He is visiting the United States this month with Bishop Artemije of Raska and Prizren (which includes Kosovo and Metohija) in a mission to awaken the West -– and especially the United States -– against the ill-advised direction of current policy and the disastrous impact it would have on Kosovo’s beleaguered Christian Serbs.   Professor Jevtiæ is the author of numerous articles on the theme of Islam, and has appeared as an expert on Islam on TV and in print media across the Balkans. He is an author of nine books dealing with the influence of Islam on the world politics, including Religion and Politics: Introduction to politics of religion (2002); Islam in the works of Ivo Andric (2000); All of Our Misconceptions (1999); The Crime Awaits punishment (1998); Muslims Between the Faith and a Nation (1996); Islam and Geopolitical Logic (1995); Albanians and Islam (1995); From the Islamic Declaration to the Religious War in Bosnia (1993); and Modern Jihad as War (1989). Negotiations regarding the future status of Kosovo are about to begin. It is increasingly clear that the overwhelming majority of the world media, not to mention the government of the United States and its allies, favor giving independence to the Serbian province of Kosovo and Metohija, which since the 1999 war has been administered by the United Nations under NATO military control. Or, to put it more accurately, the western world is in favor of detaching Kosovo from (Christian) Serbia by fiat and making it into an independent (Muslim) state. The main argument of those supporting this scenario, — notably in the United States, where advocates of the Muslim Albanian cause have — is that by doing so they would repair their image in the Islamic world and show that they do not have anti-Islamic inclinations. This, they think, would co-opt the influence of Islamic “extremists.” For example, as recommended in the official report of the 9-11 Commission: “Just as we did in the Cold War, we need to defend our ideals abroad vigorously. America does stand up for its values. The United States defended, and still defends, Muslims against tyrants and criminals in Somalia, Bosnia, Kosovo, Afghanistan, and Iraq. If the United States does not act aggressively to define itself in the Islamic world, the extremists will gladly do the job for us.” In addition, they think that the moderate Muslims in Kosovo (as the West incorrectly considers Kosovo’s Albanians to be) will create a prosperous, multiethnic democracy, which will, while still remaining sufficiently Muslim, serve as an example of how one can remain a Muslim and be secular at the same time. This policy is founded on grave misconceptions. The first misconception is that by offering aid to the Kosovo Muslims, the hatred of the Islam world for the United States of America would be mitigated. The result would, in fact, be the opposite. In fact, the independence of Kosovo will increase the hatred for the US. One reason for displeasure of the Islamic world will be found, first of all, in the fact that the Muslims would still not be in control of what they claim as their third most holy place, the al-Aqsa mosque which is built on the site of the Temple of Solomon. And the entire Islamic world believes that Israel can control the whole of Jerusalem, including al-Aqsa, only because it has the support of the United States. Without the American help, they believe that Israel would be destroyed — its own courage, wisdom and devotion to its cause notwithstanding. However, there is no religious Muslim, whether “moderate” or “extreme,” who does not consider that Jerusalem must be part of a Palestinian state. And the existence of Israel denies the possibility of this. Therefore, from their point of view, the infidels can give the Muslims Kosovo; we can give them Bosnia, Kashmir, Chechnya, New York itself, as well as Paris, they will not be reconciled as long as they do not have sovereignty over Jerusalem. Should they relinquish this idea, be it in their dreams only, they would burn in hell. But Jerusalem cannot belong to the Muslims because the West, and particularly the United States, will not permit it. So if America can give Kosovo to the Albanian Muslims, they can certainly give Jerusalem to the Palestinian Muslims. But they stubbornly refuse to do so! And “Muslim rage” — before which the entire world quakes over a few cartoons – will burn even hotter. In the psychology of all religious Muslims, anyone who is against taking Jerusalem away from Israel is an enemy, whether they are willing to say it openly or not. Moreover, a religious Muslim believes that it is not normal for the Christians not to reason in the same way and not to try to show to the whole world that their faith is superior to that of other faiths. The fact that in traditionally Christian countries the number of Christian believers, as well as the number of Christian places of worship, is on the decline, whereas the number of Muslims and mosques is on the increase, is seen as the triumph of the true faith over the false faith—the triumph of Islam over Christianity. This is why the fact that since the arrival of NATO to Kosovo over 150 Christian churches have been destroyed and some 400 mosques have been built, or are under construction, is for the Muslims a proof that if there is a faith which is supported by true God — it is