ISRAELI WORKERS WILL FIGHT TO DEFEND ISRAEL AGAINST WORLD ANTISEMITISM

In the face of growing international antisemitism the revolutionary socialist organization 4international call on all workers to defend Israel unconditionally against world antisemitism.

4international is a revolutionary socialist organization built on the principles which Leon Trotsky, following on from Lenin and Marx, in opposition to Stalin, fought for

In the 1939s Leon Trotsky was a main advocate of Jews escaping from Europe and setting up a Jewish Homeland in Zion. Trotsky stood for the right of Jews to live alone and separately, where they could defend themselves from and agaionst the world antisemites.

This is even more the case today.

So we call on all international workers to defend Israel and we call on the Israeli working class to organize independently and to stand firm against these world antisemites.

We oppose in particular the lie which has been promoted by Tim Pat Coogan, Irish so-called historian, in his open letter to the Israeli Ambassador to Ireland.

The answer to Coogan is this:

In 1848 Israel was attacked by all of the Arab states…

The Arabs of Palestine left of their own accord

The Arabs of Palestine were not forced to leave

The Arabs of Palestine decided to leave because they were part and parcel of the planned Genocide of the Jews of Israel

The Arabs of Palestine in 1948 were led by Nazis who were escaping with the aid of the British and Americans from the crimes of the Holocaust

Hence Tim Pat Coogan in his letter to the Israeli Ambassador has promoted one of the worst Big Lies of History. As a historian Coogan should be ashamed and certainly our organization in Ireland 4international will campaign throughout the workers movement in Ireland to expose this Big lie of Tim Pat Coogan

Israeli workers must give the lead to the international working class.

The programme of the Israeli working class must incorporate these points:

* Organize independently

* Support without conditions the Jewish state of Israel against world antisemitism

* Support the IDF and encourage the IDF to strike with full force against the Nuclear Plans of Iran, while appealing to Iranian workers, women and youth to defend Israel

* Tell the Israeli Government that withdrawal from Gaza was a serious mistake, that Gaza must be retaken at once, and that the leaders of Hamas be executed for antisemitic crimes against Jews.

* Tell the Israeli Government that the OSLO Accords was a mistake and that all of the West Bank (Judea and Samaria) must be retaken at once, and that the leaders of Fatah and Al Aqsa be executed for antisemitic crimes against Jews

* the blockade of Gaza must not under any conditions be lifted or relaxed in response to pressure from Obama and Britain (Blair). The Blockade must be intensified but the Blockade is only a temporary measure; Gaza must be retaken by force

* The Israeli workers must say that there can be no entry into Israel, West Bank or Gaza of George Mitchell, or any other member of the Obama team. The UN must be expelled from every inch of this area.

All NGOs IF ARRESTED IMPRISONED FOR 5 YEARS MINIMUM. ANYBODY WHO ENTERS THIS AREA WITHOUT PERMISSION OF THE ISRAELI GOVERNMENT TO BE ARRESTED AND TRIED FOR THE MOST SERIOUS CRIME OF ANTISEMITISM.

* In relation to the Flotillas, now being promoted even by the Vatican, these boats must not be boarded. These boats must be disabled at first. Then after a period of time in which those on board are asked to evacuate these boats must be sunk

* Israel must state the obvious, that Israel is at war, with Hamas, with the PA, with Hizbullah. Not one penny, not one piece of food, not one element of medecine, should be delivered to these enemies of Jews: Hamas, Fatah and Hizbullah. Did Britain and America deliver food etc to the civilians of Germany during the War? No!

Then it is the role of antisemitism to create a double standard for the Jews. The Israeli workers must not allow that. Israeli workers must state this position and appeal to International workers for support

MARTIN IN EXPELLING ISRAELI DIPLOMAT SHOWS HE SUPPORTS HAMAS

That is the reality. Martin in deciding to expel an Israeli diplomat who he admits has nothing to do with any forging of passports shows that he is a supporter of the terrorists of Hamas.

Israel was totally within its rights to kill this terrorist who was the link man between iran and Hamas, and thus responsible for the war against Israel which Hamas has openly declared and is carrying through on.

Martin has never made any fuss over the continual rockets being fired by Hamas onto Israeli houses and schools, over 8000 of these rockets have fallen.

Israel is at war with Hamas and it has a right to pursue its enemies as long as this war lasts.

Martin is also a hypocrite because in the Irish national struggle led by Michael Collins the Irish knew they were in a war and they did not hesitate to use war methods against their British enemy.

Martion is a double and a traitorous hypocrite because the Jews in Palestine and in Ireland were in full support of the Irish national struggle. It was a war and prominent Jews gave safe houses to the IRA of Collins who were hiding from the British enemy.

Furthermore the Jewish Briscoe family in Dublin were participating and ready to lay down their lives for Irish nationalism, but they did so as Jews, as Jewish Irishmen, and as supporters of Zionism

This terrible and hateful blow struck by Martin against the Jews of the present world, in their dire hour of need, will go down in history, the history of Irish betrayal of the Jews.

You can see from the following statement just what a weak and conniving bastard Martin is. He does this with no evidence and he nod nod wink wink cowers in behind the equally cowardly British and Australians.

Problem with martin and many of these contemporary Irish…They have no balls!

The Government has confirmed it is to ask Israel to withdraw a member of staff at its embassy in Dublin following a report into the use of Irish passport numbers by suspects in the murder of a Hamas official.

The recommendation that the official be expelled arose following the consideration of two reports – one from the Garda and the other from the Department of Foreign Affairs passport service.

Eight fake Irish passports were among a number used by those allegedly responsible for assassinating Mahmoud Al Mabhouh in Dubai on January 19th.

Minister for Foreign Affairs Micheál Martin said he briefed the Government on the outcome of the investigations this morning. He said investigations had discovered no additional evidence linking the Irish passports to Israel.

“The fact that the forged Irish passports were used by members of the same group who carried the forged British and Australian passports, leads us to the inescapable conclusion that an Israeli government agency was responsible for the misuse and, most likely, the manufacture of the forged Irish passports associated with the murder of Mr Mabhouh.”

The Minister said efforts to enlist the assistance of the Israeli authorities in the investigation of this case had “yielded no response and no denial” of Israeli involvement.

“The misuse of Irish passports by a State with, with which Ireland enjoys friendly, if sometimes frank, bilateral relations is clearly unacceptable and requires a firm response,” he said.

“Accordingly, I have proposed, and the Government has agreed at today’s Cabinet meeting, that by way of protest at its unacceptable action, Israel be requested to withdraw a designated member of staff of its embassy in Dublin. This demand has been conveyed to the Israeli ambassador and I would expect it to be quickly acceded to.”

Mr Martin said that in accordance with normal diplomatic practice, he did not propose to reveal either the name or function of the official whom the Israeli government had been requested to withdraw.

“I want to state clearly that the official concerned is not accused or suspected of any particular wrongdoing. In being obliged to leave their post prematurely, the official concerned is a victim of the actions of the state they represent.”

Mr Martin said the Government had invested heavily in making the Irish passport the respected document which it is internationally and in improving the security of our system so that Irish citizens can travel in safety.

“Any actions which endanger our well earned reputation in this area require determined action to ensure there is no repetition.

“I believe that, by taking decisive action in this regard, the Government is conveying a clear message of protest at what has occurred and our firm expectation that it will not happen again.”

He said the Government condemned the murder of Mr Mabhouh.

“Many allegations have been made against Mr Mabhouh which, if true, would categorise him as a committed terrorist. The Irish Government does not believe that States should fight terror with terror. As a matter of principle, Ireland opposes extra-judicial killings. We believe that States have a duty to operate according to the law and to respect that way of life that terrorists seek to destroy.”

Mr Martin said he very much wanted Ireland and Israel to enjoy productive bilateral relations. “Even more, I want to see Israelis living in peace and prosperity in a state recognised by its neighbours.”

But he said the Government and the “vast majority of the Irish people disagree with certain policies pursued by the Israeli government, particularly in its relations with the occupied Palestinian territories”.

“I will not hesitate to express criticism of such policies where I believe this is warranted and where the policies in question, such as the current blockade of Gaza, are inimical to the achievement of a viable two-state solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and a comprehensive overall settlement in the Middle East.”

In a statement, the Israeli embassy said the ambassador Dr Zion Evrony was invited this morning to a meeting with David Cooney, secretary general of the Department of Foreign Affairs.

“At this meeting, Ambassador Evrony was informed of the decision of the Irish government. Israel regrets this decision.

“We believe that it does not reflect the overall positive relations which exist between Ireland and Israel.”

OBAMA LEADS ISLAM AND THE WEST TO A NEW HOLOCAUST

15 June 2010

Caroline Glick has a new piece on Jerusalem Post

We will discuss the implications of this in further posts. They are profound and call for revolutionary action to defend Israel and the Jews, surely now heading towards Holocaust at the hands of Islam and Islam supported by the West

with Israel or just give in.

By CAROLINE GLICK, JPOST

By backing the terrorist group against Israel, western countries are backing Hamas against Fatah and Islamist states against ME moderates.

Since the navy’s May 31 takeover of the Turkish-Hamas flotilla, Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and his advisers have deliberated around the clock about how to contend with the US-led international stampede against Israel. But their ultimate decision to form an investigatory committee led by a retired Supreme Court justice and overseen by foreign observers indicates that they failed to recognize the nature of the international campaign facing us today.

Led by US President Barack Obama, the West has cast its lot with Hamas. It is not surprising that Obama is siding with Hamas. His close associates are leading members of the pro-Hamas Free Gaza outfit. Obama’s friends, former Weather Underground terrorists Bernadine Dohrn and William Ayres participated in a Free Gaza trip to Egypt in January. Their aim was to force the Egyptians to allow them into Gaza with 1,300 fellow Hamas supporters. Their mission was led by Code Pink leader and Obama fund-raiser Jodie Evans. Another leading member of Free Gaza is James Abourezk, a former US senator from South Dakota.

All of these people have open lines of communication not only to the Obama White House, but to Obama himself.

Obama has made his sympathy for the Muslim Brotherhood clear several times since entering office. The Muslim Brotherhood’s progeny include Hamas, al-Qaida and the Egyptian Islamic Jihad. Last June, Obama infuriated the Egyptian government when he insisted on inviting leaders of the Muslim Brotherhood to attend his speech at Al Azhar University in Cairo. His administration’s decision to deport Hamas deserter and Israeli counterterror operative Mosab Hassan Yousef to the Palestinian Authority where he will be killed is the latest sign of its support for radical Islam.

Given Obama’s attitude toward jihadists and the radical leftists who support them, his decision to support Hamas against Israel makes sense. What is alarming however is how leaders of the free world are now all siding with Hamas. That support has become ever more apparent since the Mossad’s alleged killing of Hamas terror master Mahmoud al-Mabhouh at his hotel in Dubai in January.

