We can only try to imagine the abject terror Shafilea Ahmed lived under because she wanted to live a free “westernized” life, out from under the boot of Islam and the sharia.
The horror of this honor killing (and all honorcides) is obvious. But the secondary, more insidious crime of complicity and silence by Shafilea Ahmed’s siblings, mother, and friends is heinous. It speaks to how deeply ingrained and enforced the Islamic honor code is in the Muslim community, even in Western nations. Many knew. And did nothing. Fear and belief, what a fatal cocktail.
What absolutely amazes me about all of these cases, what Pamela Geller calls HONORCIDES, is the silence of this so called left, or what we on www.4international.me call the “Fascist Left”, and also the silence of the so called FEMINIST MOVEMENT.
I AM NOT SAYING THESE ISSUES ARE NOT FULLY IMPORTANT IN THEIR OWN RIGHT BECAUSE I TOTALLY THINK THEY ARE!
No what I am saying is that there is a sub plot, and that is on and in the way the left is reacting to such issues today:
1. There are all of these who are following DOGMA and who are reducing knowledge to something which is dead
2. There is only www.4international.me which will look the truth in the eye and report on it
That is why we have far more in common with these freedom lovers like Pamela Geller than we have with these other phonies on the left.
For example I have just been looking at the past dozen and more articles on Harry’s Place, which is based in London, and while Pamela reports on this horrific honour murder all the way from New York, these phonies and liars are not reporting it at all. From their own doorstep!
But there is a hit piece on Geller for her links with the EDL
Why are pious feminists like Sarah AB on Harry’s Place not covering this Honour Murder and instead wasting their time attacking Geller
Are they left wing in any way at all. I mean, what was the position really of the great Marxists on such issues.
Elder of Zion did a piece on this. Marx treated Islam as basically a “fascist” type ideology (I will find this again)
All I can add at this point is that we support Pamela Geller, Robert Spencer and sites such as Gates of Vienna (none of whom pretend to be socialist) on this issue fully.