Islam! Because, why would the Christian God, why would Jesus, permit the destruction of churches, where He, Jesus, is glorified? Why would He, at the same time, permit the construction of mosques, where His existence as God is denied? Why would He permit it, moreover, in the presence of men who bear arms and who claim to be Christians? So, instead of seeing the presence of the West in Kosovo and Metohija as a proof of religious tolerance, the Albanian Muslims, and Muslims in general, see it as a proof of the fact that Islam is the true faith, the faith which is the only way to the salvation after death. The granting of independence to Kosovo would simply validate the conviction of Muslim extremists that theirs is the only correct policy, and that they should continue on the path they have followed so far. The number of followers of this doctrine would only continue to grow as it has done so far. This would lead to the increase in the number of those who are against “moderate” Islamic regimes and who will begin, as recent Palestinian and Egyptian elections have shown, to undermine moderate and (even minimally) pro-western governments. Such countries will be headed by people who think like Osama Bin Laden, or others of similar ilk. They will build into their foreign policy platforms their aspirations to transform their confrontations with the West into a global victory. Their first target will be Israel. Because now, after resolving their problems in Kosovo and Bosnia, they will be able to concentrate with all their might on the main objective—the sovereignty over Jerusalem. First, they will use all diplomatic channels to pressure the West to deny Israel’s right to exist. If they do not succeed in this, they will prepare for the destruction of Israel by military force. If the West tries to thwart them, their aspirations to achieve parity in military technology will grow until they have reached supremacy. Afterwards, in the name of jihad, Israel and the entire western civilization will be destroyed. Moreover, no advocate of this ideology has an iota of doubt regarding the humaneness of this position. This is because they do not kill out of hatred; they kill out of love. The non-Muslims live in sin because they do things prohibited by God: they drink alcohol, they eat pork, they recognize the rights of homosexuals, they tolerate the scantiness of female attire. All these are sins punishable by death according to Shari’a law if the transgressors continue to sin in spite of God’s warning as expressed in the Koran. The killing of these sinners simply ensures for them a more clement treatment on Judgment Day, because, if they are not killed for these sins, who knows what other sins they might yet commit? This was the reasoning of Muhammad Atta and his comrades in terror when they killed on September 11. This will be the reasoning of an ever increasing number of Muslims who are not yet ready to see the West as a serious force which should not be taken lightly. This is how the Muslims will reason when Kosovo becomes purely Muslim and when the last traces of Christianity are erased from it, erased moreover with the help of countries which claim to be Christian. Granting the independence to Kosovo will be taken as proof of Europe’s own wish to cease to exist, as it not only allows the expansion of Islam but is actively promoting it by aiding those who are destroying churches, raping nuns, spitting on crosses and daubing with excrement holy images of Christ. And Christians represented by KFOR personnel, far from trying to stop these acts of desecration, stand idly by averting their eyes. Such a Kosovo will be a base for jihad aggression against Europe keeping Christian forces tied in the Balkans while the center of the Islamic world will devote itself to the unimpeded destruction of Israel. The only way to change the situation, to avert this next escalation in the clash of civilizations is to mobilize the entire Christian world against the independence of Kosovo and Metohija and to support its continuance within Christian Serbia. The Muslims would not like this, but they understand that this is what should be done. Because in their minds they know that it is logical for the Christians to act together. And so they will understand that the Christian world is strong and should not be provoked. Regimes now in power in Egypt, Tunisia, and Algeria would not lose the support of the West. It will be understood that the relations of these regimes with the West are the only possible path for the Muslims, because the Christian West is strong. This is the way of averting the clash of civilizations, which will be inevitable if we continue on the path we are following now. This does not mean that there will be friendship between the West and Islam, but there will not be open war either. There will only be the necessary collaboration. Besides the Koran orders the believers to respect those who are strong, because according to Islam strength always comes from God. God knows who should be given strength and who should be tested. And Muslims can only be friends with Muslims. The Koran is clear on this: Sura IX verse 23 begins: “O, ye who believe, choose not your fathers nor your brethren for friends if they take pleasure in disbelief rather than faith…” Clash of Civilizations 2006: Today Kosovo — Tomorrow Jerusalem?

