Turkey’s prime minister, a NATO ally, is shipping arms to al-Qaeda and ISIS via Syria-bound trucks operated by the country’s intelligence agency, according to Turkish military officials.

Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu banned media from reporting on three of the trucks searched by the military’s Gendarmerie General Command, which discovered 45 to 55 missiles or rockets, 30 to 40 crates of ammunition, including mortar rounds, and Douchka anti-aircraft ammunition.

“The trucks were carrying weapons and supplies to the al-Qaeda terror organization,” a report by the Gendarmerie General Command stated.

Davutoglu also removed public prosecutor Aziz Takei from office for ordering the search. Additionally, the 13 soldiers involved in the search have been charged with espionage and are facing 20-year prison terms.

Judges at the trial of former Bosnian Serb army chief Ratko Mladic have rejected arguments for dropping the most serious charges of genocide.

Mr Mladic faces 11 charges, including genocide and crimes against humanity, dating to the 1992-95 Bosnian war.

He is specifically accused of a hand in the massacre of more than 7,000 Bosniak men and boys at Srebrenica – Europe’s worst atrocity since World War II.

Mr Mladic denies all charges and has denounced the UN tribunal as “satanic”.

At the session on Tuesday, the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia ruled that there were still good grounds to try Mr Mladic on two counts of genocide.

The charges relate to the killings at Srebrenica, and to the expulsion of the Muslim Bosniaks, Bosnian Croats and other non-Serb populations in a wartime campaign that came to be known as “ethnic cleansing”.

Lawyers for Mr Mladic had argued that there was not enough evidence linking him to the most serious of the crimes.

However, Judge Alphons Orie said “that the accused has a case to answer on all counts”, citing material presented by prosecutors, including video footage of Mr Mladic calling on revenge against the Muslims of Srebrenica.

Mr Mladic is also charged in connection with the 44-month siege of Sarajevo during which more than 10,000 people died.

Barack Obama looked supremely happy making his speech on the exit of Egypt’s President Hosni Mubarak. It was not just that he could complete the one he had started prematurely yesterday. It was not just that, despite all the brickbats that have been thrown at the White House for clumsy handling of this crisis, the administration has got exactly what it has wanted for a couple of weeks: the exit of Mr Mubarak, the entry of the military as caretakers, the promise of democracy, and the absence of violence.

It is more personal, and more political than that. Maybe it is the old community organiser in him, maybe it is the admiring, almost envious, student of the great civil rights leaders, but something tells me few things light him up more than seeing ordinary people overcoming obstacles to seize their own future.

This triumph allowed Mr Obama to revert to the visionary candidate of the campaign, as he did in Tucson after a tragedy.

When he talks about the “moral arc of the universe” you know he is in his element. This is what he is best at. Weaving a selection of facts into a simple story that builds into a grand moral narrative that speaks to his greater vision. He instantly cast the Egyptian revolution as part of a pattern.

“While the sights and sounds that we heard were entirely Egyptian, we can’t help but hear the echoes of history – echoes from Germans tearing down a wall, Indonesian students taking to the streets, Gandhi leading his people down the path of justice. As Martin Luther King said in celebrating the birth of a new nation in Ghana while trying to perfect his own, ‘There is something in the soul that cries out for freedom.’ Those were the cries that came from Tahrir Square, and the entire world has taken note.”

The leader of a country and a capital deeply split on vicious partisan lines could talk of people coming together, despite their differences, in one cause:

“We saw people of faith praying together and chanting – “Muslims, Christians, We are one.” And though we know that the strains between faiths still divide too many in this world and no single event will close that chasm immediately, these scenes remind us that we need not be defined by our differences. We can be defined by the common humanity that we share.”

The commander-in-chief of the most powerful military the world has ever known could talk of the power of non-violence:

“Egyptians have inspired us, and they’ve done so by putting the lie to the idea that justice is best gained through violence. For in Egypt, it was the moral force of non-violence – not terrorism, not mindless killing – but non-violence, moral force that bent the arc of history toward justice once more.”

This day of history brings many years of potential problems for this president and those beyond him. The army will probably embark on the sort of reforms people want, but that is not certain. In free and fair elections, the Egyptian people will not necessarily choose leaders who are friendly to the West or to Israel. Other Middle Eastern autocrats may not be delighted at the thought that Mr Obama might want to bend the moral arc of the universe in their direction.

But there is opportunity between these potential problems. Film stars can adopt foreign orphans, Mr Obama has adopted a foreign revolution, and with it a foreign policy narrative that allows him to restate his core manifesto of inspiration and unity…

To President Barack Obama:

Three years ago, I had the honour of meeting you in the White House as part of a delegation of some 50 human rights defenders from around the world. I was one of three rights defenders who were asked to speak during the 40 minutes out of the 90-minute meeting during which you and your advisors were present.

When it was my turn to address those gathered, I urged you to consider the gulf between the content of your speech to the Arab and Islamic worlds in Cairo in June 2009 and the reality of American policy in February 2010, noting that they seemed separated by much more than simply a few months. In Cairo, you promised to stand by peoples of the region and engage with them, but eight months later your administration’s policy was to turn its back on the people and work instead with local regimes. I discussed three examples of this: Palestine, Yemen and Egypt.

Jokingly, you noted that despite being a guest in the White House, I was audacious enough to criticise the president in his presence. I responded that the act required no courage at all in light of what happens when we try to criticise Arab presidents back home, at which the hall erupted in laughter.

After the Egyptian revolution, I met your commendable human rights advisor Samantha Power and told her it was time for a second Cairo speech. At the time, hopes were high that Egyptians would now be able to work to dramatically improve the human rights situation in the country, and that US policy would support Egyptians in achieving these aspirations.

Now, two years later, neither changes to the human rights situation nor to US policy have fulfilled our hopes. Egyptian young people continue to live in frustration due to the deteriorating economic situation and the repeated failure of political processes to represent their demands, despite the sacrifices that they have made for the sake of the revolution and transition to democracy. Young people taking to the streets to express this frustration continue to be met with violence.