In the aftermath of Mabhouh’s death, both Britain and Australia joined the Dubai-initiated bandwagon in striking out against Israel. Israel considers both countries allies, or at least friendly and has close intelligence ties with both. Yet despite their close ties, Australia and Britain expelled Israeli diplomats who supposedly had either a hand in the alleged operation or who work for the Mossad.

It should be noted that neither country takes steps against outspoken terror supporters who call for Israel to be destroyed and call for the murder of individual Israelis.

For instance, in an interview last month with The Australian, Ali Kazak, the former PLO ambassador to Australia, effectively solicited the murder of The Jerusalem Post’s Palestinian affairs correspondent Khaled Abu Toameh. Kazak told the newspaper, “Khaled Abu Toameh is a traitor.”

Allowing that many Palestinians have been murdered for such accusations, Kazak excused those extrajudicial murders saying, “Traitors were also murdered by the French Resistance, in Europe; this happens everywhere.”

Not only did Australia not expel Kazak or open a criminal investigation against him, as a consequence of his smear campaign against Abu Toameh, several Australian government officials cancelled their scheduled meetings with him.

AND OF course, this week we have the actions of Germany and Poland. They are considered Israel’s best friends in Europe, and yet acting on a German arrest warrant, Poland has arrested a suspected Mossad officer named Uri Brodsky for his alleged involvement in the alleged Mossad operation against Mabhouh. Israel is now caught in a diplomatic disaster zone where its two closest allies – who again are only too happy to receive regular intelligence updates from the Mossad – are siding with Hamas against it.

And then of course we have the EU’s call for Israel to cancel its lawful blockade of the Gaza coast. That is, the official position of the EU is that an Iranian proxy terrorist organization should be allowed to gain control over a Mediterranean port and through it, provide Iran with yet another venue from which it can launch attacks against Europe.

For their part, the Sunni Arabs are forced to go along with this. The Egyptian regime considers the fact that the Muslim Brotherhood took over Gaza a threat to its very survival and has been assiduously sealing its border with Gaza for some time. And yet, unable to be more anti-Hamas than the US, Australia and Europe, Mubarak is opening the border. Arab League Secretary-General Amr Moussa’s unprecedented visit to Gaza this week should be seen as a last ditch attempt by Egypt to convince Hamas to unify its ranks with Fatah. Predictably, the ascendant Hamas refused his entreaties.

As for Fatah, it is hard not to feel sorry for its leader Mahmoud Abbas these days. In what was supposed to be a triumphant visit to the White House, Abbas was forced to smile last week as Obama announced the US will provide $450 million in aid to his sworn enemies who three years ago ran him and his Fatah henchmen out of Gaza.

So too, Abbas is forced to cheer as Obama pressures Israel to give Hamas an outlet to the sea. This will render it impossible for Fatah to ever unseat Hamas either by force or at the ballot box. Hamas’s international clout demonstrates to the Palestinians that jihad pays.

THERE ARE three plausible explanations for the West’s decision to back Hamas. All of them say something deeply disturbing about the state of the world. The first plausible explanation is that the Americans and the rest of the West are simply naïve. They believe that by backing Hamas, they are advancing the cause of Middle East peace.

If this is in fact what the likes of Obama and his European and Australian counterparts think, apparently no one in the West is thinking very hard. The fact is that by backing Hamas against Israel, they are backing Hamas against Fatah and they are backing Iran, Syria, Turkey, Hamas and Hizbullah against Egypt, Jordan and Saudi Arabia. They are backing the most radical actors in the region – and arguably in the world – against states and regimes they have a shared strategic interest in strengthening.

There is absolutely no way this behavior advances the cause of peace.

The second plausible explanation is that the West’s support for Hamas is motivated by hatred of Israel. As Helen Thomas’s recent remarks demonstrated, there is certainly a lot of that going around.

The final plausible explanation for the West’s support for Hamas is that it has been led to believe that by acting as it is, it will buy itself immunity from attack by Hamas and its fellow members of the Iranian axis. As former Italian president Francesco Cossiga first exposed in a letter to Corriere della Serra in August 2008, in the early 1970s Italian prime minister Aldo Moro signed a deal with Yasser Arafat that gave the PLO and its affiliated organizations the freedom to operate terror bases in Italy. In exchange the Palestinians agreed to limit their attacks to Jewish and Israeli targets. Italy maintained its allegiance to the deal – and to the PLO against Israel – even when Italian targets were hit.

Cossiga told the newspaper that the August 2, 1980 bombing at the Bologna train station – which Italy blamed on Italian fascists – was actually the work of George Habash’s Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine. Eighty-five people were murdered in the attack, and still Italy maintained its agreement with the PLO to the point where it prosecuted and imprisoned the wrong people for the worst terrorist attack in its history.

Cossiga alleged that the deal is still in place today and that Italian forces in UNIFIL have expanded the deal to include Hamas’s fellow Iranian proxy Hizbullah. It isn’t much of a stretch to consider the possibility that Italy and the rest of the Western powers have made a similar deal with Hamas. And it is no stretch at all to believe that they will benefit from it as greatly as the Italian railroad passengers in Bologna did.

True, no one has come out and admitted to supporting Hamas. So too, no one has expressed anything by love for Israel and the Jewish people. But the actions of the governments of the West tell a different tale. Without one or more of the explanations above, it is hard to understand their current policies.

Since the flotilla incident, Netanyahu and his ministers have held marathon deliberations on how to respond to US pressure to accept an international inquisition into the IDF’s lawful enforcement of the legal blockade of the Gaza coast. Their deliberations went on at the same time as Netanyahu and his envoys attempted to convince Obama to stop his mad rush to give Hamas an outlet to the sea and deny Israel even the most passive right of self-defense.

It remains to be seen if their decision to form an investigative panel with international “observers” was a wise move or yet another ill-advised concession to an unappeasable administration. What is certain, however, is that it will not end the West’s budding romance with Hamas.

The West’s decision to side with Hamas is devastating. But whatever the reasons for it, it is a fact of life. It is Netanyahu’s duty to swallow this bitter pill and devise a strategy to protect the country from their madness.

It’s Official: There was No Humanitarian Aid on Mavi Marmara

by Gil Ronen

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has informed Israel’s representatives the world over that there were never any humanitarian supplies or equipment aboard the Mavi Marmara, where Israeli commandos were ambushed by armed mercenaries posing as peace activists. The commandos opened fire and killed nine of the attackers after three soldiers had been brutalized and temporarily captured.

Of the seven flotilla ships that were intercepted by Israel on May 31 and afterward, only four were freight ships, the MFA reported to its embassies and consulates: The Challenger 1 (a small yacht), the Sfendonh (a small passenger boat) and the Mavi Marmara (a passenger ship) did not carry any humanitarian aid, and had only the passengers’ personal belongings.

The four freight ships are the Gaza, the Sofia, the Defeny and the Rachel Corrie. As of  June 7, Israel had only offloaded equipment from the Defeny. The equipment offloaded was loaded onto 26 trucks, and an additional eight trucks are waiting at the Kerem Shalom crossing to enter Gaza.

The equipment includes:

1. 300 wheelchairs
2. 300 new mobility scooters
3. 100 special mobility scooters for the disabled
4. Hundreds of crutches
5. 250 hospital beds
6. 50 sofas
7. Four tons of medicine
8. 20 tons of clothing, carpets, school bags, cloth and shoes
9. Various hospital equipment – closets and cabinets, operating theater equipment, etc.
10. Playground equipment
11. Mattresses

The equipment remaining at Ashdod Port on the three  cargo ships which have not been offloaded include some 2000 tons of construction equipment – building materials and tools, and construction waste (rubble, toilets, sinks and cement) for re-use.

The MFA noted that:

The equipment does not constitute humanitarian aid in the accepted sense (basic foodstuffs, new and functional equipment, fresh medicines).

The humanitarian aid on the four cargo ships was scattered in the ships’ holds and thrown onto piles and not packed properly for transport. The equipment was not packaged and not properly placed on wooden bases. Because of the improper packing, some of the equipment was crushed by the weight in transit.

The medicines and sensitive equipment (operating theater equipment, new clothing, etc.) are being kept in cool storage at the Defense Ministry base. Some of the medicines had already expired, and some will expire soon. The operating theater equipment, which should be kept sterile, was carelessly wrapped. A large part of the equipment, particularly shoes and clothing, was used and worn. (IsraelNationalNews.com)

ISRAELI AMBASSADOR TO IRELAND TELLS THE TRUTH

June 12, 2010

Statement to Media

http://www.irishtimes.com/newspaper/opinion/2010/0611/1224272267743.html

ZION EVRONY

OPINION: Future historians will puzzle over the western media’s portrayal of the flotilla activists as humanitarians, ignoring evidence of motive

AN IMPARTIAL historian analysing, 20 years hence, the events of last week surrounding Israel’s interception of the Gaza “Freedom Flotilla”, will be perplexed by several aspects of the media coverage of the episode. One would expect that, by then, the salient facts will be available to all and agreed upon by those who share a commitment to the truth.

The first and most obvious of these facts is the difference in outcome between six of the flotilla ships, including the Rachel Corrie, and the remaining one, the Mavi Marmara, on which the regrettable loss of life occurred. On the former, only passive resistance was offered to Israeli personnel and the ships were peacefully escorted to the port of Ashdod. Our historian will wonder at media headlines that portrayed Israeli commandos as opening fire, unprovoked, on unarmed men and women trying only to bring aid materials to the “besieged” inhabitants of Gaza. If this had been the case, why the offer to unload the aid cargos at Ashdod in Israel? And why no violence on six of the seven ships?

Regarding the seventh ship, the facts now emerging will tell a very different story from the western media’s rushed judgment of the affair. Already in the public arena was the Al Aqsa TV interview of May 30th and the Guardian newspaper report of June 3rd in which members of the IHH “charity”, a jihadist organisation with proven links to Al Qaeda and Hamas, spoke of their wish to “die as martyrs”.

There was also the video footage (now available on YouTube) showing the Mavi Marmara passengers leaving port chanting “Khaybar, Khaybar, ya Yahoud, jaish Muhammad sa yaoud” (“.. O Jews, the army of Muhammad will return”) a reference to a seventh-century slaughter of Arabian Jews that has become a modern jihadist battle-cry.

{ It was reference to a 7th Century massacre of Jews that ended the Jewish presence in Arabia…important emphasis – 4international]

Lastly, there was the footage of the answer sent to the Israeli ship that warned the Mavi Marmara it was approaching the blockade: “Shut up, go back to Auschwitz . . . don’t forget 9/11”. Our historian will puzzle over the media’s ignoring of this evidence of motive, and its portrayal of such self-styled warriors as “humanitarians”.