The Goebbels (Obama) team are not alone. We have just witnessed how Obama, Mitchell and Hilary Clinton have called for the numbering of Jewish births in what are misnamed “The Territories”!!!, which is really Judea (You know Judea aka land of the Jews)

 

Count those births from those pesky Jews in those thar territories!!!

 

A slight interconnection here to another little historical truth. Jews have lived on that land, in those hills, drinking that water, tilling that soil, having their children, bringing them up, reading quietly to themselves the pages of their special history and book the Bible, for 4000 years. But the comparision underlines the anti-Semitic Obama team. They have lived there as Jews. “Palestinians” have lived there all of 4 decades, since 1967

 

But the dopey business man Mitchell and the lesbian Hilary Clinton is now all about counting those little and newly arrived Jews.

 

There must be a word for this but I cannot discover it. Perhaps “Jew Hatred”!!!

 

Expect one huge growth now in Jew hatred in the world as a whole.

 

We are dealing now with one great apparatus, a kind of complicated machine, which is the world capitalist economy.

 

The contradictions in this global apparatus are such that moves must be made to

 

1. create rigid systems of government whereby workers are forced to knuckle down and be used to insert value into capital
2. Great waste of human beings and their potential as mass unemployment internationally is inevitable
3. Use of Fascist ideologies, Islam being but one of these but a particularly destructive and deadly one

 

Israel the little land of the persecuted through the ages Jews is No 1 scapegoat

 

Of course the oil and energy crisis in the world cannot be solved within capitalism. There are spasmodic and isolated examples but as a rule capitalism cannot plan, or especially pre plan. All it can do and all it does is follow the market.

 

Now there opens up a market for the creation of wind turbines etc but too late. Britain as one example is closing down its wind turbine creation plant because the nation is in deep crisis.

 

This is a clear example of failure to plan.

 

China is such a vast country that it is able to keep in place some of the socialized forms of production and state planning that the revolution put in place.

 

So it is no accident that China can now step into the opportunity of wind turbine manufacture that the abject Brits have to abandon.

 

This is a partial example of socialised planning. But China still cannot exist as an isolated socialised unit. It too is caught up in the globality of the world system and will be attacked with ruthless venom by capitalism.

 

One thing will unite all of these great world powers, from Europe, to Russia, to America and to China.

 

Followed by smaller capitalist outfits like Ireland and Spain!

 

Sacrifice the tiny state of Israel, the Jewish Homeland, to the Arabs in payment for their oil.

 

This is going to be the reality that faces the Jews of Israel and of the whole world, because Israel remains their only place of refuge, in the context of growing anti-Semitism.

 

This is a danger of great Jewish extinction which is quite real. The Arabs were fully intent in killing all Jews in 1942 in a great butchery that surpassed even what happened to Jews and Serbs in Europe.

 

So what can be done to stop this?

 

We on 4international are most hopeful of the future.

 

This is because we believe that the crisis in capitalism is deep and is not episodic but is of a completely historical nature.

 

The great nemesis of the capitalists, the working class, we insist does exist.

 

And the great issue of today and of future days is to create the Trotskyist leadership

 

In America only 2 Jewish organizations have proved to be principled> Camera and Zionist Organization of America. All the rest, all of the Jewish leaders and parties are traitors to the Jewish cause.

A- Does anybody really believe a peace (not peace agreement) can be somehow attained with the Arabs living in so called territories?

C- Is there a general consensus in Israel as to what are Israels national interests?

What happens when Iran goes nuclear? What happens when Egypt, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Algeria and other countries not yet thought about go nuclear as well?

Who would benefit or lose when that scenario happens? Consequences for Israel and the world?

Would withdrawing and destroying settlements on the WB precipitate a civil war in Israel? In such a case would a second Jewish State be feasible?

What happens if Hizbolla wins today in Lebanon today? Will Obama recognize it? Will he then recognize Hamas? How would recognition impact on Israel?

BB is set to submit to the public his plan or Peace with the Arabs ala Glicks suggestion in her article May 21. Counter Hussein O. with our own plan. Won’t work, I think and we find a lot of resistance here in Israel from bothe the right and the left. Looks like BB will cave cave completely and declare for a 2 state option with stipulations that everyubody including BB will ignore in the future. We’ve been down that road before. (14 stipulations for accepting road map)

Assuming a forced deal can be made will it bring peace disarmament in the region cessation of Arab demands and terror?

If the ans to most of my questions is in the negative why play the game? Why pretend? Why weaken ourselves internally and externally for fear of sanctions etc. America will continue to support and supply with same weapons if not better than it supplies to Israel. any deal with the Arabs will not reduce the Arms build-up on all sides and we can’t compete long term in such an environment. Iranian Nukes will nullify Israeli nuclear deterrent and everybody will seek them… Do we bomb Egypt when they upgrade their current program?

What next?

Well next step is for Jews to ask Obama is he actually an American at all. Or is he a stooge which the US Media has placed into power, a George Soros New World Empire stooge.