In fact, while people often write their last wills in their 60s or 70s, Egyptian youth in their 20s — who would normally be planning their weddings — have been found carrying freshly penned wills while participating in protests. But these wills are not written to pass on material possessions to their relatives, as most of them own nothing of value and can only offer their lives and their aspirations to live a life of dignity in their own country. Rather, these wills dictate the details of their funerals: Which square will the procession proceed from? Which streets will it pass through? What chants should be heard?

Twenty-three-year-old Mohamed Hussein Al-Qarni, administrator of the “Brotherhood Are Liars” Facebook page, will not be the last of these youth to die. He was shot in the neck and chest on 1 February in a side street near the Ittihadiya Presidential Palace. Since December, the palace environs have witnessed the torture of demonstrators by members of the president’s party, the dragging and beating of protesters by security forces in scenes broadcast around the world, and assassinations. Two prominent cases are those of opposition journalist Mohamed Al-Husseini Abu Deif, who was shot in the head 12 December in front of the palace, and that of Amr Saad, 19, who was also shot in the head in front of the palace in the beginning of February. This violence has also been seen in Tahrir Square. On 20 November, 17-year-old Gaber “Jika” Salah, the administrator of the Together Against the Muslim Brothers Facebook page, was shot in the head with a shotgun. On 31 December, 20-year-old Mohannad Samir, a member of the 6 April Movement, was shot in the head with a shotgun and entered a coma for several days before it finally became clear that he would survive.

Rape, which is recognised internationally as a weapon of war, is now used in Egypt as a political weapon to deter opponents from gathering in Tahrir Square. According to multiple testimonies in recent weeks, the assaults differ radically from the forms of sexual harassment prevalent in Egypt in previous years. According to victims and video footage, female protesters are separated from the demonstrations, taken to other locations, and raped, in what appear to be organised, previously planned attacks. The faces of the assailants show no signs of emotion or sexual excitement. The objective appears to be to break the political will of the victims through profound degradation, whether they are raped, sexually mauled, or stripped entirely of their clothes — if they manage to escape the mob. In more than one case, a knife was used to penetrate the victims’ vaginas, and multiple women underwent hysterectomies after being assaulted. In this context, we can understand the attempted rape of a 70-year-old woman known for her political affiliation as well as the sexual assault of a number of men.

Mr President, when I spoke with you in 2010, I asked why the US administration condemns repressive practices in Iran while remaining silent when Arab regimes engage in the same violations. Over recent months, statements by your administration have similarly failed to address violations and have even blamed protesters and victims for violence committed in the context of demonstrations. Indeed, the stances of your administration have given political cover to the current authoritarian regime in Egypt and allowed it to fearlessly implement undemocratic policies and commit numerous acts of repression.

Statements that “Egypt is witnessing a genuine and broad-based process of democratisation” have covered over and indeed legitimised the undemocratic processes by which the Constituent Assembly passed the new constitution, an issue which has in turn led to greatly heightened instability in the country. Calls for “the opposition [to] remain non-violent” and for “the government and security forces [to] exercise self-restraint in the face of protester violence” have allowed the police and the current Egyptian administration to shirk their responsibilities to secure demonstrations and to respond to the demands of the Egyptian people, and have allowed them to place the blame for violence and instability on protesters themselves. Urging “the opposition [to] engage in a national dialogue without preconditions” undermines the ability of the opposition to play a real role in the decision-making processes of the country, as these “dialogues” seldom result in anything more concrete than a photo-op with the president.

Is it a coincidence that the statements issued by your administration reflect the same political rhetoric used by the new authoritarian regime in Egypt? But when these statements come from the world’s superpower — the one most able to have a positive or negative impact on policies in Egypt and the region, not to mention the biggest donor and material supporter of the Egyptian regime for the past 35 years — they become lethal ammunition, offering political protection to perpetrators of murder, torture, brutality and rape.

I do not write you today to ask you to condemn the repressive policies of the current regime, or to ask you to urge President Mohamed Morsi to “cease” using excessive force and violence against Egyptians, even as your administration was so eager to achieve a ceasefire with Hamas to stop hostilities in Gaza. I write you not to ask for troops to protect political protesters in Egypt, or to suspend, freeze, or reduce military or economic aid to my country, or even to impose conditions on that aid. My request is quite modest: that spokespeople and officials in your administration stop commenting on developments in Egypt. This will no doubt spare your administration much time and effort, but more importantly, it may spare more bloodshed in Egypt, as the current regime will no longer enjoy the political cover that the US administration now offers them. Certainly, Egypt has seen enough bloodshed over the last two years, and Egyptians are tired of being punished for their uprising.

When in December I met Michael Posner, assistant secretary of state for human rights and that rare person in your administration who is motivated by human rights concerns, I asked that he pass on this modest request to administration spokespeople: that as long as they cannot speak the truth about what is happening in Egypt, they keep silent.

Mr President, only a few days ago Egyptians celebrated the second anniversary of their revolution. Meanwhile, the regime commemorated the occasion differently: by re-enacting the scenes of violence and brutality seen during the 18 days of the 2011 uprising, adding the new phenomenon of gang rapes. In one week, more than 60 people died in several governorates, and there were dozens of reported gang rapes and assaults. Hundreds of people were arrested and an unknown number abducted. One of them — 23-year-old Mohamed Al-Guindi — reappeared a few days later in a hospital, brutally tortured, and soon died.

Mr President, I fear that the gulf I spoke to you about three years ago is fast filling up with blood. In this context, further American statements supporting the current Egyptian regime will only lead to more Egyptians being beaten, raped, tortured, and killed. Please, ask officials with your administration to stop talking about Egypt for a while, at least until we can bury our dead, comfort their grieving families, treat the victims of rape and torture, find the disappeared, and read the wills of a new generation of young people who plan not for their weddings but for their funerals.

The case of the ICTY Court in the Hague and how it created the giant hoax of “The Srebrenica Massacre”, on the morning after the arrest of Ratko Mladic

 

The whole existence of the ICTY Court (also known as the Hague Kangaroo Court) was based on the “evidence” of one person, who was the equivalent but much worse of Christopher Black of Derry, of supergrass infamy. His name was Drazen Erdymovic.

