Column: Of course there is a pro-Israel lobby – but there is an anti-Israel lobby too

WHEN LAST WEDNESDAY, in his speech to the UN General Assembly, President Obama expressed US opposition to a Palestinian state being created unilaterally, arguing instead that it should be created after peace talks with Israel finally resolve the Israeli-Palestinian  conflict, there was much incredulity, even outrage in much of Europe, including in Ireland.

In the Irish Times, columnist Lara Marlowe said bluntly that Obama’s policy was solely because of pressure from Jewish and other pro-Israeli elements within the United States (collectively called ‘the Lobby’).

Such a response, if a little tired and predictable, was perhaps inevitable. For sure, there is a Jewish lobby in the United States, but there are many others too, not least the Irish lobby which for a century was a dominant presence in the Democratic Party and was particularly useful in the Northern Ireland Peace Process. Few people, however, talk about probably the most powerful foreign lobby of all that operates in the United States – the Saudi, or more generally, ‘Arab’ lobby – with its petro-wealth, its huge investment in the US economy, and its steady supply of petroleum to the American consumer and capitalist alike.

Israel is the latest target of the ‘Jewish world power’ fantasists and has been for the last 63 years. The facts, however, dispel any notion of Jewish mastery of the levers of world power. The Zionist movement pressed for a Jewish homeland for six decades before World War II – with precious little success, facing at best patronising contempt, at worst outright hatred, from the international community. True, in the immediate wake of the Holocaust, and facing armed Jewish resistance against British rule, the UN did belatedly create Israel in 1947 with Resolution 181. But after that, a great many countries around the world were hostile to Israel or at best indifferent.

The United States was markedly cool on Israel for decades

The biggest canard is the ‘special relationship’ between Israel and the United States. In fact, the United States was markedly cool on Israel for decades. It only recognised Israel at all in 1948 thanks to the personal commitment of President Truman. In 1967, just before the Six-Day War, with Israel imminently facing a coordinated offensive by Egypt, Syria and Jordan, the US government advised Israel not to do anything.

The truth is, the US-Israeli ‘special relationship’ is a fairly recent creature, since the 1970s, and even then the US had a much broader geopolitical agenda than simply supporting little Israel which has been economically insignificant to US interests.

As for Europe, the relationship with Israel is very mixed. As for the Third World’s attitude to Israel, it is generally negative.

The truth is, far from ‘the Lobby’ having a magic hold over the Earth, the biggest lobby in the world is the anti-Israel movement, which takes many forms. Most problematic is the UN itself which, unfortunately, many people in Ireland naively see as the holy embodiment of world virtue. There are 57 Muslim states, only two of which – Egypt and Jordan – even recognise Israel’s right to exist.

Since the 1970s there has been the ‘Arab-African’ bloc whereby in return for Arab support against then apartheid South Africa the black African countries would support the Arab agenda against Israel. That relationship is still ongoing, fuelled by the power of the Arab ‘petro’ lobby. Some Latin American and non-Muslim Asian countries have also signed up to the anti-Israel Lobby – out of Third World loyalty, selfish interest, or economic dependence on the ‘petro’ lobby.

There is an automatic anti-Israel agenda in the UN

In short, for the past generation, there is an automatic anti-Israel agenda in the UN. Any resolution condemning Israel is automatically assured of a majority. For 50 years Israel was excluded from all of the five regional groups in the UN. Since its creation in 2006 the ‘Human Rights Council’ has passed more resolutions condemning Israel than all other countries in the world put together. Past members of the Human Rights Council have included such sure champions of liberal democracy as Gaddafy’s Libya, Pakistan and Saudi Arabia!

As for the Security Council, its chair this month is Lebanon, a country now de facto controlled by Hizbullah – the most powerful terrorist organisation in the world with over 40,000 long range rockets aiming to target Israeli civilians.

Nor does this take into account the worldwide activism against Israel, in Muslim countries, Europe and increasingly even in the United States, a campaign that is well-organised, militant, ceaseless and well-funded. Israel is demonised in media, universities, trade unions, international conferences, artist groups, and subject to boycott campaigns, propaganda and even hysteria (most recently, the Israeli Philharmonic was disrupted in London by activists, presumably because Israeli music is ‘evil music’).

Trade unions boycott Israel – the only country in the Middle East with a free labour movement. Self-styled ‘liberals’ hate Israel – the only country in the Middle East with freedom of press and speech. ‘Gender activists’ have joined the fashionable bandwagon against Israel even though Israel is the only country in the Middle East with freedom of sexual orientation. I wonder who, or what, is behind and funds this global madness against a country the size of Leinster.

I wonder how much the enemies of Israel are sponsored by Arab oil money, and also how much Islamic terrorism is a factor that scares people and countries around the world into standing against Israel, even if it often means standing  in favour of Middle East dictatorships instead.

Sometimes I am asked; “How do Israelis feel being so isolated in the world?” I reply that things are better now than in the past; at least we can be fairly sure of America’s support. Seventy years ago the Jewish people had no one to help them and we know what happened.