Interviews with the detained passengers of the Mavi Marmara are now confirming that the violence met by the Israeli commandos as they boarded the ship was not spontaneous but an organised, premeditated action carried out by a hardcore of approximately 40 IHH operatives, recruited specially for the mission. This group boarded at Istanbul without undergoing security checks, while the other 500 or so passengers boarded at Antalya after a full check. (It is also emerging that the Mavi Marmara, the biggest ship in the flotilla, carried no humanitarian aid at all; only personal possessions and extremely large sums of money were found on board).

[Another great point here…They boarded without checks…this is a big factor in the analysis, which shows that the Turkish Islamist regime of Erdogan was behind all of this]

The hardcore took over the upper deck and set up a communications room. They took control of the ship using walkie-talkies and restricted the movements of the other passengers and crew. As they approached the blockade, they sent ordinary passengers below, donned ceramic vests and gas masks, and armed themselves with weapons such as knives, axes, hammers, slingshots, wooden clubs and steel rods cut in advance from the ship’s railings using angle grinders. This latter action appears to have been carried out contrary to the captain’s orders.

The IHH operatives were instructed not to allow the Israeli soldiers to board. They successfully repelled the attempts to board the ship from corvettes using grappling hooks. When Israeli commandos landed one by one by rope from a helicopter, they were surrounded by these IHH operatives and beaten severely with the weapons already prepared. Once again, these facts are corroborated by video footage. Initially under strict orders not to open fire, the Israeli commandos had anticipated at worst a riot-control situation, not a violent ambush. Only when several of them had been beaten, shot and stabbed and it was clear that they were fighting for their lives did they open fire.

Our historian of the future will find it curious that, in an age of instant video documentation, the Irish media showed so little interest in revisiting their initial hasty judgments of the whole episode. (S)he will also remark on the very different portrayals of the Israeli soldiers and the IHH activists given in the western media and those of the Islamic world. While the former paint the Israelis as brutal, shoot-first aggressors and the IHH as weak victims, the Turkish paper Hurriyet proudly showed photographs, taken with the cameras of the jihadist-humanitarians, of Israelis as bloodied prisoners humiliated by the ‘warriors of Islam’.

[ This is a great point the Ambassador makes. It is the difference between the Master (Islam) and the dhimmi (the western Media)!]

Another aspect of the affair that will perplex our historian will be the media’s focus on Israel’s interception as taking place in international waters, and their characterisation of Israel’s Gaza blockade as ‘illegal’, as if no historical precedents or legal justification existed for either.

Under the San Remo Manual on International Law Applicable to Armed Conflicts at Sea, 12 June 1994, maritime blockades are a legitimate measure that may be implemented as part of an armed conflict, and are included as such in the naval handbooks of several western countries. A blockade may be enforced in international waters so long as it does not bar access to the ports and coasts of neutral states.

A state of armed conflict exists between Israel and Hamas, which forms part of the Iranian strategy aimed at encircling Israel with hostile forces in furtherance of its declared goal of “wiping it off the map”. Many of the 1,350 rockets fired into southern Israel by Hamas in 2008 alone were of the sophisticated Grad 2 type smuggled into Gaza from Iran. It is worth remembering that Israel has intercepted two ships sent by Iran, the Francop destined for Hizbullah in 2009, the Karine A destined for Hamas in 2002, each carrying large supplies of weapons and war material.

In the case of the Gaza flotilla, Israel acted perfectly legally in (i) warning the boats of the existence of the blockade and providing them with its precise co-ordinates through the accepted maritime channels, (ii) asking them to change course and to take their cargo to the port of Ashdod, (iii) when these notices were rejected, warning them that they faced being boarded and commandeered by its navy. Finally, our future historian, while aware that Israel restricted the entry of certain items into Gaza, will read with amazement of the woman in a Gaza market who told Danish journalist Steffen Jensen in 2010: “We have nothing. We need everything! Food, drinks . . . everything!” The woman spoke of this doomsday scenario while standing, according to Jensen, between ‘mountains of vegetables, fruit, eggs, poultry and fish . . .’ The historian will be able to see visual corroboration of this in the pictures published in Gaza newspapers and on Palestinian websites in 2009-10 that show Gaza food stalls laden with supplies.

While aware that life in Gaza was difficult, (s)he will wonder all the more at the persistence of the claim of the ‘humanitarian crisis’, and the gullibility of well-intentioned westerners in accepting the Hamas propaganda of victimhood.

Having calmly analysed the staged made-for-media event of the 2010 “Freedom Flotilla”, she or he will see it for what it is: merely the latest phase in an ongoing war to undermine the state of Israel. The enemies of the Jewish state, having failed over 62 years to defeat it either in open frontal attack or by terror and rocket campaigns, had resorted to a different tactic: the delegitimisation of its right to defend itself.

WILL BELMAN AND ISRAPUNDIT DEFEND NETANYAHU?

by Felix Quigley

June 10, 2010

On the website Israpundit, editor Ted Belman, there is a man there who is a danger to the Jewish people, and he leads Belman and the other regulars there like lambs to the slaughter

He goes by the name of Yamit82

He writes in his latest comment the following:

  1. yamit82 says:

BB and Barak are a real danger to our existence.

Enough already, our lives and our future are at stake with these two incompetent miscreant microbial cowards.

They must go one way or another and I don’t care which.

I warned against BB over and over and over again in this forum.

One Thing I don’t have is political Alzheimer’s.

Criminal charges should be brought against these two for purposely endangering the lives of our soldiers needlessly

But that is precisely what Obama is trying to do Yamit82!

What will be the actual position of editor Ted Belman towards this?

It is necessary to immediately and in the first place form a United Front with the Netanyahu Government against Obama, because it is the aim of Obama to destroy Netanyahu and replace him with Livni.

We on 4international have major differences with Netanyahu and state these all of the time. But we do so in the context of overall defence of Netanyahu against Obama.

That is something that the unprincipled Yamit82 can not do.

So what position will Belman take? Will Belman side with Yamit82 on this vital issue or with 4international.

For their benefit we reprint An Aesop fable

From What Next? Vital Question for the German Proletariat, 1932

* * *

A cattle dealer once drove some bulls to the slaughterhouse. And the butcher came night with his sharp knife.

“Let us close ranks and jack up this executioner on our horns,” suggested one of the bulls.

“If you please, in what way is the butcher any worse than the dealer who drove us hither with his cudgel?” replied the bulls, who had received their political education in Manuilsky’s institute. [The Comintern.]

“But we shall be able to attend to the dealer as well afterwards!”

“Nothing doing,” replied the bulls firm in their principles, to the counselor. “You are trying, from the left, to shield our enemies — you are a social-butcher yourself.”

And they refused to close ranks.

OBAMA IS A SUPPORTER OF PALESTINE SOLIDARITY CAMPAIGN

by Jim Stephens

10 June, 2010

Obama is the most powerful man inthe world.

I think it is important to reject the idea that he is just a puppet etc. This is to enter into the world of conspiracy nut cases.

Hence it is important to understand that in his movement towards the White House Obama was more or less moving in the same direction towards Israel and the Arab palestinians as was say the Palestine Solidarity campaign.

This is why his association with the Pastor Wright church in Detroit and his stting on a board with the terrorist and probably state agent Ayers is also important.

The following report does the service of linking Obama to Ayers, and to trace the recent activity of Ayers, apparently performing the same kind of pro Palestinian Arab role oas the Palestine Solidarity, Mairead maguire, or Galloway

 Gaza flotilla

Activists from president’s circle of friends top supporters of anti-Israel protest ships

The group behind the Gaza flotilla that engaged in deadly clashes with Israeli commandos today counts among its top supporters the friends and associates of President Barack Obama, namely the founders of the Weather Underground terrorist organization, William Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn, as well as Jodie Evans, the leader of the radical activist organization Code Pink.

Earlier today, Israeli navy commandos raided the six-ship flotilla, encountering heavy resistance and live fire from the activists. Several activists were killed and dozens of others were reportedly injured, as were several of the Israeli commandos.

The flotilla was organized by the Free Gaza Movement, a coalition of leftist human rights activists and pro-Palestinian groups engaged in attempts to break a blockade imposed by Israel on the Hamas-controlled Gaza Strip.

Ayers, Dohrn and Evans’ Code Pink have led several recent Free Gaza Movement initiatives, including attempted marches into the Gaza Strip. Dorhn was in the Middle East just last month on behalf of the movement.

Ayers and Dohrn were close associates for years with President Obama, while Evans was a fundraiser and financial bundler for Obama’s presidential campaign.

In January, WND reported Ayers, Dohrn and Evans were involved in provoking chaos on the streets of Egypt in an attempt to enter Gaza with the Free Gaza Movement to join in solidarity with the territory’s population and leadership.

The three helped to stir riots after the Egyptian government refused to allow a large number of protesters to enter neighboring Gaza. Eventually, the protesters accepted an Egyptian offer of allowing about 100 marchers into Gaza. Once in the territory, those marchers were reportedly met on the Gaza side by Hamas’ former Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh.

At the time of the march, Sen. John Kerry, D-Mass., wrote a letter in support of a “humanitarian delegation from Massachusetts” to Gaza. Members of Ayers’, Dohrn and Evans’ group documented on their blogs how Kerry’s letter was used at the U.S. Embassy in Cairo while attempting to pressure Egypt to let their group into Gaza.

Images of the letter were also posted on the Electronic Intifada website run by Ali Abunimah, who was with Evans’ group in Egypt and who, WND previously reported, spoke at pro-Palestinian events in the 1990s alongside Obama. In one such event, a 1999 fundraiser for Palestinian “refugees,” Abunimah recalled introducing Obama on stage.

Kerry’s office previously met with Code Pink members, WND has learned. Sarah Roche-Mahdi of Code Pink also is a member of the United for Peace and Justice Palestine Task Force, which met with Kerry’s staffers.

Kerry last year became the most senior U.S. politician to visit the Hamas-controlled Gaza Strip, although at the time he did not meet with Hamas leaders.

Dohrn later wrote on a blog that she was briefly detained at the U.S. Embassy in Cairo following the January protests there by her group: “Bill and I went to the American Embassy at 10 a.m. and asked to see the ambassador. We were ushered into a holding pen a block away from the embassy building where we joined 35 people already there, surrounded by Egyptian soldiers,” she wrote.

Deadly clashes

Israeli Naval Forces intercepted the flotilla today attempting to break the maritime closure of the Gaza Strip.

An Israel Defense Forces spokesperson told WND commandos boarded the ships after numerous warnings from Israel requesting the ships redirect toward the Israeli port of Ashdod, where they would be able to unload their aid supplies, which could then be transferred to the Gaza Strip after undergoing security inspections.

During the boarding of one of the ships, the Marmara, activists onboard attacked IDF naval personnel with live fire and light weaponry including knives and clubs, the IDF spokesperson said.

“The demonstrators had clearly prepared their weapons in advance for this specific purpose,” said the spokesperson. “As a result of this life-threatening and violent activity, naval forces first employed riot dispersal means, followed by live fire.

