Muslim to sacrifice himself for any tzar or ruler, no matter what his name may be, or for the glory of any nation, party or some such, because acting on the strongest Muslim instinct he recognizes in this a certain type of godlessness and idolatry
Or page 17 where there is this strange juxtaposition of compassion and hate
Islam here is not merely a faith and the law, Islam has become love and compassion. He who rises against Islam will reap nothing but hate and resistance.
Or page 19 where he emphasises what is the central issue with Islam, you cannot extract the politics from the religion Islam, they are one and the same thing. It is as if the renaissance never took place. A secular state and making religion a truly private matter, that will not stand a chance, not even be in the running, as far as Islam is concerned.
A Muslim generally does not exist as an individual. If he wishes to live and survive as a Muslim, he must create an environment, a community, an order. He must change the world or be changed himself. History knows of no true Islamic movement which was not at the same time a political movement as well.
Page 22 Izetbegovic places emphasis on this point again but here it is a veritable declaration of war:
“… The first and foremost of such conclusions is surely the one on the incompatibility of Islam and non-Islamic systems. There can be no peace or coexistence between the “Islamic faith” and non- Islamic societies and political institutions. … Islam clearly excludes the right and possibility of activity of any strange ideology on its own turf. Therefore, there is no question of any laicistic principles, and the state should be an expression and should support the moral concepts of the religion. …”
Page 27 and here we are entering into some of the qualities of Fascism, which is a modern 20th century phenomenon. You can see this here, and how the coming together of Islam with Nazism was made so effortlessly. The Nazis too talked of wanting to rule Europe and the whole world as one state:
” Islam contains the principle of ummet, i.e. the tendency towards unification of all Muslims into a single community – a spiritual, cultural and political community. Islam is not a nationality, it is above nationalities. …”
These next 3 go together because they are pure Fascism or Totalitarianism
Page 32: “… The upbringing of the nation, and especially the mass media – the press, TV and film – should be in the hands of people whose Islamic moral and intellectual authority is undisputed. …Page 33: “… Establishing of an Islamic order is thus shown as the ultimate act of democracy, because it means the implementation of the deepest desires of the Muslim nations and common man. One thing is certain: no matter what a part of the rich and the intelligence wants, the common man wants Islam and living in his Islamic community. …”Page 43: “… the Islamic movement should and must start taking over the power as soon as it is morally and numerically strong enough to not only overthrow the existing non-Islamic, but also to build up a new Islamic authority. …”
And finally on page 45 there is this which you find in all of the Fascist movements, where Fascism takes on some of the garb of socialism, but of course this is only part of the con job which Fascism does on the masses:
The awakened Islam should in every community take into its own hands the flag for a more just social order and to clearly state that in struggling for Islam another war is being declared as well, the one against ignorance, injustice and poverty, a war without compromises and setbacks. …”
Page 47 this is very important in my opinion. It shows how Islam is being used by the New World Order of the US and the EU in order to break down national freedoms and independence. I mean by this that the EU as an Institution has indeed robbed the citizens of each country of their national independence:
“… Panislamism always came from the very heart of the Muslim peoples, nationalism was always imported stuff. …”
And from that to the end, which I will not emphasize, because it does not need any emphasis really, is pure antisemitism and Jew hatred. This being a sample, remember this is a man from Bosnia speaking
“This politics in Palestine is a provocation to all Muslims of the world. Jerusalem is not only a question of Palestinians, neither is it a question of Arabs only. It is a question of all the Muslim nations. TO KEEP JERUSALEM, THE JEWS WOULD HAVE TO DEFEAT ISLAM AND THE MUSLIMS, AND THAT – THANK GOD – IS OUTSIDE THEIR POWER.”
One cannot read this material without a certain sense of anger with Kamm and his associate Hoare, and all the rest of that journalistic fraternity in Britain and Ireland, who did their best to hide this absolutely dreadful and anti-Semitic material from this monster Izetbegovic. They tried to lay down false trails, they tried to gang up and bully, and then throw scorn on anybody who saw the importance of this material and wanted it published. But they were on an anti-Serb, anti-Yugoslav and above all an anti-Milosevic campaign on behalf of the US, the EU rulers and of Islam itself. In particular their minds were filled with hatred of Milosevic. Lie was piled upon lie. See in particular the film “Judgement” produced by Jared Israel of Emperors New Clothes (www.tenc.net) and you will see how they argued that black is white and white is black. Most of these “creatures of the Media” around Kamm are still in high paid Media jobs. There will eventually be a day of reckoning.