Before anything happens regarding Israel, I first propose that Obama show his long form birth certificate to prove he was born in the United States! Because until Barack Obama’s legitimacy as President of the United States is first sorted out, all his policies are moot! Therefore the Israeli government’s response regarding Obama’s demand to stop even natural growth of Jewish communities in Judea & Samaria should be, first you show us your birth certificate than we’ll talk. And this is the legal point, the government of Israel can’t deal with the current presidential administration because Barack Obama has sealed up any and all personal records (birth certificate, school records, etc.) that are evidence in proving his background. The government of Israel cannot commit to any legal agreements with the U.S. government because one party to all the contracts and treaties refuses to reveal his true identity! No legal agreements can be binding if one of the two parties is actively concealing his identity because in the end, if Obama is proven to have been born outside of the U.S. then Obama has committed fraud by misrepresentation! Under this fraud, any legal contracts or agreements made between the Obama administration and Israel will become null and void!

So in order to protect themselves, the Israelis’ response to all the Obama administration demands should be the following: in order to best protect the State of Israel, we the government of Israel are unwilling to legally commit to any international agreements and/or treaties with the government of the United States at the present time. We the government of Israel at this time also legally refuse to partake in any international peace and/or economic conferences with the United States that affect our country. In doing so we are protecting our country and the citizens of Israel from any actions that might be imposed on Israel by the current President of the United States who might not truly possess the legal authority of that office. Until and/or unless Barack Obama can prove to the government of Israel that he was born in the United States, we must take the position that Mr. Obama is committing a fraud due to his refusal and his active concealment of all his personal identification. Therefore, we the government of Israel must protect our nation’s safety by refusing to enter into any international commitments with the present commander and chief of the U.S.A. because all agreements become legally nullified if Barack Obama is proven to be born outside of the United States. The current actions of Mr. Obama lead us to believe that Barack Obama is actively concealing factual evidence that can prove he was born outside of the United States. Therefore the government of Israel refuses to place its country and its citizens at risk by entering into any international agreements with the Obama administration for fear these agreements might at some future date become null and void. Therefore we the Israel government must have proof that Barack Obama was born in the U.S.A. before we even consider any international agreements being offered or suggested by the current American administration.

Tamimi recently proclaimed: “I don’t believe in democracy anymore,” and it was at an anti-Israel rally in Dublin only three months ago that Tamimi declared: “With regard to their attitudes to liberation, I say ‘Long Live the Taliban’.”You’d never know any of this from the billing the Al-Fauz institute gives Tamimi. He’s presented as a Palestinian-born British academic and a “political activist.” His leading role with Britain’s Stop The War Coalition is noted. But nowhere does the institute mention that Tamimi is also high-ranking ideologue for Hamas, one of the deadliest organizations listed under Canada’s anti-terrorism laws….

 

 

We like this analysis by Spencer. Spencer is a thousanf times more progressive than all those “lefties” who are backing Islam.

It seems a very long time ago that Robin Cook who was then the British Foreign Secretary refused to make war on Iran to stop it having a Nuclear Bomb and instead said to us that talking would do the job

 

Now we have an ANTISEMITE as president of the US and for sure he and his team will actually aid Iran in getting a Nuclear Bomb.

 

Such is the hatred of Obama for Israel and for Jews.

Clinton hints that US will accept nuclear Iran

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on Wednesday stirred Israeli fears that Washington would accept a nuclear armed Iran when she raised the idea of a US “defence umbrella” for Gulf allies.However, Clinton, during a visit to Thailand for an Asian security conference, said later that she was not announcing a new policy and simply wanted to turn Iran away from pursuing a nuclear weapon.

Clinton told Thai television in Bangkok that President Barack Obama’s administration was still open to engage Iran in talks about its nuclear programme but warned that Tehran would not be safer if it obtains a bomb.

“We will still hold the door open” to talks over its nuclear program Clinton said.

“But we also have made it clear that we will take action, as I’ve said time and time again, crippling action, working to upgrade the defence of our partners in the region,” she said.

Her previous references to “crippling action” have referred to sanctions.

“We want Iran to calculate what I think is a fair assessment: that if the US extends a defence umbrella over the region, if we do even more to support the military capacity of those in the Gulf, it is unlikely Iran will be any stronger or safer,” Clinton said.

“They won’t be able to intimidate and dominate as they apparently believe they can once they have a nuclear weapon.”

In Jerusalem, Israeli Intelligence Services Minister Dan Meridor criticised her remarks.

“I heard without enthusiasm the American declarations according to which the United States will defend their allies in the event that Iran uses nuclear weapons, as if they were already resigned to such a possibility,” he said.