Testimonies of Jordanians

Am I My Brother’s Keeper?

The questions and answers recorded here are taken from the testimony gathered by the Inter-Ministerial Commission for the Examination of the Desecration of the Burial Grounds on the Mount of Olives and at Hebron, appointed on July 21, 1967, by the Israel Minister of Religious Affairs , in conjunction with the Chief Rabbis, the Minister of Justice and the Director-General of the Foreign Ministry.

Mohammed Sayad, then about 60, of Abu-Tor, had been the watchman for the “Congregation of Jerusalem” burial society.
Q: Just how did you perform your duties as watchman?
A: What could I do? If I had spoken out against the government, they would have shot me on the spot…I was ready to do my job as watchman. And I want the burial society that hired me to pay me now what they owe me for all these years. It’s not my fault that the (Jordanian) Government decided to destroy the cemetery…

Khalil Ibn Sadar Khalil, then 33, is the son of Sadar Khalil, who had served on behalf of the Jordanian Government as caretaker of the Mount of Olives cemetery, At the outbreak of hostilities in June, 1967, Sadar Khalil fled to Amman.
Q: What was your father’s job?
A: He was supposed to see to it that private individuals did not take out tombstones or other stones without a permit from the Government. There were several merchants who held concessions that allowed them to trade in stones from the cemetery. All the rest we would chase away…
Q: Who paid your father’s salary?
A: The City did. Mayor Anwar el-Khatib sent the cheques.
Q: How were the graves mutilated?
A: Workmen came during the day and pulled apart the stones and the tombstones and at night the army lorries came, loaded up the tombstones and drove off. The rest of the stones were taken by the merchants.

Ali Mohammed Ali, then 25, part-owner of a filling station on the Jerusalem-Jericho highway, widened by the Jordanian authorities at the expense of the Mount of Olives cemetery.
Q: Did you know about the defacement and destruction of graves?
A: Everybody know. Anyone who needed building stones used to go to these merchants and buy stones from Jewish graves…

Mohammed Ahmed el-Khak, who claimed to be 111 years old, referred to himself as a “municipal gardener.”
Q: Did you see how they ravaged the graves?
A: Yes I saw. All the people around here knew about it, but I didn’t know it was forbidden. According to the Koran, a cemetery in which there haven’t been any burials for fifteen years may be destroyed.
Q: When did they begin with this destruction here?
A: Oh, a long time ago-maybe in 1949 already…

When Mohammed Ahmed el-Khak was asked when did the destruction of the Jewish graveyard begin he quite spontaneously replies that it began “maybe in 1949 already”!!!

Other Arabs questioned above are clear that everybody knew. It was quite casual. There was nothing to hide! the most normal thing it seems in the world!

If an Arab in Jerusalem wanted some stones for building they went to the Jewish graveyard

The barbarism involved (Pamela Geller calls this mentality “savage”) is shown above all in the casual remark by the Arab above

“A: Yes I saw. All the people around here knew about it, but I didn’t know it was forbidden. According to the Koran, a cemetery in which there haven’t been any burials for fifteen years may be destroyed.”

You notice! How sensitive to other people’s religions! The vicious and insular world that is Islam! No other religion or culture really counts!

Last Monday I rang a Spanish English speaking radio station and claimed that Abbas, the Palestinian Arab Ambassadors to Lebanon and to the US, had all stated that the future “Palestine” would be Judenfrei. That is no Jews allowed to live there.

the panel of 3 which included a Jewish man living in Spain all immediately stated that that could not be true, and that these Arab Palestinian leaders must have meant “settlements”

{Leave aside that the Jewish man on the panel had claimed that he was opposed to the Jews “settling” in what he regarded as “Palestinian Arab land”, that is for a start, but that it could not be possible that Arabs would want no Jews living in their Palestine. this Jewish man could not conceive that. This Jewish man is not a young man. What has he spent his life doing? Such crass ignorance!}

Problem is people in general outside a narrow circle do not have a clue about the history

Stephen Lendman is full of hatred for Israel. He is a member of the phony left which has swallowed the Arab lies and who bases his politics on the lying narrative of the Palestinian Arabs. There is no doubt about this, but sadly the Palestinian Arab narrative is what holds sway in the world today, because ours is an epoch of lies.

It is noticeable that Lendman operates the same big lie technique of Hitler. Often as you see when he deals with MK Danon he simply repeats the position of Danon. Places the position of Danon down on paper, in his article, as if it did not need to be replied to.

Lendman is representative of this phony left, which has swallowed the lies of the Palestinian Arab narrative. In its essence it is a denial of the Holocaust, it is Holocaust Denial. remember Abbas gained his doctorate in a thesis which denied the Holocaust, and the roots of the Arab palestinians are in the Holocaust of Hajj Amin el Husseini.

Israeli West Bank Annexation Bill

Israeli West Bank Annexation Bill – by Stephen Lendman

Palestinians petitioned the UN for sovereign recognition and full UN membership.