 

I separate with Harman. I have seen no evidence of any such killing and my big question to Harman is why believe anything that a paid liar like Erdymovic says anyways.

 

My point to Herman is that the police in such cases recruit vulnerable people, who in turn do a deal, and after that they are the property not of the truth but of the police. It is really an old story.

 

But Herman summarises the central issue in Civikov’s book well in these paragraphs below.

 

THE KEY ISSUE IS

Erdymovic in his own story and paid evidence to The Kangaroo Court did not act alone, but in his own words with 7 others.

 

Not only were these 7 others not prosecuted in “such a ghastly crime” as Srebrenica but the ICTY took great care NOT to prosecute them

 

And that is the central clue which if honest people follow it up leads to the reality that the “Srebrenica Massacre” is a giant hoax.

(The central witness in the case which had at its centre the Srebrenica Massacre had 7 associates, with two others further up in the chain of command. They have been and are ignored. Is that not fishy!)

 

But when it comes to Serbs and Jews there are not many honest people around and liars abound.

A review of Germinal Chivikov’s book Srebrenica: The Star Witness (orig. Srebrenica: Der Kronzeuge, 2009, transl. by John Laughland) – “a devastating indictment of the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY).”

One of the most remarkable and revealing features of the Erdemovic case is that although he named seven individuals who did the killing with him, and two superiors in the chain of command who ordered or failed to stop the crime, not one of these was ever brought into an ICTY court either as an accused killer or to confirm any of Erdemovic’s claims. These co-killers have lived quietly, within easy reach of ICTY jurisdiction, but untroubled by that institution and any demands seemingly imposed by a rule of law. The commander of his unit, Milorad Pelemis, who Erdemovic claimed had given the order to kill, made it clear in an interview published in a Belgrade newspaper in November 2005, that the Hague investigators have never questioned him. He had never gone into hiding, but has lived undisturbed with his wife and children in Belgrade. Nor have ICTY investigators bothered with Brano Gojkovic, a private in the killer team who Erdemovic claimed was somehow in immediate command of the unit (a point never explained by him or prosecutors or judges). Civikov points out that only once did the judges in any of the five trials in which the star witness testified ask the prosecutors whether they were investigating these other killers. The prosecutors assured the judges in 1996 that the others were being investigated, but 14 years later the Office of the Prosecutor had not questioned one of them. And from 1996 onward the judges never came back to the subject.

As these seven were killers of many hundreds in Erdemovic’s version, and the prosecutors and judges took Erdemovic’s version as true, why were these killers left untouched? One thing immediately clear is that the ICTY was not in the business of serving impartial justice even to the point of arresting and trying wholesale killers of Bosnian Muslims in a case the ICTY itself called “genocide.” But ignoring the co-perpetrators in this case strongly suggests that the prosecutors and judges were engaged in a political project—protecting a witness who would say what the ICTY wanted said, and refusing to allow any contesting evidence or cross-examination that would discredit the star witness. Civikov points out that the only time Erdemovic was subject to serious cross-examination was when he was questioned by Milosevic himself during the marathon Milosevic trial. And Civikov shows well that the ICTY presiding judge in that case, Richard May, went to great pains to stop Milosevic whenever his questions penetrated too deeply into the area of Erdemovic’s connections or credibility.

In April 2004, a Bosnian Croat, Marko Boskic, was arrested in Peabody, Massachusetts, for having caused a hit-and-run car crash while drunk. It was soon discovered that Boskic was one of the members of Erdemovic’s killer team at Branjevo Farm But journalists at the ICTY soon discovered that the Tribunal did not intend to ask for the extradition of this accused and confessed murderer. A spokesman for the Office of the Prosecutor stated on August 2004 that the prosecutor was not applying for the extradition of Boskic because it was obligated to concentrate on “the big fish.” So killing hundreds, and being part of a “joint criminal enterprise” murdering 1,200, does not yield big enough fish for the ICTY. In fact, this is a major lie as dozens of cases have been brought against Serbs for small-scale killings or even just beatings, and the ICTY has thrived on little fish for many years. In fact, the first case ever brought by the ICTY was against one Dusko Tadic in 1996, who was charged with a dozen killings, all dismissed for lack of evidence, leaving him guilty of no killings whatsoever, but only of persecution and beatings, for which he was given a 20 year sentence. A number of other Serbs were given prison sentences, not for killing people, but for beatings or passivity in not exercising authority to constrain underlings (e.g., Dragolic Prcac, 5 years; Milojica Kos, 6 years, Mlado Radic, 20 years, among others). The dossier of ICTY prosecution of little (Serb) fish is large.

Thus, the Boskic case does not fall into any little-fish-disinterest category. Rather, it is perfectly consistent with the failure to bring to court Pelermis or any of the seven known co-perpetrators of the massacre. Civikov’s very plausible hypothesis is that this is another manifestation of star witness protection—the ICTY does not want his convenient testimony to be challenged. Little fish like Boskic might gum up a political project. Civikov contrasts the extremely alert and aggressive actions of the ICTY and U.S. authorities in getting Erdemovic transferred to the Hague in March 1996 with this remarkable reluctance to even question Erdemovic’s fellow killers. He was seen quickly as a man who might make proper connections to enemy targets, so no holds were barred then, or later..

These countries, Britain, America, France, and Spain who are leading the charge have insoluble economic problems in their own economies.

 

Why should they, and what is their great interest in helping such oppositional forces to Gadhafi.

 

We on 4international have been opposed to these so called oppositional forces since the very beginning. We are unique in the world in that respect. I mean others have come round but we never had a moment of hesitation!

 

It is not that we are against democratic rights. The opposite, we are foremost in defending democratic rights. But what rights did the American journalist Lara Logan have when she was stripped naked in Cairo by these “protesters” and repeatedly raped, with the bob calling “Jew Jew” to her (Actually she is not Jewish.)

 

So where are we?

