The Flotillas are being organized by the modern antisemites of Europe and are directed against the existence of the state of Israel. This is all part of the campaign to deligitimize and to destroy Israel.

I fear this discussion is not really keeping up with the times, and with reality, said reality being that today August 21 the Stalinist remnants which is today´s Russia is joining with the rabid Fascists, the political scum of Ahmadinejad, which is stoning Iranian women to death for adultery, in putting in motion the Bushehr nuclear plant.

I notice those women  who ring up the Gilmour Show never ever mention THOSE women!

Do not believe the lies of the scum followers of the fascists of Khomeini, those of Ahmadinejad, this nuclear plant has got only the one aim, and that is to create the enriched plutonium for nuclear bombs.

This is happening today. Today is thus a very fateful day in the life of the world, and signals the advent of nuclear war, because it is quite impossible for Israel, following the Holocaust by the German Nazis, which was supported by the so called “Palestinians”, in the shape of Hajj Amin el Husseini, the acknowledged leader of the Arabs in Palestine, to not defend itself from these Ahmadinejad Fascist scumbags.
This is a time for really principled people to take a principled stand. I believe that there is a strong connection between the threatened execution of the brave and oppressed Iranian woman Sakineh Mohammad Ashtiani, and the horrific threats made by the loathsome Ahmadinejad against Israel, which he calls the Zionist filth, the Zionist disease etc.

But there is only the one filth and that is the fascist Ahmadinejad and all those who support him!

How to answer this? Well for a start certain people should stop lying and should explain what is the nature of the Ahmadinejad regime in Iran and the bitter Hitler like antisemitism of that regime.  No?”

Iranian MP Hossein Sobhaninia has claimed the fueling of the plant “cannot be linked to Iran’s nuclear enrichment program; Iran is well aware of its responsibilities.” His colleague, Iranian MP Mohammad Karim Shahrzad added a warning, however, according to a report broadcast by the country’s English-language Press TV news network: “The time frame for enrichment activity is a domestic matter,” he said. “It is an issue in which the United States is not entitled to interfere.”

By Friday, Bolton, a former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations, has warned it will be too late to attack, because such a move would cause radioactive fallout that could reach as far as the Persian Gulf.

Earlier this week, Bolton said in an interview that he believes Israel may have already “lost the opportunity” to prevent Iran from establishing a functional nuclear reactor.

Iranian Army Brigadier-General Ali Shadermani meanwhile has vowed to close the Straits of Hormuz if it appears that the United States might attack the country. “The country’s armed forces… are in the highest state of alert,” he told the Mehr news agency on Wednesday.

Shadermani also threatened to attack American troops stationed in Afghanistan and Iraq. “With the slightest move against Iran, we will paralyze those troops stationed in those bases and won’t allow them to make any move,” he warned. 

The third element in the plan would be aimed at the Jewish State, he said: The Iranian army would, “disturb peace and tranquility in Israel, which is known as the closest ally of the United States,” reported Hamsayeh.net. Shadermani added pointedly, “The U.S. and Israel well know that we can do it.”

Israel and other Western nations believe that Iran is intent on building a nuclear weapon of mass destruction. Spent nuclear fuel rods contain material that can be used to build a nuclear bomb – and even if other nuclear plants in the country are shut down, Bushehr could conceivably be used to continue such a project in future.

At present, Russia’s agreement with Iran stipulates that the Islamic Republic will return its spent fuel rods abroad to Moscow. However, there is no guarantee that Tehran will keep its word.

There are many, many things to say about the above extract. First of all the Obama policy of sanctions is finished, totally exposed for the fraud that it is. It is many years now since the Scottish and British politician Robin Cook stated that sanctions would work. The Iranian Fascists have been laughing ever since.