Four extremist MKs responded, calling for West Bank settlements annexed. A previous article explained, accessed through the following link:

MK Deputy Speaker Danny Danon wants more.

On September 27, the JTA Global News Service of the Jewish People headlined, “Knesset to vote on annexing the West Bank,” saying:

On September 27, Danon said the Knesset will “take up the bill, which he authored, at the end of October.”

It includes rescinding Israeli/PA financial obligations established by prior agreements. According to Danon:

“If the Palestinian Authority wishes to proceed on this reckless path and bring further instability to the region, Israel cannot continue to pour funds into this sinking ship of failed leadership.”

“The funding agreements with the PA were reached with the hope that their leaders would work to create an environment of lasting peace and security with Israel. Given that it is clear that the Palestinians have no such desire, Israel must no longer be required to stand by these arrangements.”

Palestinians, of course, want and deserve what Israel denied them for 63 years after stealing their homeland violently. Using long ago discredited arguments, Danon and others like him think Israel has a divine right to their land.

Growing millions globally disagree, including Israeli Jews and others everywhere able to distinguished (sic) between right and wrong.

Danon said his bill nullifies Oslo, stating:

“All obligations between the State of Israel and the Palestinian Authority as established by international agreements….will be considered null and void.”

Oslo, of course, was a Palestinian Versailles, benefitting Israel, not them. Sovereign recognition and full UN membership are first steps to reversing unilateral surrender.

Representative Joe Walsh (R. IL) is as hardline as Danon. On September 8, he introduced HR 394:

“Supporting Israel’s right to annex Judea and Samaria (the West Bank and Jerusalem) in the event that the Palestinian Authority continues to press for unilateral recognition of Palestinian statehood at the United Nations.”

He didn’t address if that would make them Israeli citizens, subhuman serfs to be exploited, or illegal infiltrators on Israeli land, subject to arbitrary expulsion.

Nor did consider what right he, others in Washington, or outsiders anywhere have to meddle in internal Palestinian affairs. America, of course, long ago refined it to an art form, attested to by mass global deaths, destruction and human misery.

Walsh also introduced HR 2457: Palestinian Accountability Act:

“To restrict funds for the Palestinian Authority, and for other purposes.”

In other words, obey or we’ll cut off your allowance. Coming with strings, it’s less aid than bondage to do what we say or we’ll spank you with more than harsh words.

On September 27, Turkish Prime Minister proposed a different solution than Walsh and hardline MKs. On September 27, Haaretz headlined, “Erdogan: UN sanctions on Israel could aid Mideast peace process,” saying:

Sanctions “would have resolved the issue of Mideast peace long ago….adding that he felt the Quartet(‘s)” proposal fell far short of resolving the longstanding Israeli/Palestinian conflict.

Through today, he said, “the UN Security Council has issued more than 89 resolutions on prospective sanctions related to Israel, but they’ve never been executed….One might” ask why?

“When it’s Iran in question, you impose sanctions. Similarly with Sudan. What happens with Israel then.”

If sanctioned, the “conflict would have been resolved long ago.” As a result, he believes the Quartet has no interest in resolution. “Unfortunately, I do not even see (its) traces within the Quartet. Because if (it) was so willing to resolve this issue, (it) would have imposed certain issues on Israel today.”

Of course, strained Turkey/Israeli relations place both countries on opposite sides of various issues, including Palestinian statehood.

Despite the Quartet’s anti-Palestinian UN membership proposal, Haaretz headlined, “Israel’s cabinet fails to reach consensus on Quartet plan for talks with Palestinians,” saying:

Netanyahu “and the eight senior cabinet members were unable to (agree on) the Quartet’s initiative for renewed talks between Israel and the Palestinians.”

Despite Netanyahu’s support, consensus so far isn’t reached. Meanwhile, Security Council deliberations continue on and off behind closed doors.

Reports disagree on whether Palestinians have nine needed votes to force a US veto. Haaretz said UN sources say Washington has enough support to avoid a it (sic).

EU representatives acted like Joe Walsh to a degree, telling PA officials they risk losing European aid by acting “unilaterally.”

On September 28, Haaretz headlined, “Palestinian statehood bid to be reviewed by UN committee,” saying:

On Wednesday, the Security Council “unanimously agreed to hand the Palestinian application to join the United Nations to a committee” for review.

Normally, it takes “a maximum of 35 days, but Western diplomats say that this limit can be waived and might take much longer….”

In other words, delay, obstruct, and consign Palestinian membership to memory hole oblivion. It’s simple to get around it through the General Assembly, whether or not the Security Council provides support.

It recommends. The General Assembly alone admits new members provided Abbas goes that route properly.

A Final Comment

{At this point Lendman goes into his false narrative, a false narrative that is essentially a continuation of the Nazi Holocaust of the Jews, and is preparing the ground for a new Holocaust of the Jews}

{I warn my readers that it is quite impossible to answer lendman point by point in such articles as this. The whole of the Palestinian Arab narrative is based on forms of Nazi Goebbels type lies. It has to be answered in a different way}

Palestinians have always been on their own since Britain’s 1917 Balfour Declaration, promising a Jewish homeland in Palestine. It included a hollow one to indigenous Palestinians that “nothing shall be done which may prejudice the civil and religious rights of the existing non-Jewish communities.”