 

Actually, in all truth, 4international is the only force on earth which has a clear position. We defend Gadhafi and his forces unconditionally, in the same way that Leon Trotsky defended Haile Selassie against Nazi attack in the 1930s

 

We are independent from Gadhafi; we have different policies and different approaches to life; but our defence is unconditional; against the murdering Imperialists our defence is (that important word again) unconditional; we wish for Gadhafi to survive and for the attackers of his country to be defeated and we will do everything in our power to do just that.

This is a real testing situation for leadership

 

We on 4international know very well that the best elements out of the Jewish leadership will come forward in a principled way and defend Gadhafi against these enormous odds

 

That is already happening. That affirms the truly great, historical and progressive nature of Zionism, as the millennia old striving of the Jewish people to live in Zion, which is the centre of their Judaism, a religion and political philosophy which has guided this people through thick and thin.

 

Why should they abandon or throw that off? We on 4international respect it.

Kosovo’s Organized Crime Burden

By Ioannis Michaletos | In Kosovo, the main managers of illicit drugs are the so-called “15 families,” which represent the core power of the region, because of their financial clout and political connections.

In a 67-page report published in 2005, BND (German intelligence agency) analysts concluded that there is “close interaction between the leading members of the Kosovo-Albanian society and the domestic and international underworld currently domiciled in Pristina.” Moreover, “the criminal networks don’t support the creation of a stable political and economic environment, since that will reduce their clout.”

What is more interesting is the attest by BND of the “direct involvement of political figures in Kosovo with the Mafia.” Thus, the crime kingpins “want to acquire elevated positions within the apparatus of the provisional government and influence directly the politicians.”

The German analysts warned for “serious risks from the ongoing corruption in Kosovo in relation to other Balkan countries and the security of the region.”

An E.U. report in 2007 underlined the “inability of local officials to put pressure on criminal organizations and the serious risk of collapse of the social system because of the crime issue.” The main reason is “the lack of political will by the leadership,” which paradoxically is supported by most major European countries. The German report specifically mentioned the name Niam Behzloulzi, a Kosovo smuggler and a number two in the hierarchy of the former UCK.

The Italian newspaper La Republica reported on the Kosovo criminals of their ability to fully exploit the lack of “political culture” in the region and affect every key decision over and above the international force, which does not control the situation. The current leadership under Hashim Thaci is to emerge from the unholy alliance of traffickers in the region and the UCK. Michel Koutouzis, an expert analyst on security issues in Paris has long confirmed that the Pristina government has always been “subject to the power of the Mafiosi who were the largest donors of the KLA rebels and want to keep the region in their own sphere of influence.”

The former Commander of KFOR, the Italian General Fabio Mini, said in late February 2008 in the newspaper Corriere dela Serra, “Kosovo will become the new location for the laundering of black money coming from the East, and new financial institutions will be created that will take this role.” Similar reports have been made by the Canadian General Mackenzie, who served in Bosnia as peacekeeper official and has dealt closely with the situation in the Balkans over the last decade.

Reliable and highly informed sources at the Institute for European Policy based in Germany, in a 2007 report commissioned for the German Armed Forces, indicated that the three leading Kosovo politicians, Ramush Haradinaj, Hashim Thaci and Xhavit Haliti, are “persons protected by the international community although they are deeply involved in all of these affairs.”

It is important to mention at this point that the German report states that the U.N. contacts with Albanian politicians were part of the overall problem for the region. The infamous Wikileaks website has leaked dozens of U.N. reports dealing with high-level corruption in Kosovo that involves international employees from 1999 up to the present.

Local sources, including U.S. military personnel, indicate that at least 90 percent of the local economy derives from criminal networks—excluding Diaspora remittances and international assistance—and the society is unable to adapt into the conditions of a free and legal market because of the dramatic social consequences that would entail.

Presently, unemployment is estimated at 45 percent of the working-age population. Further, population increases with 35,000 births per year, more than three times the average Western European rate. The explosive mixture of crime, lack of employment opportunities and a significant youth segment in comparison with the total population is a ticking bomb that will explode in the not-so-distant future.

A very important report of the United Nations in 2006, in collaboration with the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Britain, Netherlands, the United States and Sweden, revealed that “the people of Kosovo find as main threats to themselves corruption and organized crime” as well as the very likely possibility of a “full seizure of the state institutions by criminals.”

An issue directly associated with the European security architecture is the strong collaboration between Turkish, Kosovo and Middle Eastern narcotics smugglers. Already in 2000, according to Interpol Kosovo criminals, illicit profits of 2 billion euros were laundered through more than 200 banks. The current data show much higher earnings, and this without considering the investments in the building sector, the purchase of shares and other activities.

Marko Nicovic, the former chief of police in Belgrade and a recognized Balkan crime analyst, noted some years ago in the press that “about 500 Kosovo Albanians assume transport of 20 kilos of heroin across to Europe, while another 5,000 Albanians deal with lesser quantities.” In a Pan-European level perhaps two-thirds of the heroin sold in the streets is being distributed by Albanian criminal syndicates that are mostly established in Kosovo.

Between the Kosovo cities of Pec, Priznen and the city of Bayram Kouri there is an almost daily connection referring to the illegal narcotics trade and the arms trade, which is a main cause for alert for the international authorities because of the alleged existence of Islamic extremists that may want to take advantage of the market weaponry that has been created there.

Over the past three years a new phenomena has been observed by the international authorities, and that is the human trafficking from Kosovo to Greece via FYR Macedonia. It is estimated that smugglers charge 3,000 euros per head in order to organize a transfer from Kosovo to Greece, and they have formed an extensive network of collaborators including taxi drivers, small transport companies and corrupt border officials.

A Jane’s Intelligence Review report revealed that in May 2007 a group of 19 people were arrested in FYR Macedonia that were responsible for the transfer of more than 100 people and charged 5,000 euros for the services per person including the forgery of an entrance visa and the transportation with a taxi for the whole ride. Furthermore an international security operation apprehended another 16 Croatians and two Bosnian citizens who were related with the previous group, and they were responsible for managing the transportation of immigrants from the Central Balkan region.