“IDF naval personnel encountered severe violence, including use of weaponry prepared in advance in order to attack them,” said the spokesperson.

The IDF released a YouTube video clearly showing activists attacking Israeli commandos, including attacks with live fire.

Close Obama associates

Evans formed Code Pink, a far-left activist organization, in 2002 to protest America’s war in Iraq. The group previously met with Hamas and with leaders of the Taliban. Evans was a fundraiser and financial bundler for Obama’s presidential campaign.

Abunimah traveled in some of the same political circles as Obama in the 1990s. Abunimah previously described meeting with Obama at a fundraiser at the home of Columbia University professor Rashid Khalidi, reportedly a former PLO activist. Khalidi was also a close associate of Obama.

“[Obama] came with his wife. That’s where I had a chance to really talk to him,” Abunimah recalled. “It was an intimate setting. He convinced me he was very aware of the issues [and] critical of U.S. bias toward Israel and lack of sensitivity to Arabs. … He was very supportive of U.S. pressure on Israel.”

According to quotes obtained by Gulf News, Abunimah recalled a 2004 meeting in a Chicago neighborhood while Obama was running for his Senate seat. Abunimah quoted Obama telling him “warmly” he was sorry that “I haven’t said more about Palestine right now, but we are in a tough primary race.”

“I’m hoping when things calm down, I can be more up front,” Abunimah reportedly quoted the senator as saying.

Abunimah said Obama urged him to “keep up the good work” at the Chicago Tribune, where Abunimah contributed guest columns that were highly critical of Israel.

Ayers, meanwhile, became a name in last year’s presidential campaign when it was disclosed the radical worked closely with Obama for years.

Ayers helped launch Obama’s political career with a fundraiser in his home. Obama served on the board of a Chicago nonprofit alongside Ayers. The terrorist later hired Obama to serve as chairman of the Chicago Annenberg Challenge, a job Obama later cited as experience that helped qualify him to run for public office.

While at the CAC, Obama and Ayers both granted funds to the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, or ACORN.

WND columnist Jack Cashill has produced a series of persuasive arguments that it was Ayers who ghostwrote Obama’s award-winning autobiography, “Dreams from My Father.”

Ayers and Dohrn were two of the main founders of the Weather Underground, which bombed the New York City Police headquarters in 1970, the Capitol in 1971 and the Pentagon in 1972. The group was responsible for some 30 bombings aimed at destroying the defense and security infrastructures of the U.S.

Characterizing the Weather Underground as “an American Red Army,” Ayers summed up the organization’s ideology: “Kill all the rich people. Break up their cars and apartments. Bring the revolution home. Kill your parents.”

“Everything was absolutely ideal on the day I bombed the Pentagon,” Ayers recalled in his 2001 memoir, “Fugitive Days.” “The sky was blue. The birds were singing. And the bastards were finally going to get what was coming to them.”

Ayers brandished his unrepentant radicalism for years later, as evidenced by his now notorious 2001 interview with the New York Times, published one day after the 9/11 attacks, in which he stated, “I don’t regret setting bombs. I feel we didn’t do enough.”

Ayers posed for a photograph accompanying the New York Times piece that showed him stepping on an American flag. He said of the U.S.: “What a country. It makes me want to puke.”

I think it is possible that Obama is moving on a number of political and psychological levels.

First of all he has a team around him which is pro Palestinian, pro Iran and pro Islam

Secondly Obama is also ideologically and politically the same as the anti Jewish Palestinian Solidarity Campaign, a movement which supports terrorists against Israel.

This is the essence of the IHH Flotilla.

People studying this have to get away from the method which takes a person like Obama and just listens to his words.

As Francisco Gil White explains it is necessary to study the actions and then the words appear to be in contradiction with the action.

see many articles on www.hirhome.com

it is very possible that Obama is using words against the Flotilla but his actions are encouraging the Flotilla.

That is obviously the case.

The first step that Obama must therefore take is to remove Netanyahu and replace him with Livni.

This is not because Netanyahu is any real good as a leader but because Netanyahu represents the movement of the Jewish people away from Livni, and from the OSLO trusting of the enemy. Obama has to either reverse the last election by creating a situation of great dissent inside Israel, as Clinton with the help of George Soros did in Serbia, or else by diktat just steamroll over Israel

This is necessary to do before Obama can ram the Palestine state into place.

Just like there was preparation in order to ram the Kosovo state into place

It is necessary to fight in unity with Netanyahu against Obama. If Obama defeats Netanyahu and replaces him with Livni that will be a defeat for Jews and a victory for Obama and Abbas of course. Also for Hamas, Hizbullah and for Iran

It is a remarkable thing but the best defence of the Iranian rebels against the clerical fascists of Ahmadinejad is to defend netanyahu against Obama

Those who say do not defend netanyahu, like the notorious Yamit82 on Israpundit, are the really dangerous traitors, sounding so militant, unable to fight strategically.

There was one great historical lesson which was the failure of the Stalinists to unite against Hitler. they would not unite with the massive Social democtatic party because they called them Social Fascists.

Hence trotsky adapted one of Aesop´s fables to explain:

AN AESOP FABLE

From What Next? Vital Question for the German Proletariat, 1932

* * *

REJECT THE PESSIMISM OF BELMAN TYPES AND FIGHT FOR A NEW FUTURE

by Felix Quigley

June 9, 2010

ONLY 4INTERNATIONAL TAKES THESE POSITIONS. 4INTERNATIONAL IS THE ONLY REVOLUTIONARY SOCIALIST LEADERSHIP IN EXISTENCE TODAY

4international, all of our members, every little fibre of our organization, stands totally behind the great Israeli people in these hours.

We defend unconditionally every move that the Israeli Government and leaders make and will make to defend their country against the world Fascism orchestrated by Obama

The following report by DEBKAfile is correct in every detail. It is especially correct when it details how the Israeli Government is complacent, in tow to the world antisemites etc.

This spirit of DEBKA is in total contrast to the likes of Israpundit and Ted Belman who called “not to criticise Israel”. Total bullshit Belman! We criticise from the position of all out militancy against the enemy!

Every second of the lives of Israelis NOW must be to prepare for war.

If Israelis are not doing that as we speak then they are living in a fools world. There comes a time when action is needed and what Israel does, or does not do, is going to be decisive.

As Debkafile says

(Iran´s ships ready for clash with Israel)

http://www.debka.com/article/8842/

An Iranian sea convoy will back up the Turkish campaign to break Israel’s blockade of Gaza.

Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad assured Turkish leaders whom he met in Istanbul Tuesday, Jan. 8 that the vessels due to enter the disputed waters within days will not shrink from a head-on clash with Israel’s Navy and Air Force exclusion forces.

“We’ll breach the Gaza blockade,” the Iranian president vowed. The Iranian Red Crescent vessels will carry “volunteer marines” of the Revolutionary Guards “who will teach the Israelis a lesson.”

Tehran’s “humanitarian convoy” for Gaza will consist of three Iranian vessels flying Red Crescent flags.

debkafile’s intelligence sources report that he promised Turkish leaders to attach Iranian warships and submarines to the Red Crescent ships for their voyage through the Red Sea, the Suez Canal and into the Mediterranean. For some months, one or two Iranian submarines have been deployed in the Mediterranean using Syrian naval port facilities.

The showdown between Turkey and Israel, said Ahmadinejad, “will change many issues in the world and mark the final countdown for Israel’s existence. It shows that it has no room in the region and no one is ready to live alongside it.”

British Foreign Secretary William Hague condemned Iran’s plan to send aid boats to Gaza, warning that the move would deliberately aggravate an already tense situation. “It is not helpful, and probably it is not designed to be helpful, he said.
Russian Prime Pinister Vladimir Putin, for his part, promised to join Ankara in bringing the Israeli attack on the Turkish flotilla before the United Nations.
The Iranian and Turkish leaders meeting in Istanbul Monday and Tuesday  finalized a plan to synchronize the flotilla’s approach to Gaza’s shores with the UN Security Council vote on sanctions against Iran, whereupon Turkey, Brazil and Lebanon, who are SC members, will halt the procedure and turn the session around to the unfolding sea battle between Iran and Israel. The sanctions vote will be buried by the sounds of war.
Monday, June 7, US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton predicted “Iran would pull some stunt in the next couple of days” to divert attention from the unity within the Security Council.
According to our sources, the Iranian convoy will consist of a cargo ship loaded with food and other essentials, medicines and building materials; the second will carry the “volunteer” marines; and the third will be a floating hospital to be anchored permanently in Egyptian Mediterranean territorial waters opposite the divided Gaza-Egyptian town of Rafah. Small boats will ferry patients between Gaza and the hospital ship.

Tehran calculates that the Israeli navy will not attack boats carrying sick people and will be constrained from venturing into Egyptian territorial waters to hit the floating hospital. By this means, Tehran will dismantle Israel’s sea blockade while also gaining a military presence off the shores of Gaza.

AS details of this scheme are drawn up in Istanbul, Israeli leaders are spending hour of hour, day after day, quibbling over the format of an inquiry commission for studying the legal aspects of the hapless commando raid they ordered against the Mavi Marmara on May 31.
Have they formed any plans for countering the Iranian-Turkish scheme to drive Tehran’s flotilla through the Gaza blockade? And if so, where will the interception take place? On the Red Sea, where the Iranian Navy has a large presence, at the entrance to the Gulf of Suez or close to Gaza?

An Israel operation against Iranian vessels on any of these sea lanes would pose formidable difficulties.

4international agree very much with DEBKA

They are absolutely correct to call the raid on the Mavi Marmara “HAPLESS”

Right also in referring to this stupid Israeli regime as wasting time haggling over an “inquiry”

So let us state a few things:

The raid was wrong in every detail.

  1. The ship should have been sunk. Action speaks much louder than words. The warning should have been that the ship be sunk and that Turkey and the Arabs, the stupid fucking English as well if they wish, should rescue the swimming antisemites from that sinking naval antisemitic shithole.
  2. That would have taken the smirk off the mug of Erdogan, and his master in the White House, the Black anti-Semite Obama

Yes do use that word “Black anti-Semite” because that is what he is

Israel is in the middle of the war. It is not that war is coming. Israel is IN the war.

THE SECOND THING WE SAY IS DIRECTED TO ISRAPUNDIT, FAUX JEWISH SITE, the faux Jewish site which poses as friend of Israel

We reject the pessimism of Belman (Ted Belman) long time sneak leader of Israpundit, who stabs his friends in the back (me, Nathan Pearlstein, now in the latest episode Bill Narvey)

And who is Laura we ask of Belman? What is the second and full name of this person?

Understand Belman we on 4international oppose the promotion of people who we do not know something about.

What Belman is the full name and history of this fiend to the Jewish people, calling himself Yamit82, who attacks Bill Narvey now in most scandalous fashion?