During its Mandate period, they were systematically denied until losing them in 1948, then entirely in 1967. Israel was born in the original sin of mass slaughter and forced expulsion of 800,000 Palestinians, wanting only to live in peace on their own land.

With full backing from Washington and Western states, Palestinians never got justice. Israel operates outside the law with impunity. Peace process conflict resolution never existed and doesn’t now.

Palestinians understand and want official sovereign recognition and full UN membership. In 1987, Law Professor Francis Boyle drafted its 1988 Declaration of Independence.

Through the 1950 Uniting for Peace Resolution 377, full UN membership is obtainable if Abbas and Prime Minister Fayyad want it. A simple two-thirds General Assembly majority gets it.

On the Progressive Radio News Hour to air October 2, Boyle said the 170 nations support it, according to the Financial Times. If all 193 UN members vote, 129 are needed.

According to Boyle, if Abbas petitions the General Assembly under Resolution 377, full UN membership can be gotten in two weeks, making Palestine the body’s 194th member.

Despite enormous Washington/Israeli pressure to back down, what Palestinians have wanted for 63 years is within easy reach. It’s for Abbas and Fayyad now to follow through for them.

As I said above, Lendman cannot be answered in a blog article like this. It must be approached in a different way and in any case we have learned from the antisemites on groups such as Palestinian Solidarity that the anti-Semites (Israel haters) keep changing the argument as they go along

This is where 4international comes in. We stand in the revolutionary socialist traditions of Leon Trotsky and we also stand from that standpoint of revolutionary socialism, which today is Trotskyism, for the defense of the Jewish people against a new Holocaust.

4international has repeatedly said that Israel must become totally independent from American Imperialism, it must destroy Fatah and Hamas, and it must strike independently against the Iranian Nuclear Bomb

Those are the key issues.

How can that be done and therefore how can Lendman be given his answer?

I start from the basis of understanding that anti-Semitism did not end in 1945 but that the 1948 war was clearly genocidal against the Jews

Notice how Lendman simply rewrites this history. You see there is no arguing with Lendman. This phony left is simply based on a narrative of lies.

The answer to these lies can be found elsewhere, essentially in a combination of theory and practice.

Yesterday we wrote on the keu issue of power, specifically state power:

The issue is a question of state power. There must be a new party created and it must not only lead in the above, very urgently, but it must also take possession of the Haaretz presses and must use these presses to create a new Jewish paper for the masses of Jews and Israelis, based on telling the truth.

The issue of Haaretz… Which is quoted every day by the anti-Semites of the Palestine Solidarity Campaign, is central, because it is also the issue of parties in Israel which are anti-Semitic, one of these being the Israeli Labour Party, another being the group around the Israeli Stalinists, misnamed as communists.

And with Haaretz is the Israeli High Court system which prevents Israel from defense.

The reality that faces Jews is that they are in a situation of war, and this war is a war on their part of self-defense.

For example Turkish Erdogan simply lies and lies and these lies are part of the war and preparation for a new Holocaust. The Mavi Marmora was boarded by Israeli soldiers armed with paint guns. Only in self-defense did the soldiers fire any side arms. Erdogan, like Hitler and Goebbels, simply does not care about facts.

In this situation of war Israel must have a party at its head which disregards formal bourgeois democracy. Israel needs a democracy of a people in war, in a fight to prevent a Holocaust

That means closing down this reactionary Israel High Court system, closing Harretz, and many other such measures.

The issue of foreign policy is absolutely central. Take Libya. Israel under such a party would send its soldiers into Libya in order to fight on the side of Muammar Gadhafi, despite past differences, because first it is the massacre (which is happening as we write) of the pro Gadhafi Tuareg, next it is massacre of the Jews of Israel in a new Holocaust.

Leadership! Leadership! Leadership!

Israel and Jews must have a leadership of struggle, and we will never allow 4international to be silenced!

Haaretz 13 September 2012

The writer is a Jewish man Akiva Eldar and is carried not only on Haaretz but also ont he viciously anti Jewish MIFTAH organization

After Ehud Barak and Ehud Olmert accepted the June 4, 1967, lines and agreed territory swaps as the negotiations’ starting point, the way to talks on the lines of the Jordan Valley-Ariel-Mishor Adumim was blocked.

The Bar-Ilan speech, in which Netanyahu first spoke of the two-state solution, seems today more like a satirical play than a “historic speech.” Some 140 states have already promised to vote in the UN General Assembly to accept Palestine within the ’67 lines as a non-member state.

This will pave the way to filing lawsuits against Israel Defense Forces soldiers and settlers in the International Criminal Court and to Palestine’s acceptance into international organizations such as UNESCO.