It is estimated that in Skopje a nascent market for forged passports is being created. For instance, in July 2007 17 Kosovo Albanian immigrants were arrested carrying fake Swedish passports on their way to that country, which they bought for approximately 4,000 euros. Further throughout most of 2009, the Greek police authorities noted a considerable increase of illegal immigration by incoming Kosovo-Albanians through the axis Tetovo-Krusevo-Bitola and onwards to the northern Greek mountainous borders.

In relation to the drugs issue, according to the Italian journalist Roberto Saviano, in an interview in 2009, the Albanian mafia in Kosovo chiefs “dream” about turning the province into “a European Colombia.”

“In order to achieve this, they wish to genetically engineer a type of coca plant that would grow in Kosovo’s climate. In this way, the Albanian mafia would have a monopoly over the cocaine trade. They need 20 years to achieve this,” he said, and added that “then, Kosovo will without a doubt become the new Colombia.” The explosive mixture of massive caches of weapons, widespread poverty, contraband culture and the strong hand of the local drug kingpins ensures that.

The Kosovo experience has been a great disappointment for the international community. Kosovo in reality struggles against the influence of the organized crime networks. Despite numerous acts of violence and a very high homicide rate, very few convictions have been handed out to culprits, and none to notable members of the organized crime either.

Nowadays the existence of regular heroin supply from Afghanistan, and the control by the “Albanian Mafia” of the Balkan route, has enabled it to obtain a large capital base that is laundered mainly though the construction sites in Kosovo and Albania and the use of offshore financial centers. Actually the largest enterprise in terms of sales and profits in South Eastern Europe is the Albanian organized crime, and in an overall picture that is unfortunately the case for other neighboring states that derive a large portion of their GDP from similar activities.

Kosovo is in a very delicate position regarding its role as a European crime hub, and the efforts of the international community over the past decade have been in the wrong direction. The subversive nature of organized crime has either been dismissed or not understood by the countless international bodies that were supposed to assist the democratization process in Pristina.

GEORGE GALLOWAY HANDS AID ACROSS TO HOLOCAUST DENIERS HAMAS IN GAZA

The biggest issue today is to build a true revolutionary socialist leadership, a Trotskyist party, in the working class.

Such a party must place the well being of the Jewish people and their freedom from antisemitism at the very top of its priorities.

If a party does not line up with the Jews against antisemitism then it is not worthy of the name of Trotskyism.

Who is George Galloway and what is the Palestinian Aid Convoy that has arived in Gaza?

Hamas is of course the same organization that was founded by the Nazi war criminal Hajj Amin el Husseini, and also by Izetbegovic the darling of the US in Bosnia. The roots of these movements are in the Muslim Brotherhood.

Hamas is also promoting Holocaust Denial. One should remember that Islam in the form of Husseini was directly involved in the Holocaust.

This essentially is what Galloway was doing.  He was handing the aid to Hamas and to the very top leader of Hamas at that. And boasting about it.

Let me try to summarise the position of Galloway and his relationship with Hamas. Then we can look a litle further at Hamas whom Galloway associates with.

I do not know how elastic is the mind of Galloway. So let me nevertheless try to narrow things down. This is important because Galloway is in no way an individual case but represents the common position on the wrongly named Left.

 

Galloway takes in the Gaza War a very hostile position towards Israel and total sympathy towards Hamas. (In a future article we will examine this a little more)

 

I am not sure how often Galloway condemned the Hamas rocket bombardment of Sderot and other places in Israel. Did he at all?

 

But in any case Galloway leads the Palestine Convoy as the main figure head and arriving in Gaza makes a point of handing the money etc across to the head of Hamas in Gaza.

 

That same head of Hamas is directly responsible for, to take just one item, that picture which we publish of men and a kid dressed to kill Jews, Israelis, that is civilians

 

So it is Galloway…aid to Hamas…Hamas killing Jews…Hamas denying Holocaust…Hamas blaming Jewish leaders of the time for the Holocaust…Which also means Hamas excusing the Nazis and the Nazi extermination of the Jews campaign. Galloway is bringing money to the leader of these Holocaust Deniers!

This is what the left so called on this convoy directed by Galloway are saying. Yhey are not scared.

I mean the whole thing is set up to drive terror into the hearts and lives of Jews living in Israel.

This is obviously a culture of pure evil that Galloway is associating with by bringing this money and material goods and handing it over specifically to the leader of Hamas.

 

I mean the picture above is not a fake and is all too common. The Hamas and Fatah are basically based on Jew Hatred.

From the time of the San Remo Conference held by the League of Nations in 1920 and which promised the Jews all of Palestine, including present day Jordan, the Arabs at that stage having 21 other states in the making, the Jews are now having to fight for a share of the remaining 22 per cent.

But this Jew hatred promoted by Hamas, its Holocaust Denial, the referring of the Israeli defence of rockets to the Warsaw Ghetto etc, all of this can only lead in one direction, towards a new Holocaust of the Jews.

 

Now Galloway is out of the British Labour Party and refers to himself a lot as a socialist.

This is the great problem. The US Nazis who took over from the German Nazis in 1945 have managed to create a left that is really full of hatred for Israel, which is the Homeland of the Jews.

And this left that the US Nazis have created is working with Islamofascists, also created by the US Nazis quite deliberately.

Again that sentence is irrefutable. Galloway IS working with Islamofascists, that is with the leader of Hamas.

Not mind you with an ordinary Fascist rocket toting foot soldier of Hamas, but with the LEADER of Hamas!

It is only possible to move forward in one way and that is by building a party in the working class which will fight against this Israel hatred and Jew hatred as expressed in Hamas´s Holocaust Denial, and in the close and obvious connection of Galloway with Hamas. From his own lips above the connection is proven.

 

WILDER´S SPEECH IN NEW YORK MISSES THE WHOLE POINT

WE UNCONDITIONALLY DEFEND GEERT WILDERS BUT THINK THAT HIS NEW YORK SPEECH KINDA MISSES THE POINT, ESPECIALLY THE ROLE OF THE US ELITE IN PROMOTING ANTISEMITISM AND ISLAMOFASCISM

We reprint the speech by Geert Wilders in New York on February 23 in the interests of free speech and as part of our struggle against Fascism. We on 4international unconditionally defend Geert Wilders against the Fascist attack of his government on the basic right of free speech. Unlike the readers of Jihadwatch however we are critical of this speech by Wilders. He seems to think that the US Government is an opponent of Islamofascism. If so why then did the US and British support the Islamofascist and associate of Hajj Amin el Husseini in the destruction of Yugoslavia and in the war against the Serbs. During all of that lengthy episode the US Government and Islamofascism, all varieties, were joined together at the hip. And still are!Wilders in this speech misses that connection between US Governments and Fascism, he therefore obscures it.