While you Belman are silent!

Anyway back to post Marmaris and we reject your utter ball less pessimism

SO WHY DOES 4INTERNATIONAL REJECT AND OPPOSE THE PESSIMISM OF BELMAN???

Because Mr Ted Belman the world post Marmaris is NOT the way that you reflect it in your boring articles and comments.

There are millions of ordinary people who can be won to the Jewish Israeli cause.

The only problem is the absence of an organized leadership that is able to answer the anti-Semitic world Media.

But the exact same thing happened the Serbs and you Belman allowed this Yamit82 to continually tell his sordid lies against the Serbs

TED BELMAN YOU GAVE YAMIT82 A PLATFORM TO LIE SLANDEROUSLY AGAINST THE SERBS. WORST OF ALL YOU DO NOT TELL US WHO THIS BASTARD ACTUALLY IS.

We on 4international are not in the slightest little bit pessimistic, about anything.

The people of Israel are going to fight. A new leadership can be found with imput from the great party of the 4international. Not though from or through your pessimism Belman

And the people of my country Ireland can be won to the side of Israel.

And the people of every European country too.

And the great American people.

Also the people of South America with their great traditions of liberty.

Canada, Australia, New Zealand, africa etc Sure

But that means building the 4international now, not next week, now. So write urgently to me on the below comment and mark it private, or shout it from the heavens, but do it now

YOSSI SURRENDERS A BIT TOO EASILY FOR THE HEALTH OF THE JEWISH PEOPLE!

By Jim Stephens

June 7, 2010

Who are these people “The Jewish Daily Forward”???

Where are they based, what is their history, where politically have they come from?

Their political approach tot he Flotilla is treachery in the extreme as I intend to show you by trcing back to a recent article

called

“Fiasco at Sea, a Failed Strategy”

The use of violence by Islamist militants onboard the largest ship, the Mavi Marmara, was calculated to draw a forceful reaction by Israel’s naval commandos and amplify many-fold the international impact of the event. The commandos, armed only with paintball rifles and side arms to deal with passive resistance by presumed human rights activists, were helicoptered directly into a violent ambush for which they should have been better prepared.

Second, an amorphous international movement of peace and human rights activists — many of them people of pure intentions, others Israel-haters and even anti-Semites, plus a few Arab citizens of Israel from the most anti-Zionist sectors — saw an opportunity to amplify the “Goldstone effect” of isolating and delegitimizing Israel by joining IHH in mounting this flotilla and reaping the benefits of all the publicity around it.

Third, it was inevitable that the blockade of Gaza, now three years old, would culminate in a tragic event like this. But Israel is not, nor should it be, alone in its embarrassment. Egypt, which controls the Rafah crossing between Gaza and Sinai, is an active ally of Israel in the abortive endeavor to choke Hamas in Gaza. The entire Quartet (the U.S., U.N., E.U. and Russia) and even the Ramallah-based Palestine Liberation Organization endorsed the closing of the Gaza commercial crossings back in June 2007 when Hamas took over Gaza from Fatah in a bloody coup. Israel and the Quartet established three reasonable conditions for engaging Hamas (recognizing Israel’s right to exist, condemning violence and accepting Oslo), all of which Hamas ignored.

Now Hamas is stronger than ever, and the U.N. Security Council is calling for an end to the blockade. Two more blockade-buster ships may be on their way and, the Turks promise, more will come.

All of Israel’s strategies for dealing with Turkey, the Goldstone effect and Hamas in Gaza have failed. Israel’s political leaders do not appear to be thinking strategically on these issues.

Rather than adjust to Turkey’s dynamic (and dangerous) new regional status and look for ways to exploit it to Israel’s advantage (as Ehud Olmert did for a while by allowing Turkey to mediate between Jerusalem and Damascus), Israel’s response appears to focus on infantile stunts like humiliating the Turkish ambassador a few months ago by seating him on a low couch for a meeting and inviting Israeli TV to film him. Note that the man responsible for that diplomatic coup, Deputy Foreign Minister Danny Ayalon, was chosen to convene a press conference in Jerusalem to explain Israel’s position just hours after the bloodshed.

Meanwhile, Israel’s response to the Goldstone effect has been to threaten the human rights NGOs whose reports — some accurate and some not — feed international criticism and delegitimization of Israel and to exhort Israelis traveling abroad to explain how such a successful high-tech nation with such beautiful scenery can’t be bad. Pathetic.

Then there is Gaza itself. The blockade has failed to moderate or replace Hamas and has not freed Gilad Shalit, even as it has inflicted collective punishment on 1.5 million Gazans. It is counterproductive. Parallel strategies have also failed: The use of armed force back in Operation Cast Lead generated some deterrence and brought the international community in to interdict Iranian arms supplies to Gaza, but the deterrent effect is temporary and the Goldstone effect now deters Israel. Egyptian mediation has also failed; at least Cairo admits this.

The Arab reaction to all of this — beginning with Israel’s Arab citizens and Hamas in Gaza — threatens to derail the nascent Israel-PLO proximity talks (though the PLO will now understandably milk them for every Israeli gesture and concession possible). Israel’s leaders would be best advised to preempt the Arab and international response by sitting down with Egypt and the Quartet, discussing the reasons for these failed strategies regarding Gaza and looking together for enlightened alternatives. They should do so carefully but urgently: Lest we forget, Israel, Egypt and the PLO have every right to cooperatively defend themselves against militant Islamist enemies and those who give them succor.

Sadly, however, Israel’s only real response to this fiasco is liable to be little more than planning better for its naval commandos to stop future flotillas without bloodshed. In Israel, this is called thinking with a “small head.”

Yossi Alpher is former director of the Jaffee Center for Strategic Studies at Tel Aviv University. He currently co-edits the bitterlemons family of Internet publications.

As always you have to search through the verbiage of such as Yossi Alpher and the bitter lemons crowd

There are many pointers to the politics of this fiend Yossi, but I take this

Israel’s response appears to focus on infantile stunts like humiliating the Turkish ambassador a few months ago by seating him on a low couch for a meeting and inviting Israeli TV to film him.

Yossi, how about war!

That means that Israel should announce to the world that it is at war with Turkey. That the Turkish PM Erdogan is a disgusting antisemite of the Nazi variety, based on Hajj Amin el Hussein, is a clear enemy of all Jews etc.

That Israel is at war.

That the action of lining up alongside IHH is an act of war against Israel, and indeed against all western people who are in danger from Islam, and against all non Islamist Muslims who also are indanger from Islam since Sharia will oppress Muslims as well.

In war what do you do Yossi?

I think the procedure is that you make your enemies know what are your political and military strengths. if you have no such then the procedure is to line up to be crushed by your enemy.

Those are the basic laws of “civilization” as we have known it up until now.

Yossi is probably Jewish, may be American also.

It was because his people the Jews, did not have any resources in the form of state, army, government, that they lined up at the side of pits to be gunned down.

A nice touch here by “civilization” I have a picture which shows some young Jewish men digging their own grave. Soon the Nazi thugs watching them will end it.

There is not one thing those Jewish men could do in that situation back then Yossi. Not one thing.

But now it is different.

1. The Jews are very well armed. Especially the Jews are armed with nuclear weapons and Mr Erdogan has none

2. The Jews have many potential allies if they know how to go out and secure those allies

I take it that Chaim is a jewish name. This Chaim where did he get his totally false reading of history as in the following comment to “Yossi”

i mean, *i* recognize israel’s right to exist, but the way it was founded was not pretty and it was not humane. so many people were kicked off their land to make room for white europeans, were you expecting them to grow a deep, abiding love of jews? i’m sorry, but *we* are the ones who must reach out to *them*, over and over, because we were the perpetrators. call me self-hating, idgaf, but it’s the truth.

This Chaim seems to be blaming Jews for having a Homeland. He is unaware of the great injustices done to Israel, and how the present Israel is only a part of what was decided at the San Remo Treaty.

Chaim has swallowed somehow the old lies that the Jews in 1948 attacked the Arabs, in other words Chaim is very close to the position of Pappe

In fact the comments below Yossi tell a story of Jews in America being very disorientated as Jews.

Daniel, surely he is Jewish with that name, writes

Overall, however, I agree that this present Likud government in Israel thinks with “a kleine kop” as we say in Yiddish

MATGAMMA AND WORKERS LIBERTY JOIN WITH THE ANTISEMITES

by Jim Stephens

June 8, 2010

Sean Matgamma of the Workers Liberty has printed an outstandingly disgraceful article on the Flotilla issue, especially as this man claims to be a Trotskyist.

The article is interesting in one other respect. This website on which I now write remains standing as the only Trotskyist organization which has a correct position towards Israel. The following is what Matgamma wrote on June 4, 2010

Author:

Sean Matgamna

An impersonator who looks like the country’s leader murders him, takes his place, and thereafter deliberately leads the state to defeat and catastrophe. That was the plot of a Hollywood film I saw long ago.

Sometimes it is almost tempting to think up some such tale to account for Israel’s behaviour – to conclude that a bitter enemy of the Jewish state and of its best immediate and long-term interests has somehow got control in Jerusalem and works relentlessly to undermine Israel.

The self-righteous but too often senseless eternal prattle about “terrorists” with which the Israeli governments respond to criticisms only adds an extra element of repulsiveness to Israel’s treatment of the Palestinians.

The flotilla of relief ships which the Israeli army bloodily attacked in international waters was far more a political demonstration against the Israeli blockade of Gaza than an attempt to bring practical relief to Gaza.

The quantity of relief goods it carried was comparatively insignificant in proportion to the needs of the people of Gaza, and at best would have brought a marginal amelioration. Primarily it was a political demonstration of solidarity with the people of Gaza and condemnation of Israel.

The Israeli army’s attack on the ships turned the flotilla into a tremendously effective political demonstration against Israel. If that had been the intention, then the Israeli authorities would have succeeded brilliantly. They could not have done more if that had been their intention.

The Israeli army treated the people on the Mavi Marmara with the grotesquely disproportionate lack of restraint with which they habitually treat the Palestinians. The political message of the organisers of the flotilla was made to reverberate like thunder round the world.

None of the Israeli explanations stand up. So, the Israeli soldiers coming down ropes from helicopters were attacked with sticks – or iron bars, knives, whatever – by Islamist militants on the ship, some of whom at least will have advocated the destruction and abolition of the Jewish state by Arab military action?

So? That was not predictable, even as a contingency? That attempt to defend the ship from airborne attack justified the lethal response of armed professional soldiers, the killing of at least nine and the wounding of at least 30?

Only in the eyes of people who accept no restraint and no limits, people grown used to the exercise of lethal and disproportionate force, justified with the conventional cant against terrorists.

So soldiers do not, by the nature of their trade, make gentle and restrained policemen? That was not known, not to be expected?