In the next few days the Palestinian leadership is due to decide whether to go to the UN Security Council first and force President Barack Obama to choose what is more important – ingratiating himself with Israel’s friends in the Jewish world and annoying the United States’ friends in the Arab world, or vice versa.

Major European states, including France and Spain, as well as Russia and the UN secretary-general, are refusing to toe Obama’s line.

Their leaders have noticed something has happened in the Arab world this past spring. They are not eager to pull their ambassadors out of Arab capitals.

An article – more accurately, a warning letter – published by Saudi Prince Turki al-Faisal in The New York Times yesterday, says that Obama doesn’t have the option of sitting on the fence without ripping his trousers.

A former director of Saudi Arabia’s intelligence services and a former Saudi ambassador to London and Washington, al-Faisal warns the American president that vetoing the proposal to recognize Palestine in the Security Council would cause substantial damage to American-Saudi relations.

He threatens that Saudi Arabia would turn its back on the United States in Iraq and Afghanistan.

The prince proposes turning the Oslo paradigm into a regional peace, on the basis of the Saudi peace initiative that became the Arab peace initiative.

The Israeli intelligence community assesses that progress in the peace process is the best remedy for Israel’s cooling relations with its neighbors. Similarly, al-Faisal writes that an American veto would empower Iran and threaten regional stability and America’s interests in the Middle East.

Two of the forum of eight senior cabinet ministers, Defense Minister Barak and Minister Dan Meridor, are familiar with the gloomy forecast by al-Faisal, who chairs the King Faisal Center for Research and Islamic Studies (a cover for anti-Global Jihad activity).

They know that opening immediate negotiations over a final-status agreement with the Palestinian state as part of a regional process is the only responsible, realistic and sane alternative to the Oslo Accords. One wonders – how do these two sleep at night?

This is where 4international comes in. We stand in the revolutionary socialist traditions of Leon Trotsky and we also stand from that standpoint of revolutionary socialism, which today is Trotskyism, for the defence of the Jewish people against a new Holocaust.

We issue a challenge to Eliyokim Cohen of Jews News, to Greenfield and to many others we are meeting, HOW IS IT POSSIBLE TO PREVENT A HOLOCAUST OF THE JEWS IF YOU ALLOW THIS ANTISMEITIC POISON FROM HAARETZ TO GO OUT?

Akiva Eldar is in the above glorying in the antisemitic “Arab Spring” which poses a direct threat against the existence of Israel, and against the existence of the Jewish people as a people organized in their own homeland

4international has repeatedly said that Israel must become totally independent from American Imperialism, it must destroy Fatah and Hamas, and it must strike independently against the Iranian Nuclear Bomb

The issue is a question of state power. There must be a new party created and it must not only lead in the above, very urgently, but it must also take possession of the Haaretz presses and must use these presses to create a new Jewish paper for the masses of Jews and Israelis, based on telling the truth.

And in this regard I ask why did Eliyokim Cohen of Jews News remove my comments from Jews News 2 days ago, and why the attack on 4international from Shiloh Musings. Also why the scurrilous attack on Trotskyism by Greenfield???

FROM DEBKA (the great

Helped by highly sophisticated contraband weapons smuggled out of Libya, Iran and Hizballah are getting the Palestinian Hamas equipped for another round of hostilities with Israel. debkafile’s military sources report that Sunday, Sept. 25, Egyptian security forces, acting on information from a Western intelligence source, homed in near Ismailia on a large half-empty buried cache of advanced SA-24 anti-air infrared missiles (a version of the US Stinger) stored there en route from Libya to Gaza.
The information came too late to block delivery; most of the crates were found empty of their contents of missiles and other military equipment which must already be on their way to Sinai or Gaza. Some of the empty containers were found to have contained Russian-made MDM-3 sea mines, of the type Muammar Qaddafi scattered around Libyan ports in May to keep NATO vessels at bay.

as we explain below, destroy Hamas, destroy Fatah

The position of 4international is confirmed by this news from DEBKA.

From the very beginning we were totally alone is claiming  that the events in Tunisia, Egypt and in Libya would be the most direct threat on Israel and on the Jews

We maintained that the Arab Spring was “Sharia Fascism Antisemitism” on Steroids

Now Israel is faced with attack from every quarter

Iran and Syria in combo with Hamas and Hizbullah

Iran and Libya may prove the most decisive forces of all ranged against Israel. Iran because the western governments have worked a kind of street theatre of the absurd alliance with Iran over many years. This took the form of heavy propaganda against Iran while America has continually held Israel (Sharon, Olmert and Netanyahu) back from striking against Iran and stopping the Nuclear Bomb assembly. Libya, where Islam politically correct on steroids version is installed by Obama, Cameron and Sarkozy, now poses very immediate threat with Stingers in the arsenal of Hamas

We on 4international are now being attacked right, left and centre. And many of these attacks are coming on us from Jewish traitors, some of whom are calling themselves “religious Jews”.

But why are they attacking 4international, which as everybody knows from the name, represents the historical line to Leon Trotsky

We called to not let Mubarak (despite our different programme) fall

Also with Gadhafi.