Still the essence of this Wilders issue is the nature of Fascism straight out of the Koran and Wilders cry for free speech. Every socialist must support and defend both.

Thank you.Thank you very much for inviting me. And – to the immigration authorities – thank you for letting me into this country. It is always a pleasure to cross a border without being sent back on the first plane.

Today, the dearest of our many freedoms is under attack all throughout Europe. Free speech is no longer a given. What we once considered a natural element of our existence, our birth right, is now something we once again have to battle for.

As you might know, I will be prosecuted, because of my film Fitna, my remarks regarding Islam, and my view concerning what some call a ‘religion of peace’. A few years from now, I might be a criminal.

Whether or not I end up in jail is not the most pressing issue; I gave up my freedom four years ago. I am under full-time police protection ever since. The real question is: will free speech be put behind bars? And the larger question for the West is: will we leave Europe’s children the values of Rome, Athens and Jerusalem, or the values of Mecca, Teheran and Gaza?

This is what video blogger Pat Condell said in one of his latest you tube appearances. He says: “If I talked about Muslims the way their holy book talks about me, I’d be arrested for hate speech.” Now, Mr Condell is a stand-up comedian, but in the video he is dead serious and the joke is on us. Hate speech will always be used against the people defending the West – in order to please and appease Muslims. They can say whatever they want: throw gays from apartment buildings, kill the Jews, slaughter the infidel, destroy Israel, jihad against the West. Whatever their book tells them.

Today, I come before you to warn of a great threat. It is called Islam. It poses as a religion, but its goals are very worldly: world domination, holy war, sharia law, the end of the separation of church and state, slavery of women, the end of democracy. It is NOT a religion, it is an political ideology. It demands your respect, but has no respect for you.

There might be moderate Muslims, but there is no moderate Islam. Islam will never change, because it is built on two rocks that are forever, two fundamental beliefs that will never change, and will never alter. First, there is the Quran, Allah’s personal word, uncreated, forever, with orders that need to be fulfilled regardless of place or time. And second, there is al-insal al-kamil, the perfect man, Muhammad the role model, whose deeds are to be imitated by all Muslims. And since Muhammad was a warlord and a conqueror we know what to expect. Islam means submission, so there cannot be any mistake about it’s goal. That’s a given. It’s fact.

This is Europe 2009. Muslim settlers calling for our destruction, and free speech on trial. All this is the outcome of a sick and evil ideology, the ideology that is weakening us, the surrender ideology of cultural relativism. It believes that all cultures are equal, and therefore Islam deserves an equal place in the West. It is their duty, the left thinks, to facilitate Islam. This way the cultural relativists paradise comes within reach and we will all be happy, and sing kumbaya.

The forces of Islam couldn’t agree more. Islam being facilitated by government is their agenda too. But they see it as jizya, the money dhimmis pay in order not to be killed or raped by their Muslim masters. Therefore, they happily accept the welfare cheque or the subsidies for their mosque or the money governments donate to their organizations.

This is just one example of cultural relativists and Muslim settlers having the same agenda. There is another. Islam considers itself a religion and therefore we are not permitted to criticize it. The left agrees. Although it hated Christianity for decades, now that Islam appears on the scene, they suddenly change course and demand ‘respect’ for something they call a religion.

Again we see the left and Islam having the same agenda: it is a religion, so shut up.

This all culminates in a third coming-together: nor the left nor Islam is in favor of criticism. In fact, given the opportunity, they would simply outlaw it. Multiculturalism is the left’s pet project. It is actually their religion. Their love of it is so great, if you oppose it, it must be hate. And if you say it, it is labeled hate speech. Now here is something the Islam can agree on.

This is the essence of my short introduction today: where the left and Islam come together, freedom will suffer.

My friends, make no mistake, my prosecution is a full-fledged attack by the left on freedom of speech in order to please Muslims. It was started by a member of the Dutch Labour party, and the entire legal proceeding is done by well-to-do liberals, the radical chic of Dutch society, the snobbish left. Too much money, too much time, too little love of liberty. If you read what the court of Amsterdam has written about me, you read the same texts that cultural relativists produce.

How low can we go in the Netherlands? About my prosecution, The Wall Street Journal noted: “this is no small victory for Islamic regimes seeking to export their censorship laws to wherever Muslims reside”. The Journal concluded that by The Netherlands accepting the free speech standards of, “Saudi-Arabia”, I stand correct in my observation that – I quote – “Muslim immigration is eroding traditional Dutch liberties”.

Now, if the Wall Street Journal has the moral clarity to see that my prosecution is the logical outcome of our disastrous, self-hating, multiculturalists immigration policies, then why can’t the European liberal establishment see the same thing? Why aren’t they getting at least a little bit scared by the latest news out of, for example, the UK. News that tells that the Muslim population in Britain is growing ten times as fast as the rest of society. Why don’t they care?

The answer is: they don’t care because they are blinded by their cultural relativism. Their disdain of the West is so much greater than the appreciation of our many liberties. And therefore, they are willing to sacrifice everything. The left once stood for women rights, gay rights, equality, democracy. Now, they favour immigration policies that will end all this. Many even lost their decency. Elite politicians have no problem to participate in or finance demonstrations where settlers shout “Death to the Jews”. Seventy years after Auschwitz they know of no shame.

Two weeks ago, I tried to get into Britain, a fellow EU country. I was invited to give a speech in Parliament. However, upon arrival at London airport, I was refused entry into the UK, and sent back on the first plane to Holland. I would have loved to have reminded the audience of a great man who once spoke in the House of Commons. In 1982 President Reagan gave a speech there very few people liked. Reagan called upon the West to reject communism and defend freedom. He introduced a phrase: ‘evil empire’. Reagan’s speech stands out as a clarion call to preserve our liberties. I quote: If history teaches anything, it teaches self-delusion in the face of unpleasant facts is folly. What Reagan meant is that you cannot run away from history, you cannot escape the dangers of ideologies that are out to destroy you. Denial is no option.