Israeli soldiers captured most of the ships in the flotilla without bloodshed, therefore what happened on the sixth was not the fault of the Israeli army? That is only a variant on the argument that any resistance justifies massively disproportionate response.

The cry of Israeli prime minister Binyamin Netanyahu that the occupants of the Mavi Marmara were “terrorists” is as if designed to discredit what Israel says when it is a matter of real terrorists.

What happened on the ships follows from the overall policy of recent Israeli governments: the fact that most Israeli leaders pay only, at best, lip service to the policy of allowing the Palestinians to set up an independent state, alongside Israel, in the Occupied Territories and Gaza. That policy is the only just solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

Something much better than the Israeli policy that led to the shipboard slaughter, to the Israeli blockade of Hamas-ruled Gaza, and to all the many disproportionate and bloody incidents in the Occupied Territories is, probably, available at will to an Israel acting from its present strength.

The present Israeli government, despite occasional words to placate Washington, is opposed to any just two-states solution. There is opposition within Israel to the government’s policy, but Israel will not, it seems, change until it is forced to do so by Washington and the EU.

Will the massacre on the Mavi Marmara and the outcry against Israel lead to the deployment of enough pressure on Israel, and, in the most important place, to US pressure to end the blockade of Gaza? If it does, then those responsible for what happened on the ship will, inadvertently, have served the cause of progress and humanity.

http://www.workersliberty.org/story/2010/06/04/behind-mavi-marmara-massacre

It is hardly worth writing very much more on Matgamma. The above is quite self explanatory. He has in fact now joined with the antisemites of the Fascist Left, like the SWP, the WRP or WSWS, and joined also with the Media organs like the Daily Mail.

Leon Trotsky said something different Matgamma. In the whole of the 1930s as Trotsky analysed Fascism he warned about the Holocaust and he urged Jewish people (not workers Matgamma just people) to get out of Europe, get to Palestine, and there set up a Jewish state, against the British and against the “reactionary Mohammedans”

Any person who reads this must understand certain things

1. The position of Leon Trotsky in the 1930s

2. That only this website 4international stands in support of Israel against world antisemitism.

Matgamma has been around a long time. I must say we on 4international saw this coming and said so.

Now Matgamma is ending his political life and he will be remembered in time to come as a traitor to Trotskyism.

I do not wish to spend too long on this. This group of Workers Liberty has nothing in common with the struggle of Trotsky.

Their attack on Israel is from the Fascist Left, in other words from the right antisemites of Britain.

So in a comment “martin” writes

The Israeli trade union federation, the Histadrut, responded to the massacre with a weaselly statement, effectively blaming the victims. Now activists in Britain are redoubling their calls for British trade unions to break all links with the Histadrut – as if links between union and union were conditional on political agreement, or as if British unions were justified in adopting a self-righteous boycott of Israeli workers.

The answer: maintain and build working-class links. Rise up, not “against Israel” as such, but against the policies of successive Israeli governments. Recognise Israel’s right to exist and defend itself, but also the right of the Palestinians to an independent state, alongside Israel and with the same rights as Israel.

But Martin the right of the “palestinians” are turning out to be the right to destroy Israel.

Here Martin is lining up with Abbas, successor to Arafat, who in turn was the successor to Hajj Aminel Husseini, and mentored by that Nazi Butcher

I do not find it particularly appealing but due to the dialectic of history we are on this website alone in representing the true Trotskyist tradition.

Matgamma has lined up with the antisemites of the UN, EU and the world capitalist class, aligning itself with Islam and the Vatican to destroy Israel.

a semi-clandestine sea war between Israel, Turkey and the Gaza-based Hamas

by Jim Stephens

June 7, 2010

Maurice Boland on his Talk Radio Europe discussion programme today just an hour ago did something very strange.

I rang up and was told by Boland would I wait that it would start in 55 seconds. I waited and waited as my money drained away and Boland did not get back

Perhaps Boland forgot I was on the line. or perhaps he does not want to discuss the significance of the Turkish Flotilla. The latter is possible. Boland has a history of trying to close off discussion on these issues.

During the Gaza War Boland did an interview with Irish Israeli sympathizer Ian O´Doherty but decided having done the interview that he would not air it.

If Boland deliberately kept me off air (and wasted my money) then the issues in the Middle East are not going to go away.

This report by DEBKAfile shows that war is now underway, and it is going to develop into all out war between the Arabs and Israel, with the clerical fascists (islamist) of Iran and the Turks at the forefront.

Israel, Turkey, Gaza in covert sea war. Hamas frogmen thwarted
DEBKAfile Exclusive Report June 7, 2010, 11:11 AM (GMT+02:00)

The Israeli commando raid on a Turkish ferry heading to break the Gaza blockade, in which 9 activists were killed, is turning out a week later to have kicked off a semi-clandestine sea war between Israel, Turkey and the Gaza-based Hamas, debkafile’s military sources report. Monday, June 7, Hamas frogmen were on their way to a large-scale attack on an Israeli target when their boat was intercepted by Israeli commandos and four or five armed Palestinians killed. Turkey is investigating suspicions of Israel’s hand behind a deadly Kurdish terrorist attack on its Iskenderun base on May 31.
Our military sources disclose Iskenderun’s quietly growing role in the last two months as a military hub in potential confrontations by Syria and Hizballah with Israel. In mid-May, Turkey moved anti-air missile batteries into the port to defend targets in Syria and Lebanon against potential Israeli air strikes from the eastern Mediterranean. This is the first time Ankara has provided Syria and Hizballah with an air defense umbrella and come down on their side in their conflict with Israel.

Some hours after Israeli commandos clashed with armed men aboard the Mavi Marmara, Kurdish PKK rebel fighters attacked the Turkish naval base at Iskenderun on the Syrian border, killing seven Turkish seamen and injuring another six. If Ankara can prove its suspicions, it will be able to claim that Israel is involved by proxy in terrorist attacks on Turkish soil. Diplomatic relations still in force despite the frictions between the two countries will then be severed, one step before a declaration of war.

Following the Turkish Prime Minister Recep Erdogan’s fiery abuse of Israel, Interior Minister Besir Atalay said Sunday, June 6: “We have been working hard, especially to ascertain what happened in the Iskenderun incident.” Local media have suggested he is looking for Israeli covert invovlement in the planning and execution of the deadly attack on the Turkish naval base in revenge for the violence on the Marmara against the Israeli naval boarding party.

Early Monday, June 7, an Israeli Navy Commando force intercepted a large group of armed Palestinian frogmen, members of the Hamas sea commando, on their way from the Gaza Strip to the Israeli shore to the north early Monday, June 7. Palestinian sources confirmed at least four wet-suited terrorists were killed, and another four were missing in the wake of a shootout in the Nahal Aza area of the Gaza Strip near Nuseirat between their boat and Israeli troops.

The IDF spokesman reported there were no Israeli casualties. debkafile’s military sources report the Hamas seaborne unit aimed to prove itself capable by striking an Israeli target of retaliating for the thwarting of the Turkish-led campaign to break the Gaza blockade.

Shortly afterwards, a Palestinian Qassam missile squad was spotted on land near Jebalya preparing to fire into Israel. It was knocked out by the Israeli Air force.
debkafile: Cross-fire from Gaza on Israeli border patrols is frequent, almost daily and Hamas still launches several Qassam missiles and mortar bombs into Israel every week, but attempts attacks by Hamas or related groups from the sea are a new development.

NIK COHEN AND HARRY´S PLACE ATTACK ISRAEL

by Jim Stephens

June 7, 2010

This is the last part of an article by the notorious Nick Cohen

Israelis are not being irrational. The same fears persuade the Egyptian government to blockade Gaza from the south, although we rarely hear about that. But the way to handle hypocrites is not to say as Israelis do that “the world will condemn us whatever policy we follow” but to call their bluff. If Israel were to relax the import restrictions and Hamas were to rearm, reasonable opinion, including reasonable Palestinian opinion, would see it for what it would be: a declaration of war.

As things stand, reasonable opinion, including reasonable Palestinian opinion, is merging with the opinions of every variety of conspiracy nut and Jew-baiter. Leaving all humanitarian arguments to one side, no Israeli government should tolerate that.

http://www.guardian.co.uk/commentisfree/2010/jun/06/israel-gaza-blockade

Basically Cohen is saying that Israel should end the blockade and allow Hamas supplied by Iran to bring in the dangerous rockets and weapons which will murder Jews.

On the equally notorious Harry´s Place, who after all led the campaign in support of Islamist Izetbegovic in Bosnia, had called this by Cohen “an excellent piece”

but the fact is Israel needs friends and their current policies are making it increasingly hard to stand at their side. I’ve had previously sensible liberals (no friends of Hamas) prompted by the flotilla shootings into statements that wouldn’t look out of place in the CIF comments boxes. Attempts to bring some balance to the discussion about the threats posed by the “activists” on the boat, who seemed intent to kill the IDF forces, are not going to change the broader problem of the blockade. The damage is done.

Can it really be so hard to make Hamas look bad?

Called Israel: calling Hamas Bluff

TO ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS YOU HAVE TO LOOK AT NETANYAHU

By Jim Stephens

June 6, 2010

Has any answer been had to the questions below:

Surely the operation’s planners must have taken into account that the 600 mixed nationals aboard the Turkish vessel, the hard core of international Palestinian agitprop against Israel, would not receive the soldiers with flowers and white flags, any more than the demonstrators at Iblin and Naalin hand out to the Israeli Border Police breaking up their riots week after week.

The Border Police was bettered qualified to handle themselves against the arsenal the activists aboard the Turkish vessel used against the navy men, of firebombs, stun grenades, broken glass, slingshot, iron bars, axes and knives – and with far less risk of loss of life.

Also underestimated was the number of troops needed to commandeer the Turkish ship, control the wheelhouse and turn it round to Ashdod port. Each commando who shinnied down the ladder from a helicopter was besieged and separated from the unit, then beaten, stabbed and assaulted with flying objects. Some were pushed down into the hold and stripped of their anti-flak vests first. The soldiers reported they barely escaped lynching or possibly being taken hostage.
Any Israeli police officer dealing with Palestinian rioters knows that the first rule is never to get separated from the main force. The Shayatet 6 elite troops lacked this experience.

This error was compounded by the planners seriously underestimating expected resistance and sending the men in armed only with paintballs and pistols with orders to shoot only if their lives were at risk. They did open fire, but only after half a dozen of their number were badly hurt.
The entire episode bespeaks faulty intelligence on what was going on aboard the six vessels bound for Gaza, although the information was available from daily live broadcasts and easy access to visitors.
And another question:  The IDF is famous for its innovative electronic warfare capabilities. So why were the signals and images coming from the convoy not jammed as promised and allowed to reach world TV screens hours before the authorities responsible for Israeli information woke up?