We called and call for Israel to be independent from the US

Return the subsidy! Strike Iran! Destroy Hamas and Fatah! Create one unified Israel and Jewish state!

To Caroline Glick we say: Do not rely or slavishly follow US Congress. Instead mobilise the Jewish people en masse in Israel behind this revolutionary national programme, not a socialist programme, because the esistence of Jews as a people is at stake

To all true Jewish patriots we say: defend 4international, do not allow poisoned traitors to attack us.

Usually these attacks take the form of poison, withdrawal of our comments, snide comments about Trotsky based on lies of course, but also these lies are dependent on ignorance of history, and downright backwardness.

4international told the truth about Yugoslavia

4international told the truth about the “Arab Spring”, that it is Sharia/Capitalist Dictatorship

And we have always told the truth that the palestinian State is the plans to continue the Holocaust, in new and even worse forms

And 4international will NEVER be silenced

So, what a momentous week at the UN

Let us work together to build a future for our children, said the Nazi Arafat in a suit Abbas, the man who gained his doctorate in Moscow by writing a screed of Holocaust Denial!

File:Selection Birkenau ramp.jpg

Abbas speech at UN raised memories of the Holocaust

The speech by Abbas to the UN was such a veritable litany of lies, “lying layered” you could call it, as only a disciple of Goebbels could do, that I was speechless listening to it.

But these lies about the Jewish and Arab Narrative have now become part of the general narrative thanks mainly to the likes of the BBC, and many unscrupulous reporters such as Robert Fisk repeating the Big Lie week after week, year after year, whole lifeimes of individuals being devoted to these lies, in the manner also of the Srebrenica Big Lie.

Therein lies the problem and those listening, almost all, were swallowing these Goebbels like lies, because they have been indoctrinated by the prevalent Nazi propaganda against the Jews and against the Jewish state. They know no better.

The Israeli leaders since 1948, who have had possession of the Israeli state, and ruled supreme over the Israeli state, have failed to tell this narrative, failed hopelessly, and the big question not asked by any Jews I have met is why?

The answer to that is found in the unassailable fact recently uncovered that Netanyahu has been telling the US to continue funding Nazi Goebbels type books and education to Palestinian Arab children and this has taken place in recent months!

And again why? Netanyahu and the Israeli leaders, as the Debka website keeps exposing, just do not want to rock the boat and want to go on pretending the lie of Obama/Clinton/Powers that it is possible to have a compromise between the Jews and the Nazi propaganda of the Palestinian Arabs

The speech by Abbas was pure Nazi lying. There were so many lies it needs an extended study but we on 4international are not going to take that road, answering lie by lie, because these lies only will morph in the retelling.

Rather 4international is telling the truthful story ourselves and we invite all who we meet to read this story, an on-going project that many people are free to participate in.

But Jews will easily have picked up on a couple of key issues in the Abbas speech which are worth noting.

For one Abbas talked about 63 years, but that 63 years brings us back to the formation of the Israeli state.

Note that when the PLO in 1964 was formed there was no West Bank and the aim of the PLO was to destroy Israel. The speech showed that Abbas has not changed from that.

Secondly, Abbas kept referring to the Nakba, but the war of 1948 was clearly and is easily shown to be a genocidal war on the part of 5 Arab Armies to create rivers of blood, Jewish blood, and the leader was Hajj Amin el Husseini, central figure in the Holocaust of the Jews, just 3 years before. In other words it was a continuation of the Holocaust.

So Abbas was doing what these Palestinian Arabs do best, tell the Big Lie, and in this case tell the Big Lie against the Jews, which is anti-Semitism.

Netanyahu in his speech was brave and said many useful and true things.

For example he said that Palestine wants a state without peace. In other words a Jihadist state, or a state with which to wage war, in other words the “stages theory of Arafat!

That indeed is the centre of the issue of the Palestine Arab state issue. The Arabs want a Palestine Arab State because it is a “stage” in the total destruction of Israel.

How do we know that? The Arabs themselves have told us that. Arafat told that to Arabs in Arabic. It is a repeated refrain in Palestinian Arab circles.

Of course when the Arabs talk about these things to the likes of the BBC things are presented rather differently. Then the Palestinian Arabs like Ashrawi, herself a wealthy woman, adopt the screeching pose of a down at heel victim, and if it was not for the diabolical Jews then peace would have come aeons ago! Total anti-Semitism!

What can Israel do?

Let me and 4international here be totally honest: Israel can do very little because it is saddled by the most awful leaders that it is possible to put together. The lesson of Netanyahu encouraging for anti-Semitic school books to Arab children is a salutary lesson.

Israeli leaders can do little about the situation and they will do little. This is what Jews who I come into contact with on various blogs etc find hard to come to terms with. The whole of the Jewish Israeli scene is characterised by bankruptcy in leadership, by personal and political paralysis, and in the end by excuses. Very few I have met can look reality in the eye and accept reality.