Bosnia: Former Muslim President Was Paid By Al Qaeda
When Alija Izetbegovic died and was buried on the 22nd October 2003, only hours before the funeral the United Nations war crimes tribunal in the Hague had confirmed that he had been under investigation.
Izetbegovic had governed Bosnia-Hercegovina as President from 1990 onwards, and had seen the start of the civil war begin under his rule in 1992. He signed the Clinton-brokered Dayton Agreement in 1995 which effectively ended the conflict. He continued as vice president until 2000. Though he had a knack of persuading Western leaders that he was a benign character, the reality seems far removed from the image of a benevolent Muslim “grandfather”.
Today, AKI reports that a Sarajevo-based weekly newspaper, Slobodna Bosna (Free Bosnia) has stated that Izetbegovic received money from the Saudi businessman Yassin al-Khadi (Yassin al Qadi). On October 12, 2001, Yassin al-Kadi was listed by the US government as a specially designated global terrorist for his support of al-Qaeda.
Al-Kadi’s assets in Bosnia-Hercegovina were frozen in October 2001, at the request of the nation’s Banking Agency. He had shares in the Vakufska Bank but these too were frozen, on the advice of the US.
In 1996, the report from Slobodna Bosna alleges, Izetbegovic received $195,000. The information on this transaction came from a British bank while al-Kadi’s charity Mufavak was being investigated. In 2002 this charity was banned, but began operating again in Bosnia under the name “Blessed Relief”. Mufavak had gathered $15 to 20 million from various sources, and at least $3 million had gone to Al Qaeda.
But the claims of Al Qaeda and Islamist involvement on the part of Izetbegovic go much deeper. In 1992, he invited in the Mujahideen from Saudi Arabia, who went on a spree of murder and decapitation. The government is now trying to revoke the citizenships of 1,500 of these, as was reported by AKI this week.
In 1970, Izetbegovic wrote “The Islamic Declaration: A Program for the Islamization of Muslims and the Muslim Peoples”, which was disseminated clandestinely amongst Muslims, but was not officially published until 1990 when the communist system which had been led by Tito collapsed.
This document has been used by his opponents to validate their claims that he was at heart an Islamist.
The invitation of the Mujahideen (shown below, marching through Zenica) to add jihadism to the volatile ethnic situation escalated the strong feelings in the region.
According to Pogledi:
“The mujahedin were “incorporated and subordinated” within the structure of the 7th Muslim Brigade when it was formed on November 19, 1992 . On August 13, 1993, the mujahedeen were organized in the “El Mujahed” unit. The Bosnian Muslim military command put this unit in the 3rd Corps area of operations and subordinated it to the command of that Corps.”
But the claims of Al Qaeda involvement go directly to Izetbegovic’s door. Terrorism expert Evan Kohlmann wrote a book, Al Qaeda in Europe: The Afghan-Bosnian Network, in which he details the involvement of Saudi Mujahideen in Bosnia and the rise of Al Qaeda.
Robert Spencer in JihadWatch quotes from this book:
Using the Bosnian war as their cover, Afghan-trained Islamic militants loyal to Osama bin Laden convened in the Balkans in 1992 to establish a European domestic terrorist infrastructure in order to plot their violent strikes against the United States.
As the West and the United Nations looked on with disapproval, the fanatic foreign ‘mujahideen’, or holy warriors, wreaked havoc across southern Europe, taking particular aim at UN peacekeepers and even openly fighting with Bosnian Muslims at times.
Middle Eastern religious and charitable organizations, largely based in and funded from the Arabian Gulf, were responsible for bankrolling this effort, and providing travel documentation for would-be mujahideen recruits…. many of the cell members – responsible for some of the most notorious terrorist attacks of the past decade – spent their formative years waging jihad in the unlikely Muslim land of Bosnia.”
Slobodan Milosevic is widely regarded as a Serbian monster, but while he was on trial in the Hague, a British journalist Eve-Ann Prentice was giving evidence.
She told the court in February that she had been scheduled to meet Alija Izetbegovic in November 1994. She said that while she and a journalist from Der Spiegel waited in a foyer for their interviews with the Bosnian leader, they saw Osama bin Laden being escorted into Izetbegovic’s office.
Judge Robinson cut short her testimony and declared it “irrelevant”.
A damning critique of Izetbegovic and his Al Qaeda connections, written from a Serbian perspective, can be found in Serbianna, and more can be found in an article from the Toronto-based Centre for Peace in the Balkans. A highly critical biography of Izetbegovic, by Vojin Joksimovich, can be found HERE.