“This is a mistake,” Meridor said. “We cannot act now by assuming that Iran will be able to arm itself with a nuclear weapon, but to prevent such a possibility….”

“I’m not suggesting a new policy. In fact we all believe that Iran’s pursuit of nuclear weapons is unacceptable, and I’ve said that many times,” she said.

“I’m simply pointing out that Iran needs to understand that it’s pursuit of nuclear weapons will not advance its security or achieve its goals of enhancing its power regionally and globally,” she said.

“The focus that Iran must have is that it faces the prospect — if it pursues nuclear weapons — of sparking an arms race in the region,” she said.

“That should affect a calculation of what Iran intends to do and what it believes is in its national security interest because it may render Iran less secure, not more secure,” she said….

The existence of this site increases suspicions that Iran may be building a heavy-water moderated reactor. ISIS has been unable so far to locate such a reactor, completed or under construction. The power reactor under construction at Bushehr does not use heavy water. Iran’s existing research reactors do not use heavy water or too little heavy water to justify a heavy water production facility.

Late last week, the Obama administration demanded that the Israeli government pull the plug on a planned housing development near the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood of Jerusalem. The project, a 20-unit apartment complex, is indisputably legal. The property to be developed — a defunct hotel — was purchased in 1985, and the developer has obtained all the necessary municipal permits.

Why, then, does the administration want the development killed? Because Sheikh Jarrah is in a largely Arab section of Jerusalem, and the developers of the planned apartments are Jews. Think about that for a moment. Six months after Barack Obama became the first black man to move into the previously all-white residential facility at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington, he is fighting to prevent integration in Jerusalem.

 

Jacoby is 100 per cent correct here.

 

He is totally right to point out that this is a BLACK President who is doing this to Jews. This means that the stories about the contacts between Obama and Sharpton and co are and were absolutely correct.

 

So the reality is that now in position of President of the US is an ANTISEMITE.

 

Jacoby does not just spell out the antisemite nature of the action of Obama in stopping Jews from BUILDING IN JERUSALEM

 

He does something else rather vital.

 

He visualizes the situation if it was Arabs building on Jewish land in a Jewish sector

It is impossible to imagine the opposite scenario: The administration would never demand that Israel prevent Arabs from moving into a Jewish neighborhood. And the Obama Justice Department would unleash seven kinds of hell on anyone who tried to impose racial, ethnic, or religious redlining in an American city. In the 21^st century, segregation is unthinkable — except, it seems, when it comes to housing Jews in Jerusalem

ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTION IN THE “ARAB SECTOR” OF JERUSALEM

Human rights lawyer Justus Reid Weiner, a scholar-in-residence at the Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs, has just completed the first systematic study of illegal construction in Jerusalem. Based on scores of interviews from across the political spectrum – from Mayor Olmert to Sari Nusseibeh, original documents, and on-site inspections, Weiner’s heavily illustrated new book discredits the conventional wisdom about the causes and effects of illegal building, and documents a pattern of politically-motivated behavior and criminal profiteering that characterizes much of the construction in the Arab sector of the Holy City.

In the Jewish neighborhoods, illegal construction typically takes the form of additions to existing legal structures – such as closing a balcony or hollowing out under a building to create an extra room. In the Arab sector, however, illegal construction often takes the form of entire multi-floor buildings with 4 to 25 living units, built with the financial assistance of the Palestinian Authority on land that is not owned by the builder.

• Illegal construction has reached epidemic proportions. A senior Palestinian official boasted that they have built 6,000 homes without permits during the last 4 years, of which less than 200 were demolished by the city.
• This frantic pace of illegal construction continues despite the fact that the city has authorized more than 36,000 permits for new housing units in the Arab sector, more than enough to meet the needs of Arab residents through legal construction until 2020.
• Arab residents who wish to build legally may consult urban plans translated into Arabic for their convenience and receive individual assistance from Arabic-speaking city employees.
• Both Arabs and Jews typically wait 4-6 weeks for permit approval, enjoy a similar rate of application approvals, and pay an identical fee ($3,600) for water and sewage hook-ups on the same size living unit.
• The same procedures for administrative demolition orders apply to both Jews and Arabs in all parts of the city, as a final backstop to remove structures built illegally on roadbeds or land designated for schools, clinics, and the like.
• The Palestinian Authority and Arab governments have spent hundreds of millions of dollars in an intentional campaign to subsidize and encourage massive illegal construction in the Arab sector, seeing this as part of their “demographic war” against Israel.
• Many large, multi-story, luxury structures have been built by criminals on land they do not own, frequently land belonging to Palestinian Christians living abroad.
• This epidemic of illegal construction is similar to illegal building that troubles cities in scores of countries worldwide and where the authorities utilize the law to demolish the structures.
• More than any single factor, the 35-year-long boycott of municipal politics by the Palestinian leadership has resulted in the continued imbalance in municipal services in Arab neighborhoods vis-a-vis Jewish neighborhoods.
• Despite frequent accusations that the city’s planning policy seeks to “Judaize” Jerusalem, the Arab population of the city has increased since 1967 from 27% to 32%. Moreover, since 1967 new Arab construction has outpaced Jewish construction.