So, what should we do? Is this a good moment for freedom-loving people to give in or to change course? To all-of-a-sudden start singing praise of Islam, or proclaiming there is such a thing as a moderate Islam? Will we now accept the continuation of Muslim mass immigration to the West? Will we appease sharia and jihad? Should we sacrifice gay rights and women rights? Or democracy? Should we sell out Israel, our dearest ally, and a frontline state of Islam?

Well, my humble opinion is: No way, Jose!

I suggest to defend freedom in general and freedom of speech in particular. I propose the withdrawal of all hate speech legislation in Europe. I propose a European First Amendment. In Europe we should defend freedom of speech like you Americans do. In Europe freedom of speech should be extended, instead of restricted. Of course, calling for violence or unjustly yelling “fire” in a crowded theatre have to be punished, but the right to criticize ideologies or religions are necessary conditions for a vital democracry. As George Orwell once said: “If liberty means anything at all, it means the right to tell people what they do not want to hear”.

Let us defend freedom of speech and let us gain strength and work hard to become even stronger. Millions think just like you and me. Millions think liberty is precious. That democracy is better than sharia. And after all, why should we be afraid? Our many freedoms and our prosperity are the result of centuries of endeavour. Centuries of hard work and sacrifice. We do not stand alone, and we stand on the shoulders of giants.

Late December 1944 the American army was suddenly faced with a last-ditch effort by the Germans. In the Ardennes, in the Battle of the Bulge, Hitler and his national-socialists fought for their last chance. And they were very successful. Americans faced defeat, and death.

In the darkest of winter, in the freezing cold, in a lonely forest with snow and ice as even fiercer enemies than the Nazi war machine itself, the American army was told to surrender. That might be their only chance to survive. But General McAuliffe thought otherwise. He gave the Germans a short message. This message contained just four letters. Four letters only, but never in the history of freedom was a desire for liberty and perseverance in the face of evil expressed more eloquently than in that message. It spelled N – U – T – S. “Nuts”.

My friends, the national-socialists got the message. Because it left no room for interpretation!

I suggest we walk in the tradition of giants like General McAuliffe and the American soldiers who fought and died for the freedom of my country and for a secular and democratic Europe, and we tell the enemies of freedom just that. NUTS! Because that’s all there is to it. No explanations. No beating around the bush. No caveats.

Our enemies should know: we will never apologize for being free men, we will never bow for the combined forces of Mecca and the left. And we will never surrender. We stand on the shoulders of giants. There is no stronger power than the force of free men fighting for the great cause of liberty. Because freedom is the birthright of all man.

THE PERSECUTORS OF THE SERBS WILL NOW PERSECUTE THE JEWS

The reactionary crowd of British and EU journalists who were the persecutors of the Serbs and who joined in with the Islamofascists in Bosnia and elsewhere have just started to persecute this time the Jews of Israel.

This is the meaning of the article by Adam le Bor, who is a big friend of Oliver Kamm, and all these reactionary characters who run Harry’s Place, and his article which more or less is giving the nod to bring Israel before the Kangaroo Court in the Hague.

 

It is going to backfire because many Serbs and Russians etc are going to start supporting Israel against Jihad and against this rotten lying Media.

4international is going to fight Le Bor and Kamm every step of the way. Kamm has since Yugoslavia been promoted to a BIG position in The Times of London. Kamm is now a big shot. No matter little Kammie, the bigger they are, the harder the fall.

Back to Le Bor. We showed just now that Le Bor is using Hamas lies in order to conduct a new war against the Jews, last time it was using Izetbegovic lies to conduct war against the Serbs.

IsraelNN.com) The IDF is preparing for a wave of lawsuits following the Cast Lead operation in Gaza, senior defense officials said Wednesday. The IDF has already set up a team responsible for reviewing evidence from Gaza in preparation for claims filed in international courts.

Attorney General Menachem Mazuz said the threat of international lawsuits was “not new,” but promised “intense activity” aimed at preventing the success of such suits. Several soldiers have been trained to film events while fighting, and the videotape is being reviewed by legal experts as well as intelligence agents. In addition, the IAF is filming all airstrikes in Gaza.

Justice Minister Daniel Friedmann was unsurprised by the threat of lawsuits. He appeared unconcerned, saying Tuesday, “As a general rule we are very humane… We conduct pinpoint operations against terrorist organizations.”

As the operation continues Israeli diplomats have gone on the offensive, accusing Hamas of war crimes. On Wednesday Israeli Ambassador to the United Nations Gabriela Shalev filed a complaint blaming Hamas for civilian deaths in Gaza. Hamas uses innocent civilians as human shields, Shalev charged. Senior IDF officials have made similar accusations.

Senior IDF officers have faced international lawsuits in the past. Officers have been forced to avoid visiting Britain and other European countries for fear of lawsuits. Suits were filed in the United States as well: former IDF Chief of Staff Moshe Yaalon was accused of war crimes by a U.S. group in 2005, and a similar suit targeted Caterpiller, Inc. for selling bulldozers to Israel.

Mazuz: Legal Experts Approving Gaza Ops
In order to prevent lawsuits, legal experts are involved in the decision-making process, Mazuz said. “Representatives from the IDF Attorneys’ Office are sitting in the command room and approving each operation and target,” he explained.

IDF attorneys are not taking sole command of the decision-making process, Mazuz clarified. “In the end, the decisions on the ground are made by the military, which sees things in real time,” he said.