Hague Judge Silences Bin Laden Bosnia Testimony, as NATO’s Claims Questioned
2/8/2006 (Balkanalysis.com)
Judge Patrick Robinson immediately shut down a Western journalist on the Hague Tribunal witness stand last week, when she disclosed having seen Osama bin Laden waltz into the office of late Bosnian President Alija Izetbegovic in November 1994.
Just as veteran British journalist Eve-Ann Prentice, who covered the Yugoslav conflicts for the Guardian and the Times told of the famous OBL, Prosecutor Geoffrey Nice objected, and the judge “…cut off the testimony immediately declaring it ‘irrelevant,’” according to the defense’s recap of a devastating day of testimony. However, considering that the defendant, former Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic was trying to make a case that the Bosnian Serbs were fighting because Izetbegovic wanted to create an Islamic state that would not be particularly tolerant of Serbs, it would seem that this “explosive” mention of his connection with the world’s most wanted man would in fact be quite relevant.
According to the report, while Prentice was waiting in Izetbegovic’s foyer for an interview she, and a journalist from Germany’s Der Speigel, “saw Osama bin Laden being escorted into Izetbegovic’s office… needless to say this evidence did not sit well with the tribunal.”
Prentice was by no means the first to make the bin Laden-Bosnia connection. Izetbegovic’s plans for making Bosnia an Islamic state were long known, and the fact that there was a strong foreign mujahedin presence in Bosnia, would both indicate that her squelched testimony was highly relevant indeed.
However, as in all the other tribunals designed to bolster the Official Truth established by government interests – not least of all the 9/11 Commission – evidence such as hers is blotted out immediately or blocked in advance.
And vitally, the mass media has lost interest too, now that the “good news” has stopped flowing in like it used to, when the prosecution against Milosevic had the momentum. Since the former Yugoslav president has taken the offensive, however, Western media coverage has stopped altogether, expect for the occasional report fearing that his various illnesses might interfere with “justice” being done.
However, though the big media did not cover the testimony, the always pro-intervention IWPR at least had to react to the damaging testimony. In a recent article, it cited Prentice’s impartiality- and then proceeded to act as a mouthpiece for the prosecution, stenographing Mr. Nice’s use of quotes from Prentice’s own book to show that even she was aware of Serbian evils.
But the IWPR didn’t mention bin Laden, nor various other important details that emerged from Prentice’s most damaging testimony, on the Kosovo conflict. Unlike the Western journalists who were merely waiting on the Macedonian border to hear the after-the-fact (or fiction) testimony of refugees, she was actually in Kosovo. In fact, owing to her proximity to the depleted uranium bombs NATO was dropping all around her, Prentice later became ill with cancer.
Having interviewed hundreds of ordinary Albanians, Roma and Turks during the war, Prentice’s first-hand fieldwork suggested that many of the Albanian refugees were forced to leave their homes not by the Serbian army but by the KLA- which cynically hoped to provoke Western outrage at an allegedly Serb-caused refugee crisis. It worked.
Prentice’s first-hand experience also contradicted the Official Truth on a number of other fronts. While the Hague prosecution accused the Serbs of bombings in Gnjilane, Istok (Dubrava Prison), Orohovac, and Meja, she stated that NATO bombing raids were responsible. “In the case of Meja… Ms. Prentice spoke to several victims in the hospital and they told her that NATO had bombed them. While she was in Gnjilane she did not see any evidence of the deliberate burning of shops and houses alleged by the indictment. All she saw was the destruction caused by NATO.”
Further, “…the indictment says that Serbian troops forced the Albanian population to leave Prizren from March 28th onwards. But Ms. Prentice said that there were a lot of Albanians in Prizren while she was there in May.”
The disinterest of Western leaders in the full reality of the wars in Yugoslavia reappeared with one telling vignette. When speaking about Bosnia, Prentice spoke of a visit to Pale, where “…she was surprised to find that a large number of non-Serb refugees were being given shelter there. Before she actually visited Bosnia she had believed what the rest of the media told her about the Serbs.”
Apparently, so did her country’s leaders:
“…she recounted one occasion where she tried to convince Robin Cook to visit Pale so that he could see for himself that non-Serbs were living freely in the Bosnian-Serb capital. Cook, who was on a fact finding mission, told her that he would not visit Pale because he thought the Serbs were ‘monsters.’”
Needless to say, the IWPR report doesn’t mention this vignette. Nor did it mention that Prentice contracted cancer from NATO’s depleted uranium bombing. It did make a subtle but determined effort to disparage her testimony, however- just as it has in the past given sympathetic attention to prosecution witnesses who later turned out to be liars. Some things just come with the territory for media bodies funded by the same governments that created the Hague monstrosity to begin with.