And note that if Obama is exposed on this he is also exposed at home on the issue of the building by Islam of the Mosque on Ground Zero (The building was actually hit by plane debris)

It is regrettable but the fact is that in dealing with determined Fascists and Antisemites, as is Ahmadinejad clearly, only the physical force used against intent to destroy Jews will work. Thus it was with Hitler and the Nazis, thus it is with Ahmadinejad et al. Antisemitism is a VERY and all consuming force. It was so with Hitler and Himmler who even when they were defeated totally by mid 1944 were urging Eichmann to kill more and more Jews. Thus it is with Ahmadinejad and his Mullah backers. Reason is always trumped by antisemitism, Jew hatred, which today is Israel hatred.

The second point in the above is that Obama also lies. Obama and Clinton have reconciled, and this is putting it lightly, to Iran actually getting the Nuclear Bomb. They play dice with the lives of millions of Jews.

The third point is that Israel is forced to attack Iran with all that is within its power to attack. 4international has always said this. It is not as the antisemites say that Israel is war hungry. the very opposite…Israel would wish for a quiet life, a life in which Jews are unmolested by antisemitism. That wishful life is just not on offer. THAT IS THE REALITY. THAT IS THE REAL WORLD IN WHICH WE LIVE.

Bolton despite his good and supportive statement is wrong. It is not too late to attack this Bushehr nuclear plant and it will never be too late. Remember that Jews MUST defend themselves, Jews and Israel did not create this plant, Jews did not ask that Ahmadinejad threaten Israel on scores of occasions with death. And above all REMEMBER THAT JEWS HAVE NEVER BEEN RESPONSIBLE FOR ONE MICRO ATOM OF ANTISEMITISM.

It will NEVER be too late for Israel to fight to stop the nuclear Iranian threat. That is where Bolton is wrong. The smug and antisemitic world will have to understand this and THEY will be responsible for the consequences.

The State Department has said that the opening of the Bushehr Reactor by Russia and Iran means nothing and does not increase the danger of Nuclear war and danger to Israel. This is a lie and they know it very well. The spent fuel is supposed to be returned to Russia etc but this is total baloney, because the Iranian Fascists have found innumerable ways in the past to deceive, remember the factory in the centre of a mountain near Qom, remember the treatment of prisoner 42 year old woman Ashtiani, when they say they are going to stone her for adultery, then because this met with much international opposition, they force her to make a televised broadcast FROM WITHIN PRISON to the whole world making her say she is a murderer etc. THIS IRANIAN FASCIST REGIME REALLY IS PURE EVIL

Meanwhile this incredibly weak and confusing Israeli leader Netanyahu goes along with Obama and Clinton in heading for a Peace Conference with the Nazi PLO to be held at the beginning of September IN AMERICA. Abbas is the man who masterminded the Olympic Massacre of Israeli athletes, and is one of the originators of Islamic violence against Jews. Moreover he has no power because he does not control Gaza, and he does not even control his own fiefdom which is controlled by forces close to Hamas and Syria. But Netanyahu does not only start this whole reactionary rubbish about talking about “Peace” once again when the enemy is intent on war, he does so as part of an  exercise in making little of the opening of the Bushehr threat

The conclusion from all of this is that once more the Jewish people of the world, and the Jewish people now concentrated inside Israel, a really tiny slice of land, are marching towards extreme danger and in the face of the most horrible of enemies are doing so under leaders who are very problematic

Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is the youthful president of Iran. Besides being an outspoken critic of the Bush Administration, he has refused to stop the Iran’s nuclear development program. He has been widely quoted for his statements that Israel must be wiped off the map and for describing the Holocaust as a myth.

Do not make the mistake of thinking that he is just a typical fanatic Islamic extremist idiot. He is not a fool, but a cunning and highly intelligent person who earned a PhD in traffic and transport engineering and planning from Tehran’s University of Science and Technology, where he was also a lecturer. Prior to being the president of Iran, he was the mayor of Teheran, where he was able to reverse prior moderate policies replacing them with religious based laws.

But what is lesser known and perhaps the most worrisome aspect of Ahmadinejad is his role is the Basij. The Basij (pronounced Baseej), is an Islamic paramilitary force that was founded in 1979 by Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini to provide volunteers for “human wave” attacks in the Iran-Iraq War.