And finally, why did the interception take place 80 miles out to sea in international waters, thereby fueling the complaint that Israel broke international law? The blockade zone is 20 nautical miles deep from Gaza. An Israeli raid at that limit would have been easier to justify.

TELLING THE TRUTH ABOUT IHH AND THE IRISH FLOTILLA MOBSTERS UNDER ITS CONTROL

by Jim Stephens

June 6, 2010

We have told the Foreign Minister of Ireland, Mr Martin, to  “Go Fuck Himself” I think were the words we used.

There comes a time when polite words are of no use.

This conclusion is regrettable but is the result of the way that Martin and the whole of the Irish Establishment have lined up with the most rubbish people on earth, the antisemitic Palestine Solidarity Campaign.

We have been criticized for our language but what the hell. There comes a time when it is necessary.

Martin belongs to the people and nation who under DeValera would not let a single Jewish refugee be rescued from the Nazi killing.

The British in the White Paper could have saved millions of Jews but barred the doomed Jews from entering Palestine.

These are historical crimes. They must not be overlooked even though the likes of Martin would do so.

There is a very big change taking place right now. This is in more recent times the result of Obama and his adoption of the cause of Muslims, really the cause of Sharia law.

This is because Islam and Sharia Law is used to terrorise a billion and more of Muslims who have no other historical chance to avoid it.

Sharia Law is a great system of repression, an historical system of repression.

It enables the most reactionary feudal and capitalist rulers to keep the poor in subjection through fear and ideology.

Now it seems to us on 4international that these things are happening

1. the Jihadists of Fatah are already adopted by the US and others

2. now they push for the adoption of Hamas

3. The group which organized the Flotillas from Turkey, IHH, is also being adopted by Obama and western capitalist regimes, such as Britain

What do we mean by being “adopted”. it means that suddenly in the Media there is descending a silence about Fundamentalist Islam and Sharia

So long as these groups are against Israel they are deemed to be all right.

This is the work and role of people like Mairead Maguire who led the latest ship. Maguire has all the qualifications. She talks God. She has the Rosary stuck right up her religious arse.

But Maguire is in a political sense nothing more than the advocate of Hamas, IHH, Sharia

Just anything so long as it is against Israel.

Yet the boat she was on was treated in the most humane manner possible by Israel. Most of all the scum who were on it, including Maguire, were taken to Ben Gurion Airport and were flown out of Israel…FREE (They obviously if Israel had any self respect been dropped in the desert in Saudi Arabia)

But they will overlook this on return and will tell all their stories about Israeli mistreatment

Everything now centres on this inversion of reality

We have to come to a realization that black is white and white is black.

Hamas was and is a banned organization internationally.

George Galloway leads Viva Palestina down through Europe and in Gaza he swanks offering on film and tape the money to Hamas. Gorgeous George Galloway yells at the British and other Government “I am breaking the law. Sue me”

Meanwhile back in UK Galloway employs a lawyer and silences David Toube because Toube referenced Galloway as a support for Hamas.

It reminds me of the judge in the ITN case who told Penny Marshall and ITN that he knew they faked the photograph but who is to know what was in your mind as you set up the fake!

Perhaps when Galloway was handing the cash across to Hamas that action was not really in his mind at all.

This reminds also of the Nazis and how they could pull the most obvious stunts and lies.

In a way the task is to assemble a team in each country who are based on scientific truth, against relativism, that what we sense with our five and only five senses is the truth and is reality.

In this case, of these Flotillas, especially in Ireland, the big issue is the organization IHH.

We will be following this up.

Today we give our readers this analysis from DEBKAfile

The peaceful outcome of the Rachel Corrie incident Saturday, June 5, and Israel’s efforts to keep the crisis under control have had no effect on his determination to raise rather than de-escalate Turkish-Israeli friction.

Friday, Erdogan made sure his close aides leaked word to the media that he was preparing a large wave of flotillas to challenge Israel’s blockade, to be escorted next time by armed Turkish warships with himself possibly on board.

To this, our sources add:
1. The prime minister’s office in Ankara is forking out millions of dollars to the IHH (Insani Yardim Vakfi), the Istanbul-based terrorist group linked to al Qaeda and Hamas, with orders to purchase 8-10 large ships for a formidable fleet to challenge the Israeli Navy and its enforcement of the 20-mile blockade of the Gaza Strip.
This is the second time he is recruiting the IHH terrorists who assaulted Israeli commandos boarding the Mavi Marmara on May 31, leaving nine people dead and 45 injured in consequence.

The Washington Post Sunday called for the Erdogan’s government’s ties to the IHH to be one focus of any international investigation into the Marmara incident, pointing to its support for Hamas, which the United States has named as a terrorist entity. The paper called foreign minister Ahmet Davutogolu’s statement that the Israeli attack “is like 9/11 for Turkey” obscene.

2. Last week, ahead of the Marmara incident, Erdogan began deploying at the Turkish end of Cyprus air, naval and marine units, holding them ready to combat Israeli takeovers of Gaza-bound vessels. He was only restrained from sending them into action by the last-minute intervention of President Barack Obama’s NSA James Jones and President Nicolas Sarkozy’s chef de bureau who, according to debkafile’s Washington and Paris sources, threatened him with isolation in NATO and Europe if he went ahead.
Saturday, the Turkish leader had his aides leak to the media that he was seriously thinking of leading the next flotilla in person to dramatize his confrontation with Israel.
3. At home, the Turkish prime minister shored up his intelligence ranks ahead of his planned showdown with Israel, replacing professional directors for the first time in modern Turkish history with civilians, radical Muslims close to him personally.
debkafile names them for the first time here as Hakan Fidan, the former head of TIKA, the Turkish International & Development Agency, who is appointed head of the Central Turkish Intelligence Agency – MIT, the equivalent of the Israel Mossad; and Istanbul Governor Muammer Guler, who is the new Undersecretary for Public Order and Security, who in fact directs Turkey’s special operations against terrorists.
By these appointments, the Turkish prime minister put paid to any lingering hopes still cherished by some circles in Israel of preserving the long-held back channels to Ankara.

And finally, Turkey’s state prosecutors are instructed to prepare charges of murder and piracy on the high seas against Israeli prime minister Binyamin Netanyahu, defense minister Ehud Barak and chief of staff Lt. Gen. Gaby Ashkenazy.

GOOD FOR ONE BBC REPORTER TRYING TO EXPOSE THE LIES OF COLBOURNE

There is just posted on Harry´s Place, a great posting which deals with how these “humanitarians” are (mis)reporting their experiences back from their great little adventure

The main point made by HP is that these reports are being accepted uncritically, except for one case, where the journalist, a real journalist, insisted on some answers, real answers.

You see it all really time and time again goes back to that video, which showed these desparadoes attacking the soldiers with clubs BEFORE they hit the deck.

And this journalist kept that in mind. And we get a glimpse of the truth…How the Media do not do their job, how this reporter did her job

The only journalist to challenge the PSC director’s claims that she was surprised that the Israelis boarded the boat and to press her on who initiated the violence was BBC Today programme anchor Sarah Montague. The journalist repeatedly tried to glean from Colborne, who had started the violence and what she had actually seen.

In the following exchange, Colborne revealingly avoids the BBC journalist’s question about whether or not the passengers attacked the soldiers and implies that she did not actually see Israeli commandos open fire:

Sarah Montague: Are you saying that Israeli soldiers who boarded that ship opened fire and there was no provocation for it?

Sarah Colborne: That’s what I am saying, yes.

SM: You saw that. You saw them fire when there was no attack on them.

SC: I saw them, well, I saw them, what I saw was them coming down from a helicopter onto the roof, I saw them trying to board the boat via dinghies.

SM: Were they attacked by those on board?

SC: They – the people on board, as you can see, were trying to stop…

SM: Hitting them with metal bars.

SC: Well, we need to see the entire footage. I believe to give a perspective on what was happening. They were shooting, they were shooting civilians, they were using gas bombs on the ship. The truth is we were in international waters, Israel committed a piracy offence.

Sarah Montague also challenged Colborne’s contention she had ‘heard no warnings whatsoever’ that the Israelis were going to raid the ship, saying, ‘How can you not have known or how can those on board the ship… because we know from what the Israeli side is saying that there were plenty of warnings?

The BBC journalist finally broached the subject of the professed desire for martyrdom on the part of some of the participants who had died:

‘Let me, let me put something to you. The Turkish newspapers yesterday quoted family members of two of the dead men as saying that they had wanted to be martyrs.’

Sarah Colborne, once again, flatly denied being aware of any such aspirations of her co-travellers:

‘Well, I – I have no idea. I didn’t speak to anyone who wanted to be a martyr.’

THE LOGIC OF PM CAMERON LEAVES A LOT TO BE DESIRED

by Jim Stephens

June 5, 2010

In Question Time this past week in that building which had a direct hand in the Holocaust (See British White Paper of 1939) this is what Cameron said

“Friends of Israel – and I count myself a friend of Israel – should be saying to the Israelis that the blockade actually strengthens Hamas’s grip on the economy and on Gaza, and it’s in their own interests to lift it and allow these vital supplies to get through.”

http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/top-stories/2010/06/02/david-cameron-brands-israel-attack-on-gaza-flotilla-completely-unacceptable-115875-22304323/

So ALL of the political parties in Britain are in favour of Hamas being armed,

Considering the Hamas Charter that is quite something!!!

ERDOGAN MAY JOIN THE NEXT FLOTILLA

by Jim Stephens

June 5, 2010

The aim is the destruction of Israel. The central role of Erdogan is partly a result of wrong Israeli policies to Turkey…why was Turkey ever thought of as an ally. Even under Attaturk they were antisemitic. Also to ally with Turkey was a betrayal of the Kurds.

The latest here from DEBKAfile

Won’t be deflected from challenging Gaza blockade

After four calls to change course from Gaza to Ashdod were ignored, Israeli troops were reported to have boarded the Irish-flagged Rachel Corrie some 28 miles out to sea and are sailing it to the Israeli port of Ashdod after the ship’s pro-Hamas passengers stood by their determination to break the Israeli blockade.
No violence or injuries were reported.

Midday Saturday, June 5, the cat and mouse game between the Israeli Navy, with orders to keep the ship from entering Gaza and the pro-Hamas activists aboard the ship reached its climax. Israeli calls transmitted to the Rachel Corrie ever since dawn met with no response.

Earlier reports during the morning elicited a denial from the Israeli military spokeswoman that troops had boarded the Irish-flagged ship. “At this minute, there’s no takeover,” she said cautiously.

Turkish security sources quoted Prime Minister Recep Erdogan as preparing to go beyond abusive rhetoric against Israel and considering using his navy to break Israel’s siege of Gaza – or even sailing aboard the next flotilla to break the blockade in person on the assumption that Israel would not dare stop him.
According to debkafile’s sources in Ankara, the Obama administration is in contact with the Turkish PM and trying to cool him down.

