What about Israpundit which has been running for a year now a campaign to support John McCain? How does this square with the McCain position towards Georgia?

Israpundit is a Jewish advocacy website, it began as such, but now it is little more than an arm of US Imperialism. This is shown most clearly in its support for McCain. This continual use of Israpundit as a mouthpiece for McCain is now complicated even further by what Georgia did to the Ossetians.

McCain has a record of being among the most blood thirsty enemies of the Serbs. He along with Joseph Lieberman, who was a Democrat while McCain is a Republican, allied with the Islamofascist Izetbegovic in Bosnia and with the terrorist (according to the US State Department itself) KLA in the Serbian province of Kosovo.

The editor of Israpundit Ted Belman claims that Israpundit is friendly to the Serbs and that Julia Gorin is great. But why then support McCain? The hypocricy of Belman is being exposed by events.

In recent articles a person who calls himself Yamit82 and who claims to be Jewish has supported totally the US Imperialist attack on Russia through Georgia. The level of hatred of this man towards Russia had to be seen to be believed. This hatred was also part of a hatred for socialism and for communism, something incidentally which Russia is not.

This person again claiming to be Jewish also attacked all national peoples and all national liberation movements that exist in the world. He was not challenged on this by editor Belman or by anybody else on Israpundit. In fact he was only challenged by a reader of 4international. See comments 13, 17 and 18 by JoshR in reply to the racist nihilism of this man Yamit82 (while Belman is silent and so we conclude agrees with Yamit82)

In supporting McCain (Obama is equally an Imperialist) who are Israpundit supporting? Read the folowing by McCain and you will see he is a born liar. You will find no mention of the initial genocide by the Georgian Government against this small people called the Ossetians, who have claimed Russian passport protection to protect them from this US inspired Genocide.

McCain said Wednesday that the crisis was not the time for partisan attacks.

“I know the people of Georgia have enjoyed an unprecedented period of prosperity and freedom. And I know that at this time they’re suffering mightily,” the Arizona Republican said. “So maybe later on in the campaign, let’s have a back-and-forth about who has comments or statements. Now, let’s devote all our energy to helping resolve a situation which is fraught with human tragedy.”

But, despite McCain comments, the crisis in Georgia has dominated the political debate between the two candidates’ campaigns in recent days.

On Tuesday, Randy Scheunemann, McCain’s top foreign policy adviser, attacked the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee’s response to the situation in Georgia, saying his experience with the region amounted to a handful of paper statements.

On the other hand, McCain’s experience with Georgia runs deep, Scheunemann said, noting that McCain and the Georgian president were friends.

“There’s a depth of knowledge, a breadth of knowledge and an extent of historical experience that doesn’t compare between the two on Russia policy,” Scheunemann said. “You can’t compare a 15-year historical record to three or four statements over the course of 15 months.”

But Susan Rice, Obama’s senior foreign policy adviser, said Tuesday that McCain’s comments condemning Russia “may or may not have complicated the situation.”

“We cannot shoot from the hip,” Rice told MSNBC on Tuesday. “We cannot act on the basis of ideology or preconceived notions. When this crisis began, Barack Obama, the administration … and all of our NATO allies took a measured and reasoned approach because we were dealing with the facts as we knew them.”

McCain spokesman Tucker Bounds said Wednesday that his campaign was disappointed that Rice had launched “inflammatory and baseless” political attacks “during an international crisis when bipartisanship is needed most.”

McCain emerged as the most repellent of the Imperialists ion this election. THAT is what Israpundit is promoting.

On Wednesday, McCain continued his tough line against Russia, saying its potential membership in the World Trade Organization should be reviewed as a result of its actions in Georgia, as well its relationship with the G-8 nations, which represent the world’s largest industrial economies.

McCain also said that an international peacekeeping mission should be sent to Georgia and that NATO should re-consider adding Georgia and Ukraine, another former Soviet republic, to the alliance.

And he left no doubt of his US Imperialist nature and total hatred for Russia, as he had for the Serbs:

“After the events of the past six days, no one should wonder why countries on Russia’s periphery so ardently seek the security guarantees alliance membership represents,” McCain said during a campaign stop in Birmingham, Michigan.

We on 4international fully support Israel and the right of Jews to have a national homeland which is free from antisemitism. That was the position of Leon Trotsky in the 1930s towards Jewish nationhood.

But now it is totally against the principles of being a Jew to support bloodthirsty Imperialists and big liars such as McCain.

Jews should, as an oppressed people and minority in the world, stand for the rights of national movements, especially small national movements such as the Ossetians.

Yamit82 this man who claims to be a Jew on Israpundit is really doing a great disservice to Jews by allying Israpundit with US Imperialists like Obama and especially with McCain. Ted Belman the editor of Israpundit should be thoroughly ashamed of himself for allowing Israpundit to become a vehicle for US Imperialist war mongering.