Some notes made towards understanding the Srebrenica Massacre

 

1. The reality of the Balkan Holocaust, not 60 years ago, but by the year 1980 35 years ago
2. The rescue of Croatian Nazis by the Vatican. The general rescue of  Nazis by US and British Imperialism
3. In that context Hajj Amin el Husseini is enabled to escape to Egypt where he promotes the 1948 war on the Jews by the Arabs
4. According to John Loftus the adoption by the CIA of Islamists members of the Muslim Brotherhood led by Mohammed el Banna
5. Their transfer to Saudi Arabia still under tutelage of the CIA, a pupil of which was Bin Laden
6. With the war against the Soviets in Afghanistan Bin Laden and his CIA backed group brought to Afghanistan
7. Where they helped in the overthrow of communism
8. This use of Bin Laden is praised by B as something which is normal and common sense
9. Leading to claims by Gil White that US Imperialism lay behind the ascent of Khomeiny to power as an Islamist dictatorship in Iran
10. And that the hostage “crisis” was promoted by US Imperialism
11. Close alliance of US Imperialism (also Germany) with Croatian Nazi Fascism
12. Promotion of Izetbegovic dream of creating an Islamist state in Bosnia
13. Direct assistance from earliest stage of the terrorist KLA even as it was labelled as a terror organization by the US legislators themselves
14. Information from the Muslims that Clinton wanted a massacre at Srebrenica in order to give the excuse for US to intervene in Bosnia against the Serbs
15. Srebrenica had not been a safe area at all. The Muslim army there never disarmed
16. The real Srebrenica Massacre carried out by Islamists from 1992 to 1995
17. Later Naser Oric shows videos of killings to a Toronto reporter
18. Muslims attack Serbs across the lines, as a come on
19. Muslim leaders, especially the main leader Naser Oric, had been withdrawn
20. The Muslims had decided not to defend Srebrenica
21. A column set off leaving the women and children to the mercy of the Serb army
22. The women and children are bussed to Tuzla by the Serbs where they were keen to go to
23. The column is sabotaged by their own Muslim leaders on the column
24. The main body of the column reaches Tuzla in good order. Later Muslims themselves claim 5000
25. Muslim prisoners are taken by the Serb army
26. Everything is being filmed. The Serb army seems not to mind
27. Srebrenica is taken by the Serbs in June. The US is preparing the horrific murders in the Krajina and the total ethnic cleansing of 250,000 Serbs from the Krajina where they had lived for hundreds of years, never to return, which happens about a month later
28. That same month later Madeleine *** made that infamous claim on television concerning the picture of a mass grave
29. Various entities flock to Tuzla to speak to the “refugees”. These entities range from the respectable to the very dubious.
30. The Red Cross is respectable and responsible, the Human Rights group from Croatia is CIA backed, the Newspapers of the West start to coach Muslims looking for lurid stories. But still no mention of a massacre
31. Asked were the Muslim soldiers in the safe area of Srebrenica armed the refugees laughed at the question. Of course they were. These Srebrenica “civilians” were part of a closely knit garrison and they would have been totally aware of the murdering Naser Oric and friends. Naser Oric was the Number 1 warlord and would have been as familiar to these politicised “civilians” as say Adams was in West Belfast or McGuinness was in Derry!
32. The first stories of Serb executions emerge from these Muslim sources. The Red Cross notices that 10 or 12 stories follow a pattern. For example, the witness lies at the bottom of bodies and survives…this happening over and over again. They are obviously being coached by the Izetbegovic Islamist Fascist Nazi leadership of the SDA
33. The Red Cross is perturbed by these groups. The Red Cross is collecting evidence in a more disciplined manner. But things soon move right out of its control. The Media walk in and out as they please. Stories start to be spun on the Media, especially on television (CNN et al). Then an amazing thing happens. Televisions mushroom in the camp area and the whole thing starts to become like a feeding frenzy of who has the best story to tell. Remember these Muslims from Srebrenica hate Serbs plus they are being coached by the Nazis
34. The entry of the Dutch politicians on the scene is very damaging to the Serbs. The outstanding thing about this is that there is sharp conflict between these politicians who know nothing but hate Serbs and Serbia and the Dutch soldiers who were on the spot during the “Srebrenica Massacre” and who are well aware of the tricks of the Nazi Izetbegovic side.
35. These Dutch politicians had much clout, especially among the rulers of the EU
36. Finally after some time a figure of 8000 of a massacre in Srebrenica was arrived at. Repetition equals imprinting. My studies of the Irish Times from then until today shows hundreds of stories, all imprint the truth and reality of a massacre of 8000 Muslim men and boys, which in my opinion never happened. We are living out the Orwellian nightmare.
37. The nightmare intensifies at the illegal NATO court.At the Hague Court this was repeated as fact. The discredited method of coaching and bribing even of witnesses was wholesale
38. So no understanding of this phenomenon is possible without understanding the contrived nature of the setting up of the NATO court. Not set up by the UN. Not even set up by the Security Council of the UN. But by 3 NATO members and excluding China and Russia who would have vetoed. It was a NATO Court in origin and certainly was totally financed and staffed by NATO
39. So their claim about a Massacre means nothing. Plus the evidence that they used to make this claim can be questioned

Alija Izetbegovic with Al-Qaeda and mujahedeen forces who were part of the Bosnian Muslim Army.

Ali Ahmed Ali Hamad, an Al-Qaeda commander who was part of the Bosnian Muslim Army during the 1992-1995 civil, testified under oath at the war crimes trial of Bosnian Muslim military commander Rasim Delic that the Bosnian Muslim Government of Alija Izetnegovic had knowledge of Al-Qaeda war crimes against Bosnian Serb civilians and POWs but did nothing to prevent or punish them.

Was Elija Izetbegovic not an apostle of democracy, American and Western type democracy to be precise? He was certainly sold like this in every newspaper in Europe and in America. Izetbegovic was a particular favourite of a certain Mr Oliver Kamm, just promoted to being a Lead Writer for the venerable Times of London!

The main issues in the destruction of Yugoslavia were

1. The Nazi Fascists of the Croatian region

4. Over reaching all of these was the dominant role in the world of US Imperialism, and to a lesser extent because of their diminishing power states in Europe, such as Britain, France and Germany.

The orientation to the Fascists in Croatia under Tudjman is fairly straight forward, the history showing that Tudjman was an antisemite and a Holocaust denier. The US linked closely with him to murder and expel half a million Serbs from Croatia.