Mike Hammer, spokesman of the National Security Council, urged the Irish boat to sail to Ashdod and deliver materials for Gaza there in the interests of avoiding a confrontation and protecting their own safety and the safe transmission of assistance to the people of Gaza.
Regarding the Gaza blockade, he said “the current arrangements are unsustainable and must be changed.” The US is working urgently with Israel, the Palestinian Authority and other international partners,” he said, “to develop new procedures for delivering more goods and assistances to Gaza while preventing the importation of weapons.”

But for now, the US official called on all parties to act responsibly.
Friday night, Rachel Corrie’s 20 passengers rejected a deal reached between the Israeli and Irish governments for UN and Irish officials to attend Israel’s inspection of the cargo before sending it overland to the Gaza Strip, insisting on sailing straight to Gaza and delivering the materials themselves. They were also unresponsive to an earlier Israeli offer by Foreign Ministry Director-General Yossie Gal inviting the activists on board the Rachel Corrie to accompany the shipment to the Gaza border.
“We will cooperate with the UN and international organizations in order to ensure that all of the cargo is put to the use of Gaza’s citizens,” said the Israeli official.
In Washington, Turkish ambassador Namik Tan said his government would break relations with Israel unless it apologized for the commando raid on its flotilla for Gaza which left 9 activists dead after they attacked the troops. In Ankara, prime minster Recep Erdogan said Friday, June 4: “I do not think Hamas is a terrorist organization. They are Palestinians in resistance, fighting for their own land.”
Switching from Turkish to Hebrew and English he quoted the Ten Commandments back at Israel saying:  Thou shalt not kill.”

The truth will set you free

Then it will be a long time before the Media become free

The problem the antisemites had was the video. I listened to this antisemite on radio saying the Israeli guys were shooting as they came down the rope. But the video says not…the video became their problem

Yet due to this lying Media who often lie by silence there is curiosity as to what actually happened and it can only be found in the words of those soldiers, not those Jihadists that lied from the beginning

I mean the guy I heard on radio called Andrew was lying from the start of his spiel. The great power of video I say…

So

WHAT REALLY WENT DOWN ON THAT SHIP?

‘We had no choice’

‘Mavi Marmara’ raid commando: “They had murder in their eyes.”

When St.-Sgt. S. fast-roped down from an air force Black Hawk helicopter onto the Mavi Marmara Turkish passenger ship on Monday morning, he did not expect to be landing in what he called “a battlefield” and facing off against a group of “murderous mercenaries.”

The 15th and last naval commando from Flotilla 13 (the Shayetet) to rappel down onto the ship from the helicopter, S. said on Thursday that he was immediately attacked by what the IDF has called “the mob of mercenaries” aboard the vessel, just like the soldiers who had boarded just before him.

Looking to his side, he saw three of his commanders lying wounded – one with a gunshot wound to the stomach and another with a gunshot wound to the knee. A third was lying unconscious; his skull was fractured by a devastating blow with a metal bar.

As the next in the chain of command, S., who has been in the Shayetet for three and a half years, immediately took charge.

He pushed the wounded soldiers up against the wall of the upper deck and created a perimeter of soldiers around them to begin treating their wounds, he said. He then arranged his men to form a second perimeter, and pulled out his 9 mm. Glock pistol to stave off the charging attackers and to protect his wounded comrades.

The attackers had already seized two pistols from the commandos, and fired repeatedly at them. Facing more than a dozen of the mercenaries, and convinced their lives were in danger, he and his colleagues opened fire, he said. S. singlehandedly killed six men. His colleagues killed another three.

On Thursday, S. sat down with The Jerusalem Post at the Shayetet’s base in northern Israel for an exclusive interview, during which he described the dramatic events aboard the Mavi Marmara on Monday; he is being considered for a medal of valor.

“When I hit the deck, I was immediately attacked by people with bats, metal pipes and axes,” S. told the Post. “These were without a doubt terrorists. I could see the murderous rage in their eyes and that they were coming to kill us.”

S. does not look like a hero. Well-built, like all commandos in the Shayetet, he is also soft-spoken and stingy with words, but his commander Lt.-Col. T. fills in the blanks.

“S. did a remarkable job,” T. said. “He stabilized the situation and succeeded in hitting six of the terrorists.”

Based on preliminary results of its investigation into the navy’s takeover of the Mavi Marmara, which ended with nine dead passengers and more than 30 wounded, the IDF said on Thursday that the commandos were attacked by a well-trained group ofmercenaries, most of whom were found without IDs but with thousands of dollars in their pockets. [note: The money was in even amounts and presumably was given them to smuggle to Hamas for use in buying weapons.]

The group was well trained and was split into a number of squads of about 20mercenaries each distributed throughout the upper deck, the IDF said. All of themercenaries wore gas masks and ceramic bulletproof vests and were armed with either bats, slingshots, metal bars, knives or stun grenades.

The IDF’s understanding is that the mercenaries mainly chose dual-purpose items of this sort rather than guns, since opening fire would have made it blatantly clear that they were terrorists and not so-called peace activists.

Nevertheless, the IDF suspects that the group did have some guns of its own. Israeli forensic experts who examined the ship found casings belonging to a weapon that was not used by the commandos, and the Turkish captain of the ship later told the IDF that the “mercenaries” threw their weapons overboard after the commandos took control of the vessel.

T. said he realized the group they were facing was well-trained and likely ex-military after the commandos threw a number of stun grenades [note: this can be seen on videos] and fired warning shots before rappelling down onto the deck. “They didn’t even flinch,” he said. “Regular people would move.”

Each squad of the “mercenaries” was equipped with a Motorola communication device, the IDF said, so they could pass information to one another. Assessments in the defense establishment are that members of the group were affiliated with international global jihad elements and had undergone training in places like Afghanistan and Pakistan.

S. on Thursday downplayed his involvement in the operation. “I did what I was trained to do and now I move on,” he said.

In contrast to earlier reports, the commandos said that they began using their weapons within a minute and a half after boarding the ship, due to the extreme violence they faced. One of the reasons S. pulled out his gun right after landing on the ship was because one of the mercenaries was pointing a pistol, snatched from one of the commandos, at another commando’s head.

Ship Attempting to Break Maritime Closure of Gaza Strip Boarded by Israel Naval Forces with Compliance of Crew

IDF naval commandos boarded the ship attempting to break the maritime closure of the Gaza Strip a short while ago with the full compliance of the ship’s crew members.  According to initial reports, there was no violence or injuries amongst the soldiers or the crew, as the use of force was unnecessary and no shots were fired.

The boat and its crew are being led to the Ashdod port and will be transferred to the custody of the appropriate authorities.

During the morning hours a naval force identified the ship and, as it did in the past, issued numerous calls for it to dock in Ashdod and transfer the goods via the crossings upon inspection. The calls were ignored and it became clear that the boat intended to reach Gaza’s shores. The Israel Navy contacted the boat and clarified again that the Gaza Strip was under maritime closure and due to security risks in the area, it would not be permitted to enter.

A short while ago, with the compliance of the crew members, the naval force boarded the ship without incident under the command of the Commander of the Israel Navy, Vice Admiral Eliezer Marom, and is now directing it to the Ashdod port.

Any organization or country wishing to transfer humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip can do so legally via the established ground crossings by coordinating with the relevant authorities, as is done on a near daily basis.

The closure of the Gaza Strip prevents the smuggling of arms to the Hamas terror organization and ensures the security of vessels traveling in the area.

It should be noted that Hamas has refused to allow any of the aid carried by the other six flotilla ships into the Gaza Strip thus far. Five days have passed since trucks were loaded with cargo and were ready to enter Gaza.

The rules of warfare allow the capturing of naval vessels prior to their actual violation of a naval blockade. This is dependent on the vessels being on their way to a blockaded area, being outside the territorial waters of neutral states and when there is a substantial likelihood (based on credible evidence) that the vessels intend to violate the blockade.

Declarations by the flotilla’s organizers and their reactions to the messages that were transmitted to them during their approach clearly show that they had intended to break the naval blockade, thus allowing for the steps taken by IDF forces.

Muslims and Westerners:The Psychological Differences

by Jim Stephens

June 5 2010

We have seen in quite often on a psychotic level

catholic countries, Christian type countries, getting in to this “^Palestinian” thing as if it were a religion

eyes glaze over, argument on arational level ceases

Perhaps it is a retreat into “victimhood” as the pressure of daily living in the face of global catastrophe takes hold

This is by a psychology expert (are they all as good looking!)

by Nicolai Sennels (May 2010)

Introduction by Nancy Kobrin, author of The Banality of Suicide Terrorism: The Naked Truth About the Psychology of Islamic Suicide Bombing[1]

When I first read about Nicolai Sennels’ work concerning therapy, which he had conducted with criminal Muslims in Denmark, I knew that it would be groundbreaking. I hope that you the reader will listen closely to what he has to say.

I also had the opportunity to conduct prison interviews of Muslim detainees, which were not interrogations. Minneapolis has the largest diaspora of Somali Muslims outside of Mogadishu, and there was an overload in the county jail. I was trying to decide if I wanted to draw up a research project. Pressured for time and with too many other responsibilities plus receiving a death threat during one of the interviews, I decided against it.

Like Sennels, I came away with a similar sense that Western law enforcement and the general public did not understand why there was so much crime in the Muslim population. And why there has been this problem of jail house converts to Islam who then become radicalized through contact with other criminal Muslims during incarceration.

Islam is the perfect religion to give justification for those who feel under attack and to maintain the eternal “victim” fantasy. Islam is also “higher” than Christianity because it comes last in co-opting the revelations of Sinai and the New Testament. What a perfect receptacle for projecting hatred. Islam incites, encourages and permits hatred of the Jew and Jihad. It’s perfect for a fragile personality that has the need to hate and the need to have an enemy. There are billions of people out there who share those sentiments and that profile. As an underdog religion, Islam provides great mass appeal, which even Eric Hoffer, the author of the True Believer, noted in 1951. It should come as no surprise that its numbers are growing. If one has a grievance, Islam will take care of it.

Sennels adeptly outlines the key problems of why Muslims are not able to integrate into Western culture. What he doesn’t say, I shall name. We are dealing with nothing more than paranoia. Sennels stresses that the West must set boundaries because otherwise they will kill you. This kind of rage is malignant borderline behavior as in serial killing. We must come to understand such politically incorrect observations as Sennels does in order to connect the dots concerning criminal Muslims even though it is brutal.

Happy well-adjusted children do not become suicide bombers nor do they become criminals. Let us choose to know what we are dealing with rather than bury our heads in sand out of terror. Let us meet the challenge straight on as Sennels has. If the Swedes had intellectual fortitude, Nicolai Sennels, the Dane, should be awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for standing up and proclaiming that the “Emperor Has No Clothes.” But then again, that is a Danish tale and the Swedes are left with Ingmar Bergman’s drama. Need I say more?
