  Felix Quigley…a further comment on the above words by Kissinger…”Kissinger is right and wrong. It was not a “terrible” document but a real document. the intention of the US (The Empire) was to bomb Yugoslavia and to destroy the Serbs as a nation people, and to have compliant US people in power in all of the former Yugoslavia.