There is a deep reason for this bankruptcy and for this paralysis which is never discussed, and woe to anybody who tries to discuss it, although some of the Jews of Israel are beginning to understand the problem.

There is always some vested interest to step in and attempt to block any development with poisoned words such as “Oh you know he is a Trotskyist etc. etc.!!!” As if we would hide this most proud heritage!

Judaism is a 2 edged sword. On the one hand Judaism has held the Jewish people together in great adversity and has in fact created the Jewish people

But on the other hand Judaism was unable to produce one single worthwhile analysis of Fascism, of Hitlerism, of the very force which sought to destroy them as a race and people.

Only Leon Trotsky was able and willing to do just that (create an analysis of Fascism)

The implication of this for the present are enormous.

In order to survive the Jewish people now need to make a veritable political and theoretical leap. There needs to be a leap in consciousness as a precondition for a correct strategy to fight against Fascism in 2011, which is of course the Jihad, Palestinianism, and the depredations of NATO today (Libya) on a world scale, all of which are intertwined.

But in a general sense this leap will not take place in the Jewish religious circles, in fact in general these are going to oppose this leap being made. Some religious youth may make this leap in consciousness but that is the exception not the rule.

What Jews must do is not going to emerge out of the Jews themselves. In many ways the Jews will need to break from their narrow Judaism in order to make this leap.

If not from inside it can only come from outside and that outside is the theory and heritage of Trotskyism which we alone on 4international represent today.

Palestinian Official: No End of Conflict After Palestinian State

Palestinian ambassador to Lebanon Abdullah Abdullah

There was a time when Palestinian leaders sought to conceal their goal of overrunning the Jewish state in misleading commentary for Western audiences that implied a willingness to accept coexistence with a sovereign Israel. Now, evidently, times have changed and blunt statements are deemed safe to make. A remarkable interview in Lebanon’s Daily Star (September 15, 2011) illustrates the shift. According to Abdullah Abdullah, Palestinian ambassador to Lebanon, Palestinians would not all become automatic citizens of any future Palestinian state in the West Bank and Gaza. The story reports:

This would not only apply to refugees in countries such as Lebanon, Egypt, Syria and Jordan or the other 132 countries where Abdullah says Palestinians reside. Abdullah said that “even Palestinian refugees who are living in [refugee camps] inside the [Palestinian] state, they are still refugees. They will not be considered citizens. Abdullah said that the new Palestinian state would “absolutely not” be issuing Palestinian passports to refugees.

Abdullah’s willingness to leave Palestinians stateless in camps even in territory under Palestinian authority is spelled out further for anyone who’s missed the point:

The right of return that Abdullah says is to be negotiated would not only apply to those Palestinians whose origins are within the 1967 borders of the state, he adds. “The state is the 1967 borders, but the refugees are not only from the 1967 borders. The refugees are from all over Palestine. When we have a state accepted as a member of the United Nations, this is not the end of the conflict. This is not a solution to the conflict. This is only a new framework that will change the rules of the game.”

Is that clear? “When we have a state accepted as a member of the United Nations, this is not the end of the conflict” just a change in the rules of the game. Sound like the PLO’s 1974 “phased plan” for the destruction of Israel?

Something, indeed, is changing when an “ambassador” can give an interview such as this and there’s not a ripple in the Western media.

“ “ambassador” can give an interview such as this and there’s not a ripple in the Western media.”

There is not a ripple because the destruction of Israel and the ascendance of Islam is the desiderata of most of the Third World, the Western media and a host of ‘useful idiot’ activists.

So if not all Palestinians would become citizens, and the conflict with Israel would not end, what exactly is the point of a Palestinian state? In my view, none at all… it is just one more tool directed against Israel and for that reason, should be denied.

I could never understand why the Arabs living in Gaza and the West Bank BEFORE 1948 are also considered “refugees”, since they did not lose their homes or land, whether voluntarily or not.

Additionally, how can it be that “Palestinians” who hold another country’s citizenship and passport are still considered “refugees”?

The illogic of the “Palestinian Refugee Issue” passes all boundaries at times– these are scenarios that even Kafka couldn’t have invented.

Sept 11

Statements this week by the Palestine Liberation Organization’s ambassador to the United States, Maen Rashid Areikat, have implied that maybe there would be Jews in a Palestinian state, maybe not. “After the experience of the last 44 years of military occupation and all the conflict and friction, I think it would be in the best interest of the two people to be separated,” he told reporters earlier this week. He then clarified, “Under no circumstances was I saying that no Jews can be in Palestine. … I never said that, and I never meant to say such a thing. This is not a religious conflict, and we want to establish a secular state.” The Center for American Progress’ Matt Duss notes that this notion originates in an interview Areikat gave a year ago … to literary editor David Samuels in Tablet Magazine. If we go that particular tape, we do find Areikat repeatedly moving toward a definition of Jewishness that is religious rather than ethnic, a premise that allows him to question both the wisdom of having Jews in Palestine and the validity of Israel’s being recognized as the Jewish state:

Everywhere in the world, Jews follow the nationality and citizenship of the country where they live. In the United States, you have American Jews, who live in the United States. You have French Jews. And this was the original argument between us and the Jews. Why can’t you be Palestinian Jews? …

At one point, we believed that Jews are followers of religion, and not a nation and a people, and I’ll tell you why. In order to be one people, one nation, you have to be homogenous. …

Israel is a political establishment that claims to represent Jews all over the world. I very much doubt that Israel and Prime Minister Netanyahu represent every Jew in the world. I know there are Jews who don’t agree with Netanyahu. …

I’m not saying to transfer every Jew, I’m saying transfer Jews who, after an agreement with Israel, fall under the jurisdiction of a Palestinian state.