During this war, Iran severely lacked material resources to fight against the much better trained and equipped Iraqi army. Iraq had mined much of the areas that Iran needed to take. Iran had precious few armed vehicles and tanks to utilize and deploy. Rather than endanger their meager weapons and armor to destruction in face of Iraq counter attack, a new concept was created, the Basij, a special group of martyrs to be that would sacrifice their bodies by walking through the mine field, sparing the army from damage.

Tens of thousands of children were recruited for this special Basij project. Teenage boys as young as 12 were conscripted to serve as martyrs. They were trained to march straight into the enemy fire or through the enemy mine fields which they did wave after wave.

The Iranian propaganda machine depicted the basij as a brave martyr whose future in heaven was guaranteed. In addition, his family would enjoy economic and social amenities that were difficult for impoverish families to ignore. It should be mentioned that coercive measures were also employed on the young martyrs to be, not every one was altruistic.

Whereas the Western mind will recoil at such horrors of using young children as cannon fodder, the Arab mind understands and accepts the dogma of Khomeini that life in this world is worthless, but death is the beginning of genuine life. The martyr is assured that he will inherit the highest of the true worlds. Death in battle became an opportunity to realize the greatest divine fulfillment. Parents who gave of their children were publicly praised.

The Basiji still exists. Today it is estimated to be approximately 10 million dedicated “soldiers” who are willing to give their life for their twisted beliefs. They are not just children, but also college students who have become the “Revolutionary Guard” of Iran. Those suicidal killings of perhaps a hundred thousand children are not an embarrassment to Iran; rather it is a point of pride, that so many young were willing to give their lives for the betterment of Islam.

During the war Ahmadinejad served as one of the Basiji instructors who trained children. He came to power as the candidate of the Basiji. His platform was to eradicate corruption and eliminate Western influences was really to eliminate moderate and Western thinking individuals from having any influence in Iran.

If the killing of a hundred thousand of his own people is a source of pride, the killing of five million Jews in Israel will be an even greater source of pride, even if it means killing ten million Arabs. To the Basij, his own life is worthless and death as a martyr, meaning killing a Jew, will enable him to reach the loftiest pleasures in the ‘real’ world. It does not matter to him, if when killing his enemy, the Jew or American, he accidentally kills another Arab. Why, he reasons, by killing the enemy of Islam, he has accorded his co-religionist who was accidentally killed the merit to enter into the gates of the loftiest heaven.

Do not think that Ahmadinejad will be moderate in using nuclear weapons. To him, this is the greatest ‘blessing’ that could come into his hands – the destruction of Israel, even if he and his people are subjected to nuclear reprisal even greater that what he unleashed on his enemies. In his perverted mind, his own death has value only in that it enables him to reach the great and wondrous world of pure bliss and this he desires for all of his people.

STONING IS CENTRAL TO THE ISLAMIST PROJECT (SHARIA LAW)

Stoning takes place in the darker recesses of life in Iran, in rural provinces where the population is more conservative and where there are no media. It is rarely practised in public and often the victim of this savage form of capital punishment is disowned by their children on the grounds that the offence – adultery or homosexuality – stains the family honour. This newspaper revealed a week ago that Sakineh Mohammadi Ashtiani, a 43-year-old Iranian woman convicted of conducting an “illicit relationship outside marriage”, faced imminent death by stoning in Tabriz. Today we name 15 others facing the same fate. What made Sakineh’s case unusual is that her son Sajad and daughter Farideh were courageous enough to speak up publicly against it.

It is not just the fact that Sakineh has already been in prison for five years and endured a sentence of 99 lashes for an offence there is no evidence that she committed, and that the death sentence was a sham. It was handed down on the basis of “judge’s knowledge”, a loophole that allows rulings where there are no witnesses or conclusive evidence. Furthermore, the judgment was not unanimous. Two of the five judges dissented, which means that under Iranian law that she should not have been sentenced to death.

The death itself is unimaginably cruel: men are buried to the waist and, if they wriggle free during the stoning, the death sentence is commuted, but women are buried up to the neck, for fear that their breasts may be uncovered. Watching men hurl stones – big enough to injure but small enough to delay the death – at a defenceless woman is so repugnant that it cannot be shown to a wider Iranian audience and reports of stonings are censored. But nor can it be dismissed as the local custom in remote villages, if the sanction itself is contained in Iran’s penal code and if the Guardian Council has remained silent on the issue. Parliament itself voted a year ago to strike out the clause, but nothing has happened.

