Look down the list of entries on the website Israpundit. Out of say 40 there are about 3 or 4 to do with Israel. The rest are part of a campaign to elect McCain and are devoted to attacks on Obama.
Yet this is a site which is run by a Jewish man Ted Belman under cover of being a Jewish advocacy site. On Belman’s site trundles people like Yamit82 whose favourite method of debate is not to answer political points but to quote at you large lumps of scripture.
The Israpundit site is totally besotted by the US election between McCain and Obama, between Republican Party and Democratic Party.
Israpundit is part of the problem for the Jews. I spend some time dealing with Israpundit because it is part of a general problem with Jewish leaders, that the US has got far too much influence on Israel and on Jews.
We on 4international maintain that above all Israel must become an independent state. Clearly if Belman and his likes have their way it will not. His total reliance on McCain as the saviour of Israel betrays the fact that here is a man who is nominally Jewish and pro Israel but is a US Imperialist of the very worst kind in reality.
I challenge the reader to turn now to www.israpundit.com and look at the articles content. It consists of Obama this, Obama that. It is a deep stain on the Jewish record. That Jews could become so much part of the US Imperialist system is a stain that will be hard to remove.
How important then is Israpundit? Not important at all. It is just that it is symbolioc of a deep and great problem in Jewish leadership as Jews meet the greatest challenges ever.
As we will see later not a mention at all of the Nuclear Bomb being prepared by Iran these days on Israpundit.
Let us consider Obama. First and foremost this is a black man running for President. Any sane person would immediately acknowledge this because the blacks in America have a history of slavery yet here is a black man running for President and there is great acceptance of this by wide sections of Americans. I have never once saw anybody on Israpundit note this.
That is the one positive about Obama. Obama is part of the Democratic Party system. It was this party under Clinton and Biden which was responsible for the greatest crimes in the world. It was under Clinton that an alliance was made with the Fascist Tudjman in Croatia, with the Nazi Izetbegovic in Bosnia and with terrorist KLA.
In all of these issues there was little or nothing to separate Republican and Democrat.
In that regard, however, McCain was foremost in crossing party lines and in giving total support to every action which struck against the Serbs, in the breaking up of Yugoslavia.
When Bush took power then this was intensified and it was under Bush that an integral part of Serbia, Kosovo, was broken away having independence conferred on it. McCain was right behind this. Indeed he was more than right behind, he was the most active campaigner.
Bush it was who called first for the setting up of a Palestine Nazi state in an area which is really Israeli territory. Israpundit and Belman have forgotten this in this election. Have whitewashed this.
Perhaps this is why Belman now on Israpundit accepts very few articles on the problems facing Israel. This in itself is an historic betrayal.
Belman picks and chooses. he does not give a truthful analysis of the situation facing Jews. He is a Partisan pro Republican American Imperialist first and foremost and he is also part of that American ruling class mentality that has nothing in common with the ordinary American people.
Obama on Israel is extremely dangerous for sure.
I was interested in these points on the Spectator which show that Obama is really an ISM type.
[begin quote here]
“Now look at this. Back in April, the LA Times ran this story reporting on the going-away party for Rashid Khalidi, Obama’s close friend, who justifies Palestinian violence against Israel and who was leaving for a job in New York. Khalidi is a deeply troubling individual, a former PLO operative and close friend of unreprentant former Weatherman terrorist William Ayers. As I have reported before, in 2000 Khalidi and his wife Mona held a fundraiser for Obama’s unsuccessful congressional bid. The next year, an Arab group whose board was headed by Mona Khalidi received a $40,000 grant from the Woods Fund of Chicago when Obama was on the fund’s board of directors. Obama has said that his many talks with the Khalidis had been
consistent reminders to me of my own blind spots and my own biases… It’s for that reason that I’m hoping that, for many years to come, we continue that conversation — a conversation that is necessary not just around Mona and Rashid’s dinner table, but around this entire world.’
The LA Times reported:
During the dinner a young Palestinian American recited a poem accusing the Israeli government of terrorism in its treatment of Palestinians and sharply criticizing U.S. support of Israel. If Palestinians cannot secure their own land, she said, ‘then you will never see a day of peace.’ One speaker likened ‘Zionist settlers on the West Bank’ to Osama bin Laden, saying both had been ‘blinded by ideology.’
The paper reported that not only had Obama been present at the party but had praised Khalidi – and it actually had obtained a videotape of the whole event. Yet it has refused to make this video public – even though it would be of great interest, to put it mildly, to see who else was there. Indeed, as the now defunct New York Sun reported:
In Chicago, the Khalidis founded the Arab American Action Network, and Mona Khalidi served as its president. A big farewell dinner was held in their honor by AAAN with a commemorative book filled with testimonials from their friends and political allies. These included the left wing anti-war group Not In My Name, the Electronic Intifada, and the ex-Weatherman domestic terrorists Bernadine Dohrn and Bill Ayers (my emphasis).
It’s hard to imagine that the LA Times would hold onto a video of Sarah Palin praising an antisemitic radical and former PLO operative…But, that is today’s mainstream media.Obama is thus close to the whole Palestinian Nazi movement. But so I maintain is McCain. McCain never opposed Bush when he called for the setting up of a Palestinain Nazi state on Israeli soil.THAT IS WHAT BELMAN HIDES IN THE TO AND FRO OF THIS VITAL ELECTION!It seems to me that the republicans in power under Bush have done enormous damage to Israel. This is the great problem with Belman. He is whitewashing the Republicans. He is really hiding the truth about the Republicans and is NOT giving the Jewish people the facts about McCain and Bush.I am certain that Israpundit as far as the Jewish people are concerned is finished. In politics truth is important. Belman has proved to me at any rate that he does not know the meaning of the word.