Dr Sadja Trifkovic has made what to me is a very strange claim re the so called “Srebrenica Massacre”

It is contained in a speech which he gave recently and is carried on the Serbianna blog

Here is the part which mystifies:

“What happened in July of 1995 is a matter of record. Srebrenica fell rather unexpectedly to Bosnian Serbian military forces,” explained Dr. Srdja Trifkovic in his interview for CKCU 93.1 FM in Ottawa.

“A considerable number of Bosnian Muslims of military age, most of them armed, retreated in the direction of Tuzla. Some got through; some were killed while fighting their way; and some were taken prisoner and executed by the Bosnian Serb army. Between seven and eight thousand Bosnian Muslims departed Srebernica in the hope of reaching the town of Tuzla. There is no conclusive research to tell us how many of them survived, how many of them were killed in the fighting while trying to reach Tuzla, and how many were executed by the Bosnian Serb forces after being taken prisoner.”

If he has evidence about this latter claim then he should produce it. He certainly does not produce it here.

In a shocking and unprecedented interview, directly exposing the inhumanity of Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei’s religious regime in Iran, a serving member of the paramilitary Basiji militia has told this reporter of his role in suppressing opposition street protests in recent weeks.

He has also detailed aspects of his earlier service in the force, including his enforced participation in the rape of young Iranian girls prior to their execution.

The interview took place by telephone, and on condition of anonymity. It was arranged by a reliable source whose identity can also not be revealed.

Founded by Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini in 1979 as a “people’s militia,” the volunteer Basiji force is subordinate to the Iranian Revolutionary Guards and intensely loyal to Khomeini’s successor, Khamenei.

The Basiji member, who is married with children, spoke soon after his release by the Iranian authorities from detention. He had been held for the “crime” of having set free two Iranian teenagers – a 13-year-old boy and a 15-year-old girl – who had been arrested during the disturbances that have followed the disputed June presidential elections.

“There have been many other police and members of the security forces arrested because they have shown leniency toward the protesters out on the streets, or released them from custody without consulting our superiors,” he said.

He pinned the blame for much of the most ruthless violence employed by the Iranian security apparatus against opposition protesters on what he called “imported security forces” – recruits, as young as 14 and 15, he said, who have been brought from small villages into the bigger cities where the protests have been centered.

“Fourteen and 15-year old boys are given so much power, which I am sorry to say they have abused,” he said. “These kids do anything they please – forcing people to empty out their wallets, taking whatever they want from stores without paying, and touching young women inappropriately. The girls are so frightened that they remain quiet and let them do what they want.”

These youngsters, and other “plainclothes vigilantes,” were committing most of the crimes in the names of the regime, he said.

Asked about his own role in the brutal crackdowns on the protesters, whether he had been beaten demonstrators and whether he regretted his actions, he answered evasively.

“I did not attack any of the rioters – and even if I had, it is my duty to follow orders,” he began. “I don’t have any regrets,” he went on, “except for when I worked as a prison guard during my adolescence.” […]

He said he had been a highly regarded member of the force, and had so “impressed my superiors” that, at 18, “I was given the ‘honor’ to temporarily marry young girls before they were sentenced to death.”

In the Islamic Republic it is illegal to execute a young woman, regardless of her crime, if she is a virgin, he explained. Therefore a “wedding” ceremony is conducted the night before the execution: The young girl is forced to have sexual intercourse with a prison guard – essentially raped by her “husband.”

“I regret that, even though the marriages were legal,” he said.

Why the regret, if the marriages were “legal?”

“Because,” he went on, “I could tell that the girls were more afraid of their ‘wedding’ night than of the execution that awaited them in the morning. And they would always fight back, so we would have to put sleeping pills in their food. By morning the girls would have an empty expression; it seemed like they were ready or wanted to die.

“I remember hearing them cry and scream after [the rape] was over,” he said. “I will never forget how this one girl clawed at her own face and neck with her finger nails afterwards. She had deep scratches all over her.”

