In more ways than one the exchange of the Islamofascist killer Kuntar and his associates, one of whom was a heinous killer called Mughrabi, for two dead Israeli soldiers raises the issue of how dangerous is the present leadership of Olmert, Barak and Livni to Israel.
This danger is shown in the reaction of the Palestine Authority led by Abbas, a reaction which shows very clearly that Abbas is no different in any way from either Hamas or Hizbullah.
It also shows the trap that the forces of US Imperialism, also Europe and Russia, are setting for Israel in promoting Abbas a a moderate leader, and the future Palestine State as a possibly moderate country able to live side by side in peace with Israel.

Until this past Tuesday night, Kuntar was serving four life sentences in an Israeli prison for the brutal murders of a four-year-old child, her father and a police officer, and the death of the girl’s two-year-old sister. In a 1979 attack on Nahariya, Kuntar first killed policeman Eliahu Shachar, then murdered Danny Haran before smashing his small daughter’s skull with his rifle butt and rocks. Continue reading