Unlike other facets of Iranian life, where world opinion has no leverage, the Islamic Republic is embarrassed by the international attention stonings attract. Publicity makes a difference. Last night the Iranian embassy in London, citing information from judicial authorities, said that the stoning of Sakineh would not go ahead, but would not say what would now happen to her. No mention was made of the fate awaiting the 12 other women and three men on death row. The lesson of this tale is that Iran, which is a signatory to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, must be challenged on each and every occasion when stoning is threatened until it is forced to strike the punishment from its penal code.

Sorry but how can anything carried out by the State following a public trial possibly be called part of the darker recesses of life? It is done openly, or was until fairly recently. They have to get the people to throw the stones from somewhere after all. Hard to do if it is not public.

Nor is it carried out just in rural areas where the population is more conservative. This sentence was handed down in Tabriz – a major city. It used to be the capital and the second largest city in Iran until the White Revolution. Even now it is the fourth largest city in Iran. Nor is the population poor and backward.

It is not carried out where there is no media. It is carried out under a total ban on the media reporting it. The Iranian Government does not like people to see what it does – even its own people. And of course they claim they have banned the punishment and it does not take place any more. So they have some issues with the real world, obviously.

All of these may make some Guardian readers feel better about Iran and its Hudud punishments, but this is not an aberration. It is a Sharia-approved Hudud punishment. Of the sort of a lot of friends of some people around here approve and want. Of the sort that the late Lebanese Ayatollah that I saw was praised the other day as a liberal wanted for Lebanon. No one should fool themselves about this. This is not a marginal thing carried out by backward hicks that the majority of Iranians do not know about. This is central to the Islamist project that so appalls ordinary Iranians it has to be hidden from them

Sakineh Mohammadi Ashtiani, a 43 year old mother of two, was convicted in May 2006 of having an “illicit relationship” with two men and received 99 lashes as her sentence. Despite already having been punished, she has now been further convicted of “adultery” and she and sentenced to death by stoning.

She is currently being held on death row in Tabriz Prison, north-west Iran, and faces imminent execution. Around July 7th , following international protests, officials in Tabriz asked the head of Iran’s judiciary to agree that her sentence of stoning to death be converted to execution by hanging.

On 10 July, the head of Iran’s High Council for Human Rights said that her case would be reviewed, although he affirmed that Iranian law permits execution by stoning.

On 14 July Sajjad Qaderzadeh, Sakineh Mohammadi Ashtiani’s son, was summoned to Tabriz’s Central Prison, and is believed to have been questioned by Ministry of Intelligence officials who possibly threatened him not to give further interviews about his mother’s case.

It is clear Sakineh remains ingrave risk… PLEASE sign this petition which calls on the Iranian authorities to clarify her current legal status, demands that the authorities enact legislation that bans stoning as a legal punishment, and eliminates other forms of the death penalty for “adultery” such as fogging or imprisonment.

The Power of Voices
From 1982 to 1984, I was a teenage political prisoner in Evin Prison in Tehran. I was tortured and raped and watched my friends suffer and many of them die. So many innocent young lives devastated or lost. But the world went on, as if nothing had happened. We felt abandoned and forgotten in Evin.