Returning to the events of the last few weeks, and his decision to set free the two teenage detainees, he said he “honestly” did not know why he had released them, a decision that led to his own arrest, “but I think it was because they were so young. They looked like children and I knew what would happen to them if they weren’t released.”

He said that while a man is deemed “responsible for his own actions at 13, for a woman it is 9,” and that it was freeing the 15-year-old girl that “really got me in trouble. …”

 

The above story does more than anything else to show the nature of the alliance which the US and Britain has with the Islamist Government of Iran (support for Izetbegovic in Bosnia being one clear example)

In this we argued a week ago that the key for revolutionary socialist Jews and others is to go back to the promise made to the Jewish people and contained in the internatioal treaty reached at San Remo in Italy 1920 by the League of Nations, that Palestine is Jewish.

At that time there were Arabs living in the area of Palestine but they did not call themselves “palestinians” but Syrians and they had no affection for Palestine, and little for the land.

And following on from the Balfour Declaration of 1917 the whole of the Palestine area was to be devoted to the Jewish Homeland.

Not a large area in reality. The Arabs were about to launch with the aid of Wilson no less than 21 fully independent states.

And it was in the context of that 21 states being created that this area of “palestine”, all of it, was to be given over to the Jewish Homeland.

The British are antisemites and they destroyed this San Remo agreement.

And thanks to British perfidy the state of Jordan was created taking over 78 per cent of Jewish land.

And that state in true Islamofascist and British perfidious style was to be made Judenfrei.

Jews lacked revolutionary leadership to challenge this. People like Zeev Jabotinsky, the best of them, was hopelessly at sea. He could not match the perfidy of Albion!

1.	Immediate dissolution of the Palestinian Authority, a non-viable entity with no future, whose existence precludes the termination of the conflict.

Kadi claimed that the kingdom was seeking, through the new measure, to thwart an Israeli “plot” to transfer more Palestinians to Jordan with the hope of replacing it with a Palestinian state.

“We insist that Jordan is not Palestine, just as Palestine is not Jordan,” he stressed. “We will continue to help the Palestinians hold on to their Palestinian identity by pursuing the implementation of the 1988 disengagement plan from the West Bank.” (note 1)

And there actually goes the “Elon Plan”.

And with this Plan goes all the hopes that this issue of the Jewish state and the rights of the Jews to their Homeland can be settled by discussion etc.

Michael Oren thus left this message for Obama:

Ambassador Oren thanked President Obama for his friendship and support for the State of Israel, and expressed optimism that the strong ties between Israel and the United States can be further strengthened

There is no friendship from Obama to Israel and the above by Oren needs to be looked at very critically indeed

This is the treachery really of the Israeli elite or ruling class as represented here by Oren.

The road was ploughed by a comment from a man called gary who lives in Canada. As I understood him Gary was saying that the`positions that Yamit was taking up essentially were preventing a proper discussion taking place.

 

SO WHO IS YAMIT82…WHY IS HE IMPORTANT?

 

Yamit82 is a Jewish man who lives now in Israel and who writes so much on Israpundit that he has come to dominate the site. Israpundit is important in that it is read in important circles. Sop what happens there gets around.

 

What was involved in our challenge to Yamit82 was the right to defend the Trotskyist perspective on Israel

 

Which is:

 

Israel is the Homeland of the Jews. The Jewish religion, Judaism, is very much tied in with Israel. After all the Jews have had thousands of years of persecution because of their religion.

 

So we fight for Israel, and for Israel as a place where Jews are free. That means free to be religious Jews in whatever way they wish and of course to be atheists also if they wish.

 

There are many Jews who are atheists. That does not stop them being Jews. That was perhaps the sharpest point of the discussion.

IT IS A DIFFICULT ISSUE TO RAISE AND DISCUSS BUT IT HAS TO BE.

 

Difficult because Judaism is the heart of the Jews struggle to survive as a nation over 4000 years

But it has to be raised because there are many Jews today who are not religious but who I believe will be fighters for Israel.

 

 

The other point of great importance and concern is that Yamit82 had a dismissive and contemptuous attitude to any Jew who would continue to live in say America and not leave immediately for Israel.

 

That latter point had a subtext which was quite explicit. That if Yamit82 wants only all Jews to leave the lands like America and go to Israel then what he is really saying is that there is no need to defend Israel in countries like America.

 

And so whatever way you cut the politics of Yamit82 he is posing a situation of Jews as a race against all of the rest of humanity.

 

This is a definite trend in Judaism and in Zionism. It is a reactionary concept. There is also more than one word than gentile. A very dangerous trend. Gary may have had this in mind also.