Any Jew who is inside the borders of Palestine will have to leave? [asked Samuels.]

Absolutely. I think this is a very necessary step, before we can allow the two states to somehow develop their separate national identities, and then maybe open up the doors for all kinds of cultural, social, political, economic exchanges, that freedom of movement of both citizens of Israelis and Palestinians from one area to another. You know you have to think of the day after.

But it becomes clear that Areikat’s real objection to recognizing Israel as the Jewish state is strategic:

Let’s say that tomorrow the Palestinian leadership comes out and says, “OK, we’re ready to recognize the Jewishness of the state.” What implications would that have, immediately, on the Palestinians? You know that in our view the refugee problem is the crux of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Today we have 6.5 million registered refugees out of 10 or 10.5 million Palestinians. One out of six refugees in the world is Palestinian. By accepting Israel’s claim now, that they are a Jewish state, we are telling the Israelis: Forget about the refugees, forget about their plight, no right of return, no U.N. General Assembly resolution 194; we are giving up the refugee issue, we are taking it off the table before we even started negotiating.

Yet what is most remarkable about the interview is its time-capsule nature. One year ago—the interview was published last October—Fatah, the moderate Palestinian faction that controls the PLO and the Palestinian Authority and of which Areikat is a loyal member, consciously cast itself as the weaker party, at Israel’s whim, quietly building the trappings of statehood under Prime Minister Salam Fayyad. “Israel is the stronger party in the equation,” Areikat said then. “Palestinians have no way of forcing Israel to accept anything.” One year later, the U.N. move has been transformed from a practical next step in the peace process into a symbolic end-run around it. This bait-and-switch, and how little notice it’s received, is striking.

Abbas: NO Jewish state, NO Jews in Palestine, No end to refugees

I agree with this from Shiloh Musings and added a comment to that blog

I believe that peace comes only from the heart and Islam is a supremacist and violent ideology

They write about the speech of Obama last night:

Some Simple Truths: A Speech is Just a Speech and No Matter How You Slice It, A Pseudostinian aka Palestinian sic State Endangers The Continued Survival of The State of Israel

United States President Barack Hussein Obama’s latest speech at the United Nations is a great improvement over his previous ones, but it’s still just a speech.  Even he mocks the power of speeches.

“Peace depends upon compromise among peoples who must live together long after our speeches are over, and our votes have been counted.”

I hate to spoil the party, rain on your parade, but it doesn’t matter who claims it’s possible…

There is no way that Israel can survive if there’s a Pseudostinian aka Palestinian sic State!

This new video promoted by makes no sense.  It is Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu’s policy.

On one hand it shows the dangers that a Pseudostinian aka Palestinian sic State would bring to Israel, and on the other hand it claims that it’s possible to make some sort of deal with the Arabs on the establishment of a new Arab country in the heart of the Jewish Homeland that wouldn’t destroy or endanger Israel.  It makes absolutely no sense.  There’s no logic to it.  Planting a country in the middle of another one has never worked, not any other place in the world.

Why is the world ignoring the fact that the Arabs have always attacked, terrorized an murdered Jews here long before there was a State of Israel?  Why does Israel, the government, media and academics ignore this fact?

There will never be peace as long as the world promotes the establishment of a Pseudostinian aka Palestinian sic State!

I agree with you. My reading over recend days has centred on an article by Martin Gilbert which I do recommend you read

Most people do not understand at all what happened during the years 1917 to 1923 aprox.

In short

San Remo 1920 the Balfour Declaration was fleshed out and made into International Law” and the Jewish state was to be all of present day Israel, Gaza, Golan Heights and present day Jordan

Cairo March 1921 Churchill and Britain made strong statements in support of the Jews and Zionism but IN THE SAME SPEECH stripped away from the Jewish Homeland 78 per cent calling it Transjordan TO BE JUDENFREI

Directly after Cairo Churchill travelled to Jerusalem and there he was presented with a petition from the Arabs stating that they would accept no Jewish Immigration

As Churchill returned home riots from the Arab (Muslims) followed and the Jewish by birth British Warlord Samuel stated that Jewish Immigration was suspended

And therein is the pattern of the Jihad in general, which will be repeated post the Obama speech. This is a law of nature. It is as predictable as day follows night.

I am continuing to add more and more material to our treatise on Jewish History each day something new is added. Do not everlook this article!