On Thursday morning, March 25, 2010, a beautiful sunny day, I stood in Auschwitz Concentration Camp in Poland and looked on a narrow road sandwiched between two rows of redbrick, two-storey buildings. Unlike the flimsy wooden barracks I had seen in other camps, these were well built and looked quite sturdy. Many tour buses were parked in the parking lot, and there were tourists from all ages and nationalities everywhere. I was on a trip organized by the Friends of Simon Wiesenthal Centre for Holocaust Studies. Birds sang in the pale sun, and the clear voice of our young tour guide, Anna, who was knowledgeable and professional, streamed through my headset — but I wasn’t listening. The bricks of Auschwitz were almost identical in colour to those of Evin. I reached out and touched them, and tears blinded me. We had just seen piles of thousands of the shoes of the victims of Auschwitz, and I remembered that in Evin, guards had taken away my white and red Puma running shoes and had given me rubber slippers instead. Where were my shoes and the ones of my prison friends? Had they been destroyed? We entered a barrack, and I looked into a bright, average-sized room with a wooden table in the middle and a few chairs around it. Anna explained that this room was used for arbitrary trials, and most of the prisoners tried here were sentenced to death and executed in the courtyard behind the building. In Evin prison, the Sharia judge who had condemned me to death had probably sat in a similar room and drank tea as he passed on verdicts. My survival was a miracle, but not everyone was as lucky as I was.

Iran’s political prisons, including Evin, are still quite operational. People are tortured and executed in Iran on a daily basis. When atrocities happen, those who remain silent and don’t speak or act against evil become its accomplices. We cannot afford to wait for governments to bring about real change. I believe in the power of the individual. Each one of us can make the world a better place, even if only one small step at a time. We can create a ripple effect that will expand and eventually turn into a tsunami.

Sakineh Mohammadie Ashtiani has been condemned to death in Iran. There are many others who are languishing like her in their grave-like cells, maybe facing painful deaths. They are not alone or forgotten. Even if we don’t know all their names, we are with them. I do not believe in violence, but I do believe in the power of voices coming together as one. Let’s get our voices heard.

Do not allow our nightmare become a reality, Protest against our mother’s stoning! Today we stretch out our hands to the people of the whole world. It is now five years that we have lived in fear and in horror, deprived of motherly love. Is the world so cruel that it can watch this catastrophe and do nothing about it?

We are Sakine Mohammadi e Ashtiani’s children, Fasride and Sajjad Mohamamadi e Ashtiani. Since our childhood we have been acquainted with the pain of knowing that our mother is imprisoned and awaiting a catastrophe. To tell the truth, the term “stoning” is so horrific that we try never to use it. We instead say our mother is in danger, she might be killed, and she deserves everyone’s help.

Today, when nearly all options have reached dead-ends, and our mother’s lawyer says that she is in a dangerous situation, we resort to you. We resort to the people of the world, no matter who you are and where in the world you live. We resort to you, people of Iran, all of you who have experienced the pain and anguish of the horror of losing a loved one.

Please help our mother return home!

We especially stretch our hand out to the Iranians living abroad. Help to prevent this nightmare from becoming reality. Save our mother. We are unable to explain the anguish of every moment, every second of our lives. Words are unable to articulate our fear…

Help to save our mother. Write to and ask officials to free her. Tell them that she doesn’t have a civil complainant and has not done any wrong. Our mother should not be killed. Is there any one hearing this and rushing to our assistance?

Free Hanieh “Sharareh” Farshi Shotorban

Hanieh “Sharareh” Farshi Shotorban arrested in Tabriz for Facebook Activities.

28 year old Hanieh “Sharareh” Farshi Shotorban was arrested on July 18, 2010 in Tabriz. There is no news on her condition and she is not permitted to contact her family.

Security forces in Tabriz entered Sharareh’s home and, after searching the area and confiscating her personal items like her computer and phone, they arrested her at 6:00am on July 18, 2010.

She was taken to a detention centre run by the Tabriz Ministry of Intelligence. Later, she was transferred to Evin prison.

Her charges include “insulting what is sacred” and “having contacts with a foreign entity”. It is believed that her charges are related to her Facebook membership and activities.

Sharareh Farshi Shotorban has no history of political activism.

بازداشت یک زن در تبریز به خاطر فعالیت‌های‌اش در فیسبوک | رهانا

هانیه فرشی شتربان، شهروند تبریز از حدود ۱۰ روز قبل بازداشت شده و از وضعیت وی خبری در دست نیست.

ماموران امنیتی در تاریخ یک‌شنبه ۲۷ تیر ماه ۱۳۸۹ در ساعت شش صبح به منزل هانیه فرشی شتربان وارد شده و وی را بازداشت می‌کنند.