 

All of this is peppered in the politics and language of Yamit82 with absurd and crude attacks on socialism and especially on leaders like Lenin and Trotsky. So absurd and essentially lacking in basic knowledge of history that it is a little below our dignity to answer. There will be another place to do this, essentially in the education of a cadre, under systematic conditions.

 

THIS DISCUSSION HAS LED ON TO THE PERSPECTIVE TOWARDS THE AMERICAN JEWISH PEOPLE, AND THE AMERICAN PEOPLE AS A WHOLE

In the struggle for Israel we on 4international do not dismiss the American Jewish people.

 

Much has been made that the American Jews voted for Obama and the split was 80 to 20. However that was at the point of the election.  That could now have changed; it could now easily be 70 to 30.

 

Accept that for the moment, that means that 30 per cent of all Jews in America are supportive of Israel against Obama OR ARE BEGINNING TO MOVE AGAINST OBAMA

 

But that is 30 per cent of a very large number. Say the population of Jews in America is 6 millions then that would mean around 2 millions of Jews.

 

Is that not enough people to be working with doing systematic education?

 

Let me give just one simple example on this. How many of these Jews in America have a working knowledge of The Holocaust, and especially of the key research done recently into the role of the Arab from Palestine Hajj Amin el Husseini. Very few in fact have. And that is the fault of leadership. This also came up in the discussion where Yamit82 attacked the great publicist of the Hajj Amin el Husseini material. Yamit82 attacked Jared Israel because he did not see the relevance of such propagandist and educational work among American Jews. He dismisses them. Surely a dangerous trend.

 

But Yamit82 hates Trotskyists so much because we are not just fighting to mobilize American Jews behind Israel. They are important but not alone. There is the whole of the American population involved here in this struggle.

 

What is more important than all the words of Yamit82 and imbecile reactionaries like “Max” on Israpundit is that a group of American Jews have set up a new campaigning organization. It is called Zio Street or ZStreet.

 

The demands and programme of ZStreet are truly progressive and we on the Trotskyist vanguard wish it well indeed.

 

Many Jews in America dislike Bush and Cheney. The alliance of the two and of Blair in relation to the supposed WMDs of Saddam led into the reactionary war in Iraq which will have strengthened Iran immeasurably.

 

But the Democratic Party as we saw in Yugoslavia is exactly the same.

 

So now these Jews who disliked Bush must also reach the conclusion that Obama is an even worse enemy and an even more open ally of Iran and of Islamofascism.

 

But that needs in America a revolutionary Trotskyist party to fight for these concepts.

 

What else is there?

There are many who call themselves “Zionists” and some of them are very strange cookies indeed.

 

Many of these so called “Zionists” are attacking American Jews and essentially writing off American Jews.

JORDAN IS JEWISH LAND JUST AS SURELY AS KOSOVO IS SERBIAN LAND

THE JEWS WERE COMPLETELY DEFRAUDED BY BRITAIN OVER TRANSJORDAN

 

 (This is the first of a series dealing with Jewish history directed towards discussion of historical issues, will also incorporate Serb issues)

Not many people today know, but have to urgently know, the “Great” Britain took away from the Jews 78 per cent of their planned and promised Homeland.

 

This became Transjordan then later an independent Arab country which they called Jordan and which name we know it by today.

 

Jordan as the British and Arabs created it became a Judenfrei state.

 

No Jew has lived there since the British and Arab anti-Semitic action.

 

Britain changed the whole geography even psychology of the issue. Britain signed on the dotted line on behalf of the anti-Semites of Islam who would live not with Jews but only in the absence of Jews.

Where has “Palestine” gone? In one fell swoop 78 per cent is gone.

 

 

It gets even worse.

 

The Jews are now forced to settle for the 22 per cent remaining. So does that 22 per cent go to the Jews WITHOUT ANY QUIBBLING OVER IT

 

Like hell it did.

 

This happened in the early months and years of the 1920s.

1. Present day Jordan is actually and materially Jewish Homeland land
2. Repeat that for emphasis: The Judenfrei area of Jordan is illegal. It belongs to the Jews
3. With that as our starting point naturally the rest (WHICH AT THAT POINT BRITAIN ALLOWED REMAIN) is Jewish Homeland as well. The rest is of course the 22 per cent. It is made up of Golan, Gaza, present day Israel. Judea and Samaria

 

As Trotskyist leaders and fighters we are not prepared to go on the back foot in relation to the Imperialist alliance with the Islamist Jihad. We state the truth and we go on the attack against the Imperialist manipulated anti-Semitic (and totally racist) Jihadist reaction