به گزارش رهانا، ماموران امنیتی بعد از تفتیش منزل وی بازداشت کرده و کامپیوتر، تلفن و وسائیل شخصی وی را ضبط می‌کنند. وی در ابتدا به بازداشتگاه اطلاعات تبریز منتقل شده و سپس به زندان اوین منتقل می‌شود.

به این شهروند تبریزی اتهاماتی چون «اهانت به مقدسات، ارتباط با بیگانه» زده‌اند که گفته می‌شود بر مبنای فیسبوک ایشان است. از وضعیت وی در حال حاضر اطلاعاتی در دست نیست و اجازه تماس با وی به خانواده‌اش داده نمی‌شود.

خانم فرشی ۲۸ ساله و تنها یک مادر مسن دارد و سابقه هیچ‌گونه فعالیت سیاسی نداشته است.

We, the undersigned, demand the immediate release of Hanieh “Sharareh” Farshi Shotorban from prison.

28 year old Sharareh has no history of political activism. She is being punished with detention in Evin prison for simply using Facebook, like millions of others users around the world.

Despite this, government authorities have accused Sharareh of “insulting what is sacred” and “having contacts with a foreign entity”.

JABOTINSKY WAS A GREAT LEADER BUT HAS BEEN SURPASSED BY LEON TROTSKY

Jabotinsky is an important part of the Jewish and Zionist heritage. He is however a figure of the past and will be seen as such as history is written.

Jabotinsky was a Zionist from the bourgeois perspective of Zionism but he has long been surpassed in importance by the Russian revolutionary socialist leader known as Leon Trotsky.

The fact that this is not acknowledged just emphasises that Zionism has been unable to surmount its religious and bourgeois capitalist foundations in our present time and see reality for what it is.

There are similarities, some, between Jabotinsky and the greatest russian socialist revolutionary leader Trotsky but it is the differences which are the more significant, and it is these differences which will stand the test of time.

Like jabotinsky Trotsky urged the Jews to leave the killing fields of Nazi Europe and to set up their Jewish state in Palestine.

There the differences begin. Trotsky referred to the weakness of bourgeois Zionism, which Jabotinsky represented, when he referred to the farce which the British and capitalist states of the League of Nations had made of the proposal for a Jewish state contained in the San Remo Conference of 1922.

In fact as long as international capitalism would exist the danger to the Jewish people from capitalism, and which is a central component of capitalism, would fester and grow, to spring out with renewed vigour as the capitalist system enters into crisis and slump.

jabotinsky would have none of this. To him the capitalist system was a fact of life, part of the unchangeable order.

In that regard jabotinsky was not a revolutionary but a reactionary.

There can be no future for the Jewish people as a nation inside the confines of a decadent capitalism. There can only by Holocaust followed by Holocaust, as is now being threatened onto Israel as we speak, due to the connivance of American and European capitalism with the Islam Jihad of crazed Ahmadinejad. They are all tied together against Israel in the capitalist plot surrounding Arab and Persian oil.

All of this is fact, not opinion.

Those on Israpundit who attack trotsky and who seek to obscure or rewrite history do so only on the basis of opinion and prejudice, with no regard for fact.

Trotsky, without any guidance from an imagined and quite unreal “Creator”, reached the conclusion that the Jews must set up their Homeland inside Palestine.

This is Zionism but it is a Zionism that is shorn of its religious superstitions and is based on the hard reality of the class struggle and an understanding of capitalism in terminal decline.

This type of Zionism, using the term Zionism meaning a return to the ancient area and city of Jerusalem, has no need for the supernatural, but is based on the hard reality of todays capitalist crisis and class struggle.

It offers a way forward.

In the end jabotinsky and his bourgeois politics offers no way forward. It seeks to tie Israel and the Israeli jews to the whims of the capitalist system.

The same mistake is being made by contemporary bourgeois Zionism as was made pre Holocaust, and you bourgeois Zionists will lead the Jews into the same death trap that you did in the 1930s.

All of this I have written here is fact, except for the last sentence, but that is an assertion which is based on facts.
